Excellent User Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Automations make our lives so much easier, and the user interface is beautiful. Our President and Chief Rhetorician describes it as "exquisitely pleasant." The option for add-ons is cool, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for Enterprise is much more than what is cost-effective for our very small company. Ideally, there is a sliding scale based on the demands of the team. Add-ons are also frequently an additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to organize projects, track progress, communicate contextually more effectively, delegate, and gauge our productivity. It has become our one-stop location for Sales, Client Projects, and Internal Systems.

Duplication can be an issue at times, as can complexity.

vERY ADAPTIVE SOFTWARE but it does lag a bit

What do you like best about the product?
How once you know how to use the platform there is no limit on what can be done and on the various business opportunities that can be managed using this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software is great but it lags so so badly. It if multiple people are updating something they both have no idea what is going on because they will only see updates about two minutes later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You guys are helping my company solve their workflow issue and allow for transparency between all the departments. this will bring all of our software under one umbrella making it super easy to update and maintain information.

Flexibility and automation

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday is the flexibility of the platform and the built-in automation (as well links to zapier) - While I think they could still improve elements of the automation, it's very user friendly and easy for even beginners to start automating parts of their process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations in the platform (Twilio as an example, but there are probably more) don't operate in the same way as some of the other automation and workflows. i.e I can't trigger automation off all of the things I'd like. If there was a more homogenous set of processes for all integrations that would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with several companies, many of whom use Monday.com and I'm able to organise reporting, manage their workflows and assist in process help all via the app

Now we have clear oversight and a grip on tasks

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily see all of our projects, the time allocated to these projects, all actions and used time in one place making it a life changer when it comes to resource and budgeting. We also now have the new CRM functionality which is proving really successul in being able to track all new business contacts and proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really, there's more I'd like to do with it but I think itd capable of doing it - i just don't know how to do it yet so no fault of the platform, more user error! We have attended some great webinars from Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to clearly set project times to ensure we aren't over or under resourcing our clients whilst viewing how much time we are spending on admin and our content, it has enabled us to streamline our approach to work and have set rate amounts as we can consistently see how long certain aspects take.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps keep me and my team organized. We are a busy interior design firm, and there are many steps and details that need to be documented, tracked, and collaborated on and many questions that need to be answered every day. Monday.com helps me keep my task list organized and I feel great when I can change that status to "Done" and see the confetti go up! Also great for our two most important vendors, our custom upholsterer and custom woodworker, to be able to view open projects, drawings, inspiration photos etc. all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out how to set up reminders so that I don't lose track of open items. I wish I had more time to attend webinars and learn more about how to make Monday.com work better for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us solve the problem of a bursting email inbox. It helps organize the projects and questions/answers regarding open items without having an email thread that can easily get lost.

Makes work more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to customize it for my companies day to day needs with our clients. It is very user friendly and allows good visibility into what the team is accomplishing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, at this time, I don't have any dislikes to report. It might be nice if there were more customized notifications coming out of Monday to my team and myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping my team organized. There are a lot of steps we complete with each client. It would be impossible for someone to memorize all of them without slipping up. We don't expect that type of perfection, but Monday allows for things to not be forgotten in our process.

Great tool, needs more pricing options

What do you like best about the product?
The number of views, dashboards, widgets, etc. are the most extensive and best I have seen on any time management software. The time tracking (with the ability to export to excel) is amazing and a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing options aren't great. I need all of the features of a higher priced package, but I'm only one individual. However, I have to pay for more seats to use these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily tracking my hours on different tasks, and managing many different projects at once. I am much more organized and efficient after finding monday.

Monday CHANGED our entire project management set up!

What do you like best about the product?
As a team, we work on several different product launches at once - bringing our workflow to Monday changed how we approach projects and how we work through the different stages of each project! In particular, I love the ability to assign an owner to a specific task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "my week" area could use a little more finessing - it isn't always accurate but if they get it to work right I think it could be a game changer. I do still use it to keep a tab on all my current and upcoming tasks but would love if a task I was done with would be hidden
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management for sure! I work for a stationery company and as mentioned above, we are often working on a bunch of projects all at the same time - being able to keep track of each project on it's own board has been amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling the work and making sure who does what is the best, and the way we are all able to see the progress and add comments and talk to each other while working on a project and exchanging the required files all in one place makes it very easy to work together and having a direct conversation about each project without wasting any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still struggling with the whole DAM stuff, it is not showing on my page unless I search for it, and using and understanding it is not easy, not sure about any part of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the process very easy for each project we have, especially now that we are working remotely, and it seriously saves time for all of us.
