Creative, fluid and personalized experience
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things to like about Monday.com! The amount of options you have when creating your project management boards helps to customize each workspace to the needs of the individual, team, project or goal. The color coordination for statuses was my favorite because I could give each workspace/board a palette, so I knew what project I was looking at just by the colors used. Almost everything is collapsable, meaning you only look at what is pertinent to you; nothing else clogs your screen. I feel like I had complete autonomy over boards, workspaces, rows and columns to do what I wanted with the platform and experiment with how I wanted to organize my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workspace as a whole is more tailored to a team experience and wasn't checking some of the boxes when it came to my business where I work alone. Some tracking and automation features catered to a team space instead of an individual one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the problem of team management, project organization & planning, collaboration work and overall business management. For myself and the businesses I work with, Monday helped streamline project workflow and gave us one place to do everything from communicating goals and identifying tasks to turning in final files and expressing feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add new members to our Monday projects, as we hire a lot of freelancers! People can learn how to use the program quickly without an extensive training session or anything. I love all of the colors too! It is really easy to customize and edit the tasks / projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to search for something specific, so if I'm searching for project details from previous film shoot - maybe years in the past - it can be hard to sift through the different entries. There is the search bar and filter drop down at the top, but it might be nice to have a more clear table of contents on the side with a small drop down that breaks the year up by months, and then you click on the month and it drops down to more project options. I'm not sure what the solution is, but maybe the left side of the screen can be used in this way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our business (film production), it really helps to see who is doing what. Monday allows us to customize the columns to clarify the different roles and assign people to those roles. I like how team members receive alerts when they are assigned a task or if any changes are made (that way we don't have to follow up every time we make an edit in Monday).

The tool is handy to use.
It can be reconfigured as per your use case.
Figuring out the progress at each step is easy, especially for projects where multiple teams work.
Notification and automated assignments can be done as per the need.

What do you dislike about the product?
Managing the version is a little hectic hence, this needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using monday.com to manage a project on which several teams are working parallelly. The project is a time-based project, and each team's output is an input for the other team. It helps me align and monitor progress easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love monday.com; it helps me stay organized with a clear view of my projects and assignments. I usually use it for myself, but I'm planning on adding some group mates soon, so it isn't as lonely. The clean look and the easy-to-find buttons to fill out your workspace are phenomenal. There are also options to integrate other applications to make your life easier. Overall, monday.com is an excellent organizational software!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not believe I dislike anything about monday.com. I love the filtering to filter out completed projects and being able to tag another one of the projects. The software is super simplistic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved my management skills and can meet deadlines quicker when I see the projects in front of me. It's easy to stay on task that way.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and easy to use for myself & for the team. There are numerous highlights for monday.com like the status fields, document uploader option etc.
We can simply create multiple boards for each project/ topic. The other advantage is we can create the duplicate board by easily copying the elements. It saves a lot of time.
We can also make the worksheets for ourself and for the team by adding and removing the members. Once we update anything in the board it will notify the subscribed members about the recent updation that we have given.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't see an undo button in monday.com, if we mistakenly click on the delete button there is no way to restore it.

We can get an overall picture of our project, like one single tool/platform for every project/tasks.
We are able to see the status of all projects and issues very quickly and makes us track everything and respond as soon as possible.

Great project management platform, wish there was more automation development
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great project management platform. I primarily use the boards to manage internal projects and external task management for our clients. The automations are a great way to keep boards organized and a big reason I find monday.com so helpful. I am able to use automations to take action on different projects given specific dependencies. I can move items between other groups depending on a certain status, set new deadlines as projects are developed, assign the appropriate user as project responsibilities change. I also use other features such as linking and mirroring columns between boards, and creating new tasks on a separate board, given several dependencies. I also have monday.com integrated with other platforms, which helps to create a more seamless work experience, and reduces the need for duplicate work and task tracking. Primarily I use integrations with Slack, Gmail, fellow, and Mailchimp to optimize my workflows. They also just realized a new integration with Tableau that I am very excited about! Other than the boards you can also create dashboards. I primarily use this to manage deadlines and tasks across different boards so I can easily manage them within one view. The dashboards are also great to report out findings are project status across many boards when meeting with stakeholders or other teams not as familiar with the set up of our Monday.com workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a big learning curve when first getting started with monday.com. I also find there are several limitations with different automations. Several times I am unable to set an automation that I need, or there may be a workaround where you have to change the type of column you have so the automation can work correctly. It can often be time-consuming and frustrating to re-work boards to optimize them best. I run into the same problem when trying to build out specific charts. If the column types are not created a certain way, I cannot accomplish what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping my team to be able to manage all of our work in one location. Even if we have documentation elsewhere, we can store all our files and links within Monday.com and keep that our central hub for all the projects we work on. It helps keep my entire team better organized. The automations also free up a lot of time where we can focus on our work and not spend as much time trying to keep it all organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an essential tool for streamlining team collaboration and individual project management. I appreciate that it automates workflow so that we are kept up-to-date about start and end dates, receive appointment reminders at the appointed time, and can easily share information and ideas with coworkers. The low membership fee makes it accessible to teams of any size, which we anticipate will steadily increase Monday.com memberships.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that on my mobile device. I could not view recent activities without refreshing the page. This was the only feature that did not function properly for me.

My organization uses monday.com to track and organize everything from incoming requests and companywide meetings to the lifecycles of individual client projects. On Mondays, everything is streamlined so that no one is ever in the dark regarding the status of any given project.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility of the boards on Monday.com- they can be adapted to fit so many different business types, making it a very versatile tool. I also like that you can use it to encourage quick and easy communication with co-workers; this prevents potential misunderstandings caused by miscommunication. Additionally, being able to upload files is extremely helpful and further increases Monday.com's usefulness. They offer great support, too- if ever I have had a question or needed help with something related to my work, they were always quick to respond and provided excellent assistance. Overall, I think Monday.com deserves an outstanding grade!
What do you dislike about the product?
The turnaround time for email support is occasionally aggravating, especially when the information I require is probably in front of me or would exist if I learned more about Monday. However, this does not imply that the support has been ineffective; they have been outstanding. If only there were a faster form of communication! I wish Monday.com had a live chat option for customer support.

Monday.com helps organizations monitor projects' progress better, delegate tasks between teams more efficiently, and streamline processes such as reminders and customer communication.
A great project management tool with endless combinations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can effectively use Monday as a large team, plus have sections where just smaller departments are focused also the automation and power-ups are awesome once you have taken the time to configure them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure it's a bad thing, but there are too many options. It's very easy to overcomplicate your project management system, so much so that the people using it cannot actually use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us keep track of all of our projects, in-house tasks and general CRM. We usually have the app running so the popup notifications help our team stay in the loop with official tasks.

The task management on monday.com is brilliant. Lots of flexibility to make it work for your team. We use this everyday for task/project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging in can be difficult if you don't know your team URL. I have struggled to find it in the past, preventing me from logging in.
