GREAT PROGRAM FOR PEOPLE WITH BUSY SCHEDULES
What do you like best about the product?
THE BEST PART OF MONDAY.COM ARE THE INTEGRATIONS AND THE EASE OF LEARING THEIR SYSTEM. I USE MONDAY.COM EVERY SINGLE DAY AND WILL CONTINUE TO AS IT ALLOWS ME TO WORK NUMEROUS PROJECTS AT ONCE WITH EASE.
What do you dislike about the product?
THE ONLY DOWNSIDE OF MONDAY.COM IS THE COST TO IMPLEMENT THIS IN A LARGE ORGANIZATION

Monday, the complete tool for managing projects and my team
What do you like best about the product?
Mainly the practicality of use, because in a busy day-to-day, there's nothing better than an intuitive and practical tool to not take up much time. Ease of implementation, as we can create workbooks with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The value of the tool ends up not being the best, although we know that good tools will not be the cheapest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of visibility of projects and their stages inhibits the need for project progress meetings, saving time to use schedules only when necessary. All involved can be aware of any stage without great effort. The decentralized management of employees' work speeds up their coordination.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the most user friendly management software that is also effiecent. I frequently use this product for my everyday tasks and overall workflow for the whole team. It is easy to implement new tasks and workflows withough a learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some automations the program does not have that would really help my workflow. I will reach out to the awesome customer support to see if what I want can be done or added. Other than that the automations help easely integrate the team and workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is creating solutions for the workfroce to easily keep up with schedules, tasks, hours and project collaboration. The program also has great sales tracking tools.
Monday is a total game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
As a person with multiple "tabs" open in my brain at all times, Monday has helped provide structure and organization to not just my personal projects and tasks, but to my whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It for sure takes time to learn all of the functionality, and how it works for our particular line of business, but that's the investment you make when getting on board with a new platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to see, easy to use documentation of our projects and work flow, start to finish. Everything can live in one place!
A definite 'Must Have'!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variable column status options. It is very, very easy to use and because of that, I use it daily. I love the way you can share boards so everyone knows what to do. I'm constantly on the app to make updates and this helps to keep everything running smoothly. Whenever there is a problem, customer support acknowledges and fixes issues immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I'm sure there are many things that I can use, but don't know how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me completely in keeping detailed account of where the project sits and the various steps within a project section.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the most flexible project management system we have ever had the pleasure of working with. It is very intuitive, and provides numerous features to improve the efficiency and communication throughout the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is that you will need to custom build your setup yourself if you want the best for your company. This is both positive and negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helped solve a timing issue regarding updating projects. It also vastly improved our reporting capabilities.
Things couldn’t be more organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I’d highlight the automations. When multiple team members are working on the same asset, automations help keep everything organized across the boards without anyone needing to manually update statuses. It also makes things a lot easier for teammates who aren’t very tech-savvy, since Monday.com’s workflows are intuitive and do most of the heavy lifting for them. Overall, it keeps our projects aligned, reduces miscommunication, and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Same as past years, I don’t love that all notifications are turned on by default, so I end up getting alerts for every single update. Of course, I can manually turn them off later, but it would be great if notification settings were easier to customize from the start.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that for larger teams, the boards can get a bit laggy. Some items take time to load, and it doesn’t seem related to internet connection, just the platform being heavy when many people are working in the same space.

It saves time for all my team and other teams we have to collaborate with. As I said before, automations are a live saver where I work. It just helps kepping track of everything and you know who to refer when you assitant, because you basically know whos working a document at the time desired.
So organized and love the notofications
What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps our marketing team on top of it so we hit goals and don't fall behind. I love all the different board templates and organization behind it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the survey board. We want to utilize it more but I have a hard time keeping it organized/tracking it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that almost all of our information is stored in there and I know where to find it. I am able to stay on track by building out subtasks and feel good about completing each task
Best System to Increase Productivity and Efficienty
What do you like best about the product?
As a former educator, I appreciate the color system that is throughout the entire system. The functionality of the system allows for all staff to work the system even with miminal computer skills. I also love the archive feature. In additon, I able to upload images and send emails to staff and clients from Monday. The emails allow me to see when customers and workers have viewed the emails The automated email system when the status of the work order changes is amazing. I no longer have to working about sending confirmation or status update emails. I use monday every day.

I love everything about Monday. I have no problems with it.

Great project management platform for small and large teams
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com offers a diverse array of systems to meet every teams needs. It is a fully customizable platform to set up strategic systems to advance team goals. It's extremely intuitive and user friendly to help teams stay on track and aware of each others projects/workloads.

With so many features, it can be difficult to initially set up a system that works for your team. Often simplicity, especially for smaller teams, is key. The automations can be tricky to set up, but once established are time savers and amazing features.

Monday.com is our primary project management and communications software. It serves many functions in our team such as complete project tracking for our website redesign and communications campaigns, as well as editorial and social media mapping for storytelling calendars.
