So Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so easy to use. It's very quick to create custom project boards and even adjust them after you've started. We use the tool for our account management team. We love how convenient it is to share the dashboards with our clients, giving them transparency into the project and timeline and who owns which steps. It's easy to communicate and collaborate with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I spent more time looking at potential integrations with our other systems and software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to give visibility to our clients of what is being worked on when we expect it to be done. We have other tools internally we use, but none were available to our clients.
Monday.com! Helps me to be more organized and up-to-date with work process.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access. It's not complicated at all. You can continously work on the work process seamlessly whilst monitor its progress and can see who is left behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing notable. As of now, I am happy with Monday.com.

the best aspect I have found about monday is that all you write is always saved even if the message/update was not sent, I find this aspect really usefull and valuable.

that is kind of slow when there are many details in the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is everything it claims to be (and then some)! It has drastically improved the team's delivery speed, our project and support management, the automation of repetitive tasks, integration with all necessary programs, and real-time tracking of all data. The forms, docs, and columns on the boards are completely customizable. This aligns with the brand of the company I work for. We are highly praised for this!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like older accounts not to be treated as legacy and to receive product updates, recent features, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had many problems with tracking hours for recurring support clients with the old platform. With monday.com this was quickly resolved! Our clients have access to the native form for ticket submission, to the shared boards for open supports, and can track our activities safely and effectively with the dashboards. The project team doesn't waste time feeding multiple platforms. Now we have email sending, various integrations, all in one place! The support team as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration and it is easy to get used to. I've been able to learn and then teach others the ins and outs easily. We have workspaces for each of our departments, SOPs, and project management. What else do you need?
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it takes unneccessary time to flip to and from boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When using email or slack, progress gets buried so quickly. On Monday it is always there ready to use. You can see where others are at and move the needle forward.
Monday is easy to use and provides a medium for better communication in my organization.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can see when someone views an update I've created. I like the transparency. I also like how Monday tracks how long ago an update was created.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout can be more user friendly. I have to scroll a lot to view information due to the tight layout of the site.

Automations have made many tasks easier for me to manage. This allows me to spend more time working on other things.

Functionality, the possibilities are endless. It's a workplace Lego set for Project Managers, you can build it into anything you dream possible.

Typing items, I wish it could just read my mind

Tasks are in a central place for everyone, no more chasing down email threads to see whos doing what

Really easy to use without a manual. The colors, the good ideas that it provides.

Maybe I get a lot of notifications and it can be a lot of mails.

I thing communication its a big opportunity that Im getting solved with MONDAY. I can asked for things to another department and its convinient for everyone.
