Monday.com is the best website for task management and organization!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday.com is its ease of use. Despite the fact that Microsoft Project has a few additional functions, Monday.com has not proven inadequate in its capacity to track or fulfill the work required by my businesses. As well as this, it is quite easy to use and there is little resistance to admission - you are not overwhelmed by the program's UI and unsure of where to begin. Everyone with even little computer expertise should be able comprehend this strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's something I don't understand about the progress indicator; even when I complete each individual subtask, the project is not recognized as complete. This sort of occurrence has occurred previously and can result in more work for my teams, which is a recent downside. Perhaps I'm overlooking something apparent, but I cannot find a means to track the publication's edition history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are striving to resolve the issue of information concealment. While different members of their team focus on different facets of a single assignment, they all have access to the most up-to-date version of that task and can make any necessary changes.

Monday can be a good project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is Monday's best feature. It is easy to set up various formats and to color code them. It is easy to drag and drop to get the format or order as you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like I had to create a more customized dashboard to get what I wanted for daily review versus having a canned view available to me. In addition, the pricing tier is not friendly to small businesses and/or solopreneurs. Very limited in features and access in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is good for project management. I used it more for the day-to-day functions personally as I have many aspects of my job that don't necessarily connect so Monday was helpful in letting me stay organized and task-focused.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate, filter and search my boards to find the information I need. The connection between boards and the ability to mirror columns saves me hours of data entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to create groups with different column headings on the same board would be extremely useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excel spreadsheets that have thousands of entries and need to be worked on by multiple users simultaneously were causing the company problems. Monday.com has totally cleared this problem for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The positive side of Monday.com are:

1. Highly Customizable: With ready-made templates, sections, boards, documents, dashboards, and more, users can create their custom digital workspace.

2. Remote Team Collaboration: The remote team can use this software to discuss updates, performance, comments, and more to stay productive and intact.

3. Powerful Analytics and Visualization: They also have powerful project analytics and visualization feature that helps us understand our current progress,
backlog, and position.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least liked things about Monday.com is:

1. Limited integration: Monday.com lacks direct integration with specific software and tools like Constant Contact, Notejoy, etc.

2. Learning Curves: Since this software contains too many features, the learning curve is high for new users, which consumes time and effort.

3. Limited features in their basic plans: Even the general and most needed features are lacking in their basic subscription plan. Also, it is impossible to add weightage to each task to better track productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our experience with Monday.com has been a mix. I can manage my team all online with this software as it allows seamless project creation, task assignment, and progress tracking. However, as the team size and requirement grows, this tool becomes costly and might be hard to afford for small businesses like ours.

Monday.com: The most effective business application ever developed

What do you like best about the product?
I like the app's user-friendly interface and that it is beneficial when I'm on the go. I also appreciate that, due to their youth, the team is more sensitive to suggestions involving the use of technology to increase productivity. Additionally, pre-made designs are available for me to use as many or as few as I choose for my projects, and I can distribute them among my staff as needed. Finally, storing tables as CSV files means they can be viewed from any computer, saving a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how monday.com makes it challenging to set priorities. I wish there were subcategories so I could better organize my tasks. It's also hard to explain how much work you put into a project because you have to be precise and on a sliding scale instead of just saying, "I worked on this for X number of hours." Lastly, when a task is completed, it only sometimes indicates that the writing is complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The monday.com Monday lists of outstanding jobs and errands are beneficial to our team because they help us establish priorities and formulate plans. By seeing what everyone is working on, we can better determine who is doing what and how much progress has been made.

Application for running projects that is quick, flexible, and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The straightforward method for setting up a board that meets our requirements. Very simple to keep track of our projects and their many phases. We can see how far along each project is anytime during the day. Because of this curriculum, we are incredibly organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally stalls while attempting to save a project and cannot handle additional lines when automating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com informs the public about the work my colleagues and I are performing. Having the option to communicate within the app is quite beneficial and reduces the number of emails we must send, which are frequently lost or forgotten.

Creative, fluid and personalized experience

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things to like about Monday.com! The amount of options you have when creating your project management boards helps to customize each workspace to the needs of the individual, team, project or goal. The color coordination for statuses was my favorite because I could give each workspace/board a palette, so I knew what project I was looking at just by the colors used. Almost everything is collapsable, meaning you only look at what is pertinent to you; nothing else clogs your screen. I feel like I had complete autonomy over boards, workspaces, rows and columns to do what I wanted with the platform and experiment with how I wanted to organize my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workspace as a whole is more tailored to a team experience and wasn't checking some of the boxes when it came to my business where I work alone. Some tracking and automation features catered to a team space instead of an individual one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the problem of team management, project organization & planning, collaboration work and overall business management. For myself and the businesses I work with, Monday helped streamline project workflow and gave us one place to do everything from communicating goals and identifying tasks to turning in final files and expressing feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add new members to our Monday projects, as we hire a lot of freelancers! People can learn how to use the program quickly without an extensive training session or anything. I love all of the colors too! It is really easy to customize and edit the tasks / projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to search for something specific, so if I'm searching for project details from previous film shoot - maybe years in the past - it can be hard to sift through the different entries. There is the search bar and filter drop down at the top, but it might be nice to have a more clear table of contents on the side with a small drop down that breaks the year up by months, and then you click on the month and it drops down to more project options. I'm not sure what the solution is, but maybe the left side of the screen can be used in this way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our business (film production), it really helps to see who is doing what. Monday allows us to customize the columns to clarify the different roles and assign people to those roles. I like how team members receive alerts when they are assigned a task or if any changes are made (that way we don't have to follow up every time we make an edit in Monday).

What do you like best about the product?
This service works well as the response from the Monday.com team to requests for graphics is incredible fast and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
My lack of experience is the only thing holding me back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work anniversaries, company wide webinar and director webinar graphics are all held in the same place and are easily managed and visible on entering the Monday.com site

Easy, convinient and Handy tool for managing a project

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is handy to use.
It can be reconfigured as per your use case.
Figuring out the progress at each step is easy, especially for projects where multiple teams work.
Notification and automated assignments can be done as per the need.
Multiple boards can be managed very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing the version is a little hectic hence, this needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using monday.com to manage a project on which several teams are working parallelly. The project is a time-based project, and each team's output is an input for the other team. It helps me align and monitor progress easily.
