Great piece of software for project management

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and easy to manage for myself and the wider team. I can create anything from a simple client ticket to creating client project boards for multiple departments. There are a lot of great functions we use daily, including tracking, sub-item tasks, CRM, board sharing, project statues, email notifcations and more
What do you dislike about the product?
One size doesn't fit all, and we've had to change the boards and functions several times to meet our requirements; it's not a bad thing as we're a growing company and we expect change, but it can take a while if you have a lot of projects on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get a business-wide picture of all our projects and tickets we have/ currently working on. It takes away a lot of admin as I'm able to see the progress of all the projects and any issues quickly. In addition, the team has little to no distractions as they can focus on their tasks and projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is captured in one place, allowing all the members of the staff team and board to see what is going on quickly and easily, as well as being able to filter out what they don't need to know. Really like the ability to customise the interface as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really. Like any new system, it takes a bit of getting used to and some of our older, less tech-savvy board members find it a bit confusing, but in general even someone with a minimal amount of familiarity with online systems will find it easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all info in one place, easily accessible --the fact that you can include links to documents and URLs is hugely helpful. Also the ability to communicate through email w diff team members is helpful. So not only does Monday.com allow all the things to be in one place, but it also allows you to draw in things that are not within the system

What do you like best about the product?
A clear visualization of all projects
Easy to use, in SaaS, integration with other software.
The fact that there are many display options is a strong point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administration of the tool is somewhat complex at the start, especially with the implementation of automation. Support for the French language would be an advantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking of our internal company projects and the monitoring of our customer service tickets allow us to have a complete view of our activity and enable us to be efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Monday to be very simple to use, easy to adjust to suit our needs. I like to automation aspects of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find sometimes when you print it does not always print what is on the screen, and it often prints blank spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday as our call sheet. It helps us to keep track of all calls, and it is great how we can add updates to the calls as we go. Also being able to set automations up, so if calls are not actioned within a set timeframe we are we are able to get a notification sent to us, is of great benefit to us.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way I can organize different boards and lists for different clients and projects. Probably the most helpful thing for our team has been the ability to assign projects and track time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way for me to see what work has been assigned to me and is ready for action. Even under the tab "My Work," I still have a hard time distinguishing which assignments are with which projects, etc. I think a kanban sort of layout might work better for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps our team keep track of multiple projects for multiple clients, spread across people and locations. Without a central powerhouse like Monday.com we'd be lost.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can organize into boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I get a ton of emails about Monday when projects are being submitted. We are working on how to figure that out ha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a lot of organizational problems like working on projects and submitting requests for content.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations make our lives so much easier, and the user interface is beautiful. Our President and Chief Rhetorician describes it as "exquisitely pleasant." The option for add-ons is cool, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for Enterprise is much more than what is cost-effective for our very small company. Ideally, there is a sliding scale based on the demands of the team. Add-ons are also frequently an additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to organize projects, track progress, communicate contextually more effectively, delegate, and gauge our productivity. It has become our one-stop location for Sales, Client Projects, and Internal Systems.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily see all of our projects, the time allocated to these projects, all actions and used time in one place making it a life changer when it comes to resource and budgeting. We also now have the new CRM functionality which is proving really successul in being able to track all new business contacts and proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really, there's more I'd like to do with it but I think itd capable of doing it - i just don't know how to do it yet so no fault of the platform, more user error! We have attended some great webinars from Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to clearly set project times to ensure we aren't over or under resourcing our clients whilst viewing how much time we are spending on admin and our content, it has enabled us to streamline our approach to work and have set rate amounts as we can consistently see how long certain aspects take.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps keep me and my team organized. We are a busy interior design firm, and there are many steps and details that need to be documented, tracked, and collaborated on and many questions that need to be answered every day. Monday.com helps me keep my task list organized and I feel great when I can change that status to "Done" and see the confetti go up! Also great for our two most important vendors, our custom upholsterer and custom woodworker, to be able to view open projects, drawings, inspiration photos etc. all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out how to set up reminders so that I don't lose track of open items. I wish I had more time to attend webinars and learn more about how to make Monday.com work better for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us solve the problem of a bursting email inbox. It helps organize the projects and questions/answers regarding open items without having an email thread that can easily get lost.
