A leap in the organization of internal workflows

What do you like best about the product?
I work at a publishing house, and after a meticulous process mapping effort, we reached a completely customized framework, thanks to Alest's support. Our needs in terms of workflows were fully met by the tool, which notifies the involved parties before the demand falls behind, allows automations from interconnected tasks, and is the best in the market for managers to visualize team performance. Another advantage is the integration with major work tools such as Gmail and Slack.

We are very satisfied!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I can't think of anything that doesn't satisfy me in the tool, as it is highly customizable. If I see something, I can solve and change it instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a huge difficulty finding a tool that could encompass all the workflows and processes existing in various areas of the publishing house. Now, we have specific boards for very distinct departments, such as logistics and digital marketing. We also have an integration area that managers access to stay informed about the progress of each project — which has greatly improved communication gaps.

Workability and Connectivity to team members and general office staff

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides a simple and concise interface to share project details and log progress of tasks through updates and pic logging. End user interactions is very easy. The IT Dept. mentioned the ease of setup and interface with other software was easy. Monday is used on a daily basis. Customer service is rarely needed to be contact due to simplicity of software and constant updating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features in the desktop version of the platform are not available in mobile platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has kept project schedules and tasks organized. Staff working at various offices can easily communicate

Keeping My Ducks in A Row

What do you like best about the product?
I love how monday.com appeals to visually-oriented people. A lot of other project management tools are dull, boring, and just look like an overwhelming wall of text. Monday.com helps me keep my ducks in a row in a visually appealing way!
What do you dislike about the product?
While monday.com provides a TON of amazing features, I really wish there was a simple option for recurring tasks and bulk editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To put it simply, I have too many tasks to do to keep them all in my head. I use monday.com to manage my clients, leads, contacts, and personal and professional tasks. It truly functions as my second brain; from jotting notes down to implementing large projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com was a new platform for me when I started my current role. I like how organized it helps out team. The functionality of the user experience on the app is amazing for roles that are field base. Our team gathers each week to chat about projects and workloads, this platform allows for those meetings to be very dialed in,
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say. It's very dialed in, and easy to use and manage.
There may already be this feature, but for the admins, it would be great to have a project due date reminder email sent so nothing is missed. Especially when the dashboard is full of higher-than-usual workloads/requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the end goal and due dates clearly outlined in one specific place has allowed us to deliver results in a seamless and timely manner to stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been instrumental in how we keep our team members productive and in the know-how of what they need to do, what work is outstanding, and we've been using Monday.com to keep track of communication whether it's internal communication or communication around clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we've experienced with Monday.com is that there are some features that they haven't implemented which reverts us to use other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is keeping us organized, helps us with our customer service, and it helps track stats and information on clients so that we can serve them better.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most is being able to assign tasks/projects to multiple different users and the update emails that keep me on top of things even when I forget to check the status.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving communication problems that we previously had between the in office staff and our remote content creators. We are able to so easily communicate back and forth directly on the task lists of each individual project so there is never a question or miscommunication about which project we are talking about. I also LOVE being able to insert PDfs and things directly into the comments. This enables us to quickly attach content onto email campaign lists to plan out campaigns months in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
I can create a board for anything at all, colaborate with who I need to & even link the boards together & there is always a way to make my boards better and easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
monday could have more colour modes for dyslexia as night mode is definitely easier to use but other colour modes may be more accessible since it is mostly being used every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday solves the difficulty of integrated project calendars and makes it easy to collaborate thoughout the business.

Monday.com has streamlined our processes and made it so easy to track our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like all of the features of Monday.com. If I had to pick a negative, I would say that some of the filters could be redesigned so that we could create better reports for our particular projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tracks all of our leads and where they are in the pipeline. We can also quickly see all of our sales for the month, all of the leads that did not sign on, and leads we are currently working on.

What do you like best about the product?
The program was easy to learn and implent. The different features it offers has helped us streamline our leads and follow up process.

Having to manually change the status of a lead after moving it to a different category.
