Monday.com is a total game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Its the best way to get organized with your own projects and with team members. Cross board intergrations and automations are what sealed the deal for me. Its so user friendly and helpful with things like board templates and learning
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt anything significant I dislike about monday.com. The only little thing I wish is the ability to use tab across the different sections in a row.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us solve intradepartmental workflows with ease! I especially enjoy the automations that help save me time.
Best Project Planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
We love the user-friendliness of Monday.com, especially when introducing new team members to the platform. Monday.com has been a great asset for the HR team because we use it to plan out our recruiting timelines, events planning, Open Enrollment planning and tracking, closing out end-of-year assignments, etc. Monday.com has proven to be of great value to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of, if I don't understand something, Monday.com has a great resource library
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As busy as our department is, it's great to check back in on Monday.com to see where we are, what needs to take place next, and if our timeline is on target

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely intuitive and easy to use. We use it to communicate between Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, etc., and we have never had an issue. I also use it to keep track of my own tasks, which is incredibly helpful. There isn't anything I would change about Monday, because I have literally never had a problem creating a board or using it in any way. The one time we had to reach out to customer service to get an issue taken care of, they were prompt and courteous in their response.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wouldn't change anything--great customer service, easy/intuitive to use, and aesthetically pleasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between teams is what Monday helps us with the most. When I first started at AC Infinity, there was a lot of miscommunication between departments. Having boards set up between teams makes our lives so much easier, and leaves no room for miscommunication and error.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I have all my monthly activities in a visual form, so I can easily track them and check them once I'm done with them. Not only that, it's easy to understand in what stage I currently am in that activity, and if it's ready for my supervisor's review and/or approval. It's a really helpful tool at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a down side for the platform as of now. I really enjoy using it, and it's very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking of tasks. Because of high workloads, it could be common to miss an activity, so Monday.com is a really helpful tool to avoid that.

GREAT ADDITION TO WORKFLOWS
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a great addition to our team's workflow. It helps to break down tasks and easily see who they are assigned to. If someone is out, others on the team can easily find the latest update on an item due to how simple it is to organize. Being able to add multiple sub items under each section/task has been very helpful to keep the lists organized and not cluttered. The tag feature has been useful to be sure everyone who needs to see an update is notified about it. I do wish we could share a single task in multiple boards that would all update with the same comments. Entering updates is simple and the checklist option is great. Also, being able to add links in the updates helps to keep track of websites and emails that are used often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is user friendly and easy to learn but it would be nice to have short classes to help go over all the features that we might not even know exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving workflow and tracking.

It's solving our finance and budget tracking. We work on a lot of projects and Monday helps keep all large purchases organized as far as cost and due dates
We love using Monday to organize and plan our quarterly sales, promos and marketing techniques.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to tag team members on certain tasks and communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes not easy to figure out how to delete certain items that have been added to a calendar.

It helps our marketing team stay organized and allows up to plan ahead for sales and upcoming events.
