Amazing facilitator for those who are troubled by the email traffic

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com significantly helps maximizing efficiency for all team members. Automated notifications reduce a major portion of the manual work. It also maximizes team members' visibility and makes project tracking much more fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic formulas and calculations should be available in the most basic subscription packs.
I also think that the number of templates is not sufficient.
However, while there is room for improvement (as there always is), I'm highly satisfied with the tool, as it significantly facilitates daily managerial tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the amount of manual work required for tracking projects. It also helps me organize data for planning and budgeting projects. Automated reminders replace manual follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday allows me to stay on top of everything, with deadlines and related details. The fact that I can dynamically track these elements is what I like the most! There can also be so many options for automation that I have yet to try, which is fantastic. Using Monday is a real upgrade, coming from someone that was using a spreadsheet to manage priorities!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a few bugs sometimes, but they usually sort themselves out quickly. They did not appear often and were not life-changing. A quick reload fixes the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see all of my tasks in one click and track all of the deadlines. Also, it's easy to add notes and valuable details that I might lose on some paper somewhere. I can access the platform from anywhere, on my laptop and my cellphone, if I want to check something quickly.

Monday.com as a sales CRM & to do list

What do you like best about the product?
It puts our to-do lists & our sales crm in one location. We can easily share information & tasks among the team members. It's a great way for us to stay on top of what tasks are done, & what's left to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggle with reporting for our sales team. The way our business works, we lack some features to track our sales numbers & report on them consistently and accurately. It is a needed feature for us, so we are having to find ways around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a clear path for our leads & a great way to track where are leads are in the process. It also provides a great way for us to track our clients in the sales process once they've booked with us.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so customizable, easy to see where projects are at, being able to communicate with colleague's about tasks in progress
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess it seems like Monday is a massive animal. This is not necessarily a bad thing. But I'm sure I don't use it to it's full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work share with others that work at different locations. Keeping the work flow even so that not one person is swamped.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track progress, deadlines and RACI. Good to track progress
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, a lot of functionality for all sorts of tasks, but may be difficult to learn as there is a huge amount of features

What do you like best about the product?
We are a small start up that utilizes hundreds of independent contractors. We mostly use monday to track the information from for our contractors (the applicant tracking system, their credentials and when they expire, etc). I also personally use it for a to-do checklist where I can rate priority of tasks, and my team members have visibility into that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that are complicated to use. I also wish that different groups of items could have different column types. But those are minor things and I use Monday.com every day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small company it doesn't make sense to pay for a large Applicant Tracking System software, so we use Monday to keep track of applicants and where they are at in the hiring process. We can also easily assign tasks to each other and rate priority, assign due dates, and have visibility into each other's tasks

I wish you could tab through the monday fields.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is an excellent option for larger teams or anyone that needs to manage a complex amount of work, it gives you and your company the freedom to create and do a diversification as you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still having some trouble with the formulas; it will give a False answer even when everything is entirely correct and double-checked, also, the Location on the Maps does not find the exact location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving many problems, like keeping track of all the customers and all the products and allowing each department to create a spreadsheet that is particular to that department.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps my team stay aligned across many projects. We are a small team but work in 6 time zones. I've used other project management tools and they all end up clunky and feel like a chore to update. Not so with Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've encountered is slight internal confusion around the name. Sometimes we talk about 'doing something on Monday' and have to clarify 'Monday.com'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps my team stay focused on the next action step across many projects and teammates. That helps us avoid duplicate effort, speeds up delegation, and helps me reach our goals faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Customization due to so many collumn types, automations and integrations with different softwares. With monday we do not forget to perform an action that we have planned to do in the future.

We could not manage to find an efficient way to map our time spent do each project and customers so we could have a better cost control (we are an agency). With so many activities and projects, it is hard to make a good track with the tools available.
