I wish the CRM feature was available within Mondays basic offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Easy to create and manage a project board.
2) Love the ability to add a note and upload associated documents for quick referrence.
3) Reporting tool to download all tasks, dates and times for project tracking and client review.

I wish it were a bit easier to search for archived boards but other than that I am really satisfied.

Tracking my projects, integirty of data and follow up. Time saver and peace of mind that I am following up on behalf of my clients

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use when creating recipes. Also the CRM is amazing!

I wish they had Extract as a normal feature in Monday instead of paying for it.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is an excellent tool for organizing work tasks. With its user-friendly interface, I can efficiently break down the steps of my projects and easily share tasks with colleagues in a collaborative manner. Additionally, Monday offers seamless implementation and integration, making it a versatile and accessible solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being constantly updated, one improvement that Monday could have is the ability to choose columns to appear when duplicating a board, rather than selecting which ones to exclude. This way, when a new column is created in the original board, it wouldn't automatically be added to the duplicated board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday.com to structure and manage my daily tasks, promoting greater transparency for my leader and team, who can track my deliveries. The platform also allows me to share crucial information, such as the difficulty of tasks, estimated completion time, and progress notes. This enables us to analyze key tasks performed and plan improvements in our deliveries, aiming for greater ease and efficiency in the process.

As a manager, I love having visibility of what my team is working on and what we have coming up. We use it everyday - it is the first thing I check when I get in, even before checking my emails!

I haven't found anything YET! It's exactly what we've been looking for!

I've struggled keeping up with what my team is working on and it's not fair to depend on them to constantly remind me. Monday.com puts everything right at my fingertips!
Amazing platform for keeping tasks organized and on track
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a fantastic platform for keeping teams on track and tasks organized. My favorite part about it is the plethora of automations you can customize to your specific needs. Not only does this save time, but it keeps team members up to speed on who is doing what and where the project is at at any given time. You can set automations to move tasks to different groups or boards once they're completed, or send a notification to someone when a project moves to the next phase, for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much criticism for Monday. My only real complaint is that you can't customize individual groups within a board as much as I'd like. When you create custom columns in a board, they automatically apply to every group within that board and there is no workaround for that. So, sometimes a group will have a column that is unnecessary and somewhat distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping my team stay on track with all of our many tasks and projects. It allows us to see what everyone is working on and what phase a project is in without having to keep separate lists. It also allows us to communicate with one another and assign tasks that are easy to come back to. Essentially, it has taken our communication and project management to the next level.

Its very visual and easy to use. Collaboration is much more simpler with this tool and it helps you have everything classified correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime I struggle inviting guests because it forces them to create an account when they don´t actually need it.

Sometimes it gets confusing which board you are looking for and where it is located.
