monday Work Management is a fanstatic one-stop platform to manage my work and converse with others
What do you like best about the product?
The top feature for me is the ability to separate "my work" from the rest of the content. I enjoy that I can quickly run through my To-Dos.
What do you dislike about the product?
This could be my computer, but I have found that the platform sometimes seems glitchy when scrolling through, and because there is a large amount of content, it can get overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first thing that comes to mind is work management for myself and the whole team. Fewer things fall through the cracks since we started using the platform. The communication within monday is a great tool to keep us all on track.
Monday.com works great for our team!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is! We work in an ever-changing environment and having the customizable boards is a must. And being able to tag team members is awesome as well. It's super easy to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not anything I dislike - it works great for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a system that would work as a real estate CRM in addition to having the ability to track transactions and Monday was the only thing that would work for both and let us customize as we need!
Monday works for everything!
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility, you can use it for everything. We have a ticketing system for a Escape Room, we handle financial dashboards, and we have Social Media for our clients organized and up to date; we can share the content and have their feedback in an organized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of formulas is quite basic; it's been improving lately though. And sometimes it is challenging to get all the information you need in a graphic for the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with clients, visualization of information.
Effortlessly Flexible Project Management with Some Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly easy to use, creating multiple project workflows tailored to our team and client needs is intuitive and fast.
Dashboard creation is robust and flexible, offering high-level overviews by user or department to track projects and recurring deadlines.
At its core, it's like a giant spreadsheet, but fully customizable with automations, templates, views, and integrations, making it powerful without sacrificing accessibility.
The interface is visually clean with drag‑and‑drop functionality, color-coded statuses, and customizable columns that make project tracking simple and effective.
monday.com integrates well with many tools like Slack and Google Drive, and its API allows for advanced custom workflows.
Support resources are strong: 24/7 live chat, webinars, forums, and an extensive knowledge base.

What do you dislike about the product?
Custom dashboards and board-heavy views often load slowly, which affects efficiency.
Mass updates can be unreliable. Some changes fail to carry over, requiring additional manual work.
There's a 50-board limitation for dashboards and 'My Work' views, which becomes a constraint for users managing high board volumes.
Item caps per board (10,000 for most plans, 100,000 on Enterprise) mean active boards need to be split or archived, adding maintenance overhead.
Time tracking is basic; deeper reporting or analysis typically requires outside tools.
Although monday.com has a large integration library, it still needs refinement. For instance, while Slack integrations are robust, Microsoft Teams is limited to only importing a board into a chat. After switching from Slack to Teams, we lost the ability to receive streamlined notifications.
Native widgets also feel restrictive. While more can be added through external apps, doing so significantly slows down the platform.
Looking forward to future updates that improve Microsoft Teams integration, expand native widget functionality, and resolve performance issues related to dashboards and large boards.

monday.com helps centralize everything—projects, tasks, communication, and timelines into one accessible platform, eliminating the need to bounce between multiple tools or spreadsheets. It provides structure to our workflows while still giving us the flexibility to adapt boards and dashboards to each client’s unique needs.
The visual nature of the platform allows our team to spot bottlenecks and missed deadlines quickly, while automations reduce repetitive tasks and help us stay on track. It also makes cross-department collaboration easier by allowing different users to see only what’s relevant to them without overwhelming their view.
By using monday.com, we're able to:
- Streamline project management across dozens of accounts
- Track deadlines, approvals, and ongoing deliverables more efficiently
- Improve accountability within the team through visibility and ownership
- Customize boards and dashboards for each department’s unique workflow
- Communicate in context, directly within task threads, reducing email overload
It’s essentially become our operational hub, and without it, managing the volume of client work we handle would be chaotic.

It's almost perfect.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Monday.com is its collaboration features. You can rely on it to fully capture your ideas in real-time and allow for global viewing capabilities, so that everyone on the team is fully aware of what is happening at any point in a project workflow. They also have pretty decent customer support and service. I've found it helpful and easy to use when implementing a new system or process for our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still developing the platform to work in a more AI-friendly world, which is understandable. As time allows, the integrations will become easier, but for now, it's a learn-as-you-go approach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of consistent information gathering and alignment on specific client goals and expectations.

Monday.com is Intuitive, Powerful, and Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com every day. I love how easy it is to track tasks and integrate information across your various boards. The automations are easy to implement, especially compared to other work management platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features don't work well when many people are using the same board at the same time, which has led to mis-clicks and improperly entered information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com's work management boards allow me and my team to know what everyone is working on, how much progress they have made on that task, and allow us to leave easily accessible and understandable information about relevant aspects of that task.
Great organization for out team!
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out the most about Monday Work Management is its visual simplicity combined with customization for our team's needs. The platform is incredibly user-friendly — even team members who aren’t particularly tech-savvy can navigate boards, update tasks, and collaborate in real time with minimal training.
One of the best features is how flexible and modular everything is. You can build workflows tailored exactly to your team's needs. We use Monday.com for the coordination of over 25 annual events that we produce. Being able to review past years' events and tasks in just a few clicks is super helpful.
The automation tools are also a huge time-saver for our team. With just a few clicks, we can automate repetitive tasks like status updates, notifications, or due date reminders.
I also really appreciate the transparency it brings to teamwork. Everyone knows what’s going on, who's responsible for what, and where things stand. That clarity reduces a ton of back-and-forth and keeps projects moving.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main drawbacks is the learning curve for advanced features. While the interface is clean and easy to use for basic tasks, setting up more complex workflows, automations, or integrations can get confusing. Without proper training or documentation, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.
Another issue is pricing — it can get expensive quickly. Many of the useful features (like time tracking or advanced integrations) are only available on higher-tier plans, which may not be cost-effective for every organization.
