Monday.com is a game changer

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is a "live" tool that we can use across multuple departments so that everyone can stay up to date in an easy to use, visually appealing way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a way to chat with someone when i have questions and need answers quicker than i can find the tutorials online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have one source of information that anyone can update that we allow, it is very easy and wonderful to use.

What do you like best about the product?
We are still learning and adapting this to our team but so far it is so great for managing projects and keeping our team on track. We are always finding more and more ways to use this and steamlining processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that feels kinda annoying or repeteitive is the noticaitons and inbox seciton. I feel like i'm constanlty having to go in and clearing them out indivsully often or seeing repeating stuff in both places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the statuses feature most of all and also how you can create items and sub items and assing them to people. Even at that...it's a great feature that we didn't have in this type of format before. ALso starting to LOVE the AI features.

Easy to Manage Visual Project Progress

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday is that it integrates with a lot of systems and forms. Connections with Zapier make data collection very easy. I also like how visual Monday is. It makes project statuses very easy to follow and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you were able to share view only access to boards, or use conditional rules to allow certain people to view certain data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our teams keep track of onboarding process, as well as performance management. It is nice to see all the data housed in 1 place.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely powerful but also so so simple if you want it to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not anything I would change with the tool right now. It's the perfect fit for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with our Marketing campaign framework and has reduced the overall length of time it takes us to go from strategy to go-live by 1/3rd!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has many ways for you to customize your tasks, create timelines, and makes all your to-do list dreams come true in one easy-to-navigate forum. Instead of getting 100 different text messages with requests from coworkers, Monday allows everyone in your organization to have access to you with just one click and you can let them know when it will be done by using the status bar feature. It is super easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any negatives while using Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the problem of receiving hundreds of texts and emails with requests from coworkers and all that mess and by implementing Monday.com it allows that to be condensed into one easy-to-navigate forum. All those requests are now being put into one space which makes it easier for me to filter through them and stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it incredibly easy to organize tasks, projects, and needs across multiple channles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is so efficient that it is almost too good at showing me how many unfinished tasks I have currently in my pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is extremely helpful in ensuring all members of our internal team understand timelines, persons involved, and resources needed for tasks. not everyone loved using Excel or google sheets, or even check there emails. Monday helps solve that issue of disorganization and miscommunication.

What do you like best about the product?
I was previously a SmartSheet user but find Monday.com dashboarding and reporting incredibly easier and significantly less time consuming. monday.com makes project data visualization easy and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find managing users and user visibility settings in Monday.com a little confusing

Transparency for project team on project progress
Real-time communication & updates right where you need to see them

Project Management for Visual Learners

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of getting started. The learning curve is really low, allowing you to be effective immediately and expanding your usage as you understand monday more. I also like being able to specify colors for quick glances at my boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had created some widgets awhile back but just recently revisited and the numbers didn't populate correctly. The admin permissions can be confusing when trying to integrate with other apps. Specifically, a better connection to Zendesk and Outlook would create a fantastic CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently use it as a CRM, which is much more cost effective than other CRMs on the market. I can track a customer's multi-step journey that includes several departments from signature to launch (integrating with DocuSign and Zendesk) and have an automation move them from an Implementations board to a Current Client board upon launch. We also collect suggestions sent through a link onto a board that we can internally sort and organize.

Mondays.com, my personal assistant

What do you like best about the product?
Everything on Mondays is cleanly organized, easy to use, and fully customizable based on whatever project I am managing. I was able to get up and running on Mondays in minutes, with about a week of time to learn how to use all the features.

I first started on the free version of Mondays, but wanted more functionality so I upgraded. The customer support team walked me throug how to transfer all my existing information to my new account, this took less than an hour to do and they walked me through each step.

I have integrated Mondays into my daily routine by having a second screen up with Mondays always open. I use Mondays to track progress on every to-do item I have for the day, and have seperate projects managed on their own. Being able to track progress with my team seemlessly has been a huge time saver and has driven greater efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with Mondays is that I didn't use it sooner, the previous two years in my leadership role would have been far better if I had Mondays from the start!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mondays is my bible for project tracking and daily to-do lists. I am able to set proper deadlines, track everything in one place, and continually edit as needed!
