What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is powerful, flexible, and most importantly, easy to use. Now I have a better handle on our many projects. I am in the system every day.
I love using the automations which reduce the number of routine tasks. The integration with Slack and Google apps is super handy for us. There are so many other features in Monday and I am looking forward to using them in my workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish subitems could all have their own column structure. Or at least allow 2 or 3 different column structures for subitems per board. Hopefully a future enhancement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday.com, I have all of my renovation and construction projects in a single place. I've created views for our finance team and our project team. I can group or sort the projects in several in many ways depending on what I am doing. Using a high-level/low-level connected board structure allows us to track details more efficiently. The granular details live in the low-level board and the high-level details are captured or mirrored on the high level board.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can create different sections for your different projects (for example we have a design section and copy section).
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not really anything I would change right now about monday.com, I think it has all the tools needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all the different tasks between my team and having insight into what everyone is working on.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes it easy to communicate with my team members about specific projects, while simultaneously keeping all of my information and project loads organized across many departments with varried needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some automations in Monday.com that are relatiely helpful but unfortunately not reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the problem of each department needing specific and different information, and having different workflows that are now easy to manage and can be viewed easily by management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease in managing the progects and the team features. It's great for keeping me on my team on the same page and to never miss anything which results in the best customer experience for our clients.

I don't love how the automations are laid out. It would be nice if a workflow could be created and then the automations are in order from start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use.
It's ability to sync and integrate with emails and other systems make it really useful to view what the team is doing.
We literally use it daily in my team to manage, document and complete briefs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app can sometimes not sync and load the most up to date information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it mostly for the organisation ro brief in work to our team, then we can update the notes on each new task with progress, assign people to each task, create a gantt chart to see timeframes etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com organizes all of my projects and to-dos in one place. It frees up my mind to generate new and clear ideas instead of constantly worrying or trying to remember everything that needs to get done. As the pace of work continues to accelerate, I would not be able to achieve maximum productivity without this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike, and I would like to learn how to get more colleagues onboard with using Monday.com. It's collaborative features are amazing, and everyone on the team would benefit from being active users. I have found it challenging to get more folks onboard with learning and embracing new technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping me stay on top of deadlines as well as assigning lead to key tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday.com every day to help manage and track my projects. The subitems are super useful when tracking multiple steps within a project. The overall user interface is straightforward to use. All of the column categories make the program super customizable to fit your needs. The option to have night mode is a plus. There are plenty of apps to help review projects that are on different programs. Overall Monday is very convenient and the best way to organize your workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no complaints about monday.com! As a graphic designer, I appreciate the user interface and all of the customization available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps solve time management. It lets my manager know where I'm at on projects so that they can manage my workload.
