What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly effective software tool to enhance project management workflows and promotes clear accountability. The automation is impressive, streamlining repetitive tasks and improving overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inputting the data originally, but I am sure there is a much easier way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving where projects are near competition and deadlines approaching. Keeps projects on track.

Monday Work Management tool Review

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing tool to manage projects and products being released with multiple view options like charts, table and more which makes it highly useful. Easy to assign tasks and sprints to different teams. The option to put in notes and comments beside deadlines is really helpful. The platform is easy to use and has good integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product experienced some outages at first, which led to a few issues. Additionally, there are limited customization options available in the main workflow. The learning curve is quite steep for non-technical stakeholders. I also think the platform could benefit from more AI features to help automate various tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a very helpful project management tool, as it makes managing projects and tasks much easier by allowing us to track deadlines and monitor the work completed by different teams. It is easy to track and share the progress of new sprints. Overall, the features make it especially useful for technical and development projects, simplifying our workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how simple and easy it is to use monday Work Management. I can easily put my work assignments and other necessary tasks for myself to view later.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not really much to hate about monday Work Management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate how monday Work Management presents my tasks in a clear and straightforward way. I was able to customize the format so it made the most sense to me. I also like that they offer a range of layout options, allowing you to pick whichever style you prefer.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is its flexibility—you can customize boards, workflows, and dashboards to match any team’s needs. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for everyone to adopt, and the automations help cut down on routine tasks. I also like how well it integrates with other tools, which keeps everything connected and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
While monday Work Management is very powerful, some advanced features require a learning curve, and new users may need extra time to get comfortable. The mobile app could be more streamlined for quick updates on the go. Also, pricing can add up as you scale and add more seats, which might be a concern for smaller teams.

monday Work Management solves the challenge of scattered tasks and lack of visibility across projects. It centralizes workflows, makes collaboration easier, and ensures everyone knows their responsibilities and deadlines. Solid project management platform but has room for improvement and is a bit costly

What do you like best about the product?
I like monday because it is easy to setup for beginners and those switching from other project platforms. It allows you to customize workflow and get updates in real time. This makes teamwork very easy by putting all project information and communications in one place. The sales team seemed welcoming and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that monday has many features that may not be ideal for a small team. They seem overwhelming and the platform seems less intuitive for a beginner. The price is a bit high especially when you compare it with other project management platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday helped us to stay on the same page and keep track of the project to avoid overlooking some tasks or missing deadlines. We have a team focusing on different tasks and have to work together on almost every project. Coordinating every task through email threads calls meetings chats was hectic before we started using this platform.

I like Monday.com because of the notifications that are sent. This helps to keep the team on track, ensuring that all deadlines are met.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automate the hundreds of small, boring daily tasks, and having the ability for the entire team to view what is happening without having to ask anyone else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to automatically email fwd PDF's that external people have added.

What do you like best about the product?
*Love the visibility of Monday.com & the ability to automate workflows. The easy-to-use interface is great & a real sell. The majority of our team love the interface.
*The constant feature improvements are fantastic & the innovation is great to see.
*We loved doing the certifications to lift our skill level internally, so we can drive the refinements internally.
*Our implementation partner agency has also been great. It was tricky to know where to start without them.
What do you dislike about the product?
*The cost - it's quite expensive & workflows only 'work' where everyone has licenses. Yes, some people can be guests & viewers, but the experience is sub-par. We were also 'surprised' with a hefty price hike last year after zero warning. Not great.
*The Account Service is dreadful! After signing up, our account manager was pretty much MIA, unless he wanted to charge us more. Case in point - i haven't heard from our new AM for 8 months, until last week when he emailed me because we haven't spoken in a while (aka never) & he wanted to charge us more. I have flagged our lack of satisfaction in this area & little has changed. This is a real downer to an otherwise great product.
* Thought the new features are great, this often means we need to overhaul our processes and set-up to be able to capitalise on the new features

The best work management software

What do you like best about the product?
I think Monday is such a great tool. The best thing about it in my eyes is its ease of use, as well as the super user-friendly interface. It's so easy to customise it according to your needs. And with things like the drag and drop function on most elements, it's really fast to change the order and position of elements. Likewise, I love the visual style, which can also be customised. It all looks very slick and visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't actively dislike anything about Monday. Maybe just the fact that some functionalities (such as the time tracking column) are locked beyond a further subscription. Even though I have a paid subscription, I am not able to use this and other features, because that would require the Pro subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a clear and easy to edit customer pipeline that I just cannot get via the CRM I use at work (Dynamics 365), as well as managing other aspects of work.

may be I do not have access of all features but would love to have it integrated with other apps that I use to get realtime data updated in dashboard.
