Effortless Task Tracking That Keeps Us Organized
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of monday work management being able to track tasks on various projects. I enjoy the automations the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part i dislike is that it takes some people a little bit more time to understand the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deal with alot of stakeholders and creative requests. Monday.com helps us stay on track of our requests and their statuses.
Effortless Project Setup and Mobile Access
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to use. For every project I've wanted to set up on Monday, creating a board has been straightforward. I also appreciate how convenient it is to access the platform from my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transferring Monday boards into a printable Excel document doesn't always go smoothly for me. I think I might need some additional training to improve this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has resolved several communication problems.
Excellent Board Sharing and Client Control Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the shareabilty of the boards and the ability to control what clients see what board.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't limit who sees board activity.

Tracking status of projects and deliverables associated all in one place with key stakeholders is a total game changer. Plus it's super intuitive to use.
A User-Friendly Platform with Automation and Portfolio Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is easy and use. It has a lot of automation features, which I use. I like the dashboards and portfolio feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dependencies do not work well on Monday.com

It is helping with transparency and visibility through dashboards and reporting.
monday is easy to use with more options than you'd expect.

The My work view makes it super easy to see at a glance what is due and when it's due.

I wish there were more colors avaiable to diferentiate between groups.

It keeps all of my projects and task in one location where it's pretty easy to see what stage they're in.

I don't like the billing system of monday Work Management. When you're on an annual plan, there's no flexibility to move licenses around, remove, or add new licenses without it automatically renewing at each change. This lack of flexibility in managing licenses is problematic as it restricts our ability to adjust to changing team sizes or requirements throughout the year.

I appreciate the simplicity of monday Work Management; it's intuitive and visually appealing, making project management straightforward. It's specifically built for managing projects and helps us efficiently oversee programs and portfolios. The automation capabilities are fantastic, allowing us to link boards and activities and understand dependencies easily. This automation is especially helpful for managing 30 to 50 interdependent projects simultaneously. The system's ability to automatically update dependent activities when a project date changes is a tremendous advantage. Furthermore, monday Work Management has streamlined our reporting processes by consolidating everything in one place, eliminating the need for multiple formats and tools like Excel or PowerPoint. This reduces duplication and makes data access and management more seamless. Overall, the tool's design and functionality are aligned with our needs and enhance our project oversight capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the limited ability to export project information, particularly into PowerPoint, a drawback. It would be beneficial to have more automation or AI-driven options to facilitate this. Currently, the process requires recreating material manually, leading to duplicate efforts, which is inefficient.

I use monday Work Management to align projects, streamline reporting, and enable self-service information access, reducing duplication and manual effort.
Keeps Our Team Organized and On Track Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has been using monday.com for about a year now, and I can honestly say it has made a positive difference for us. I am able to keep track of tasks assigned to myself and also our staff and make sure everything stays organized. If someone misses a task, I can easily see it and then send the right person a reminder. It has been a great help!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don't have any because monday.com already covers the main tasks we handle in our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring tasks has become better and easier with Monday. Our CRM task lists were not very efficient, so using Monday has been a significant help.
