Clear idea about the task and achieve goals

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday.com is that is the place where I can realize very easily not only the missing task but also the accomplished.
When you are working and managing around 30 people, Monday helps you to build clear guidelines to direct the team and make them be successful in accomplishing their own tasks.
Monday.com also helps you to define deadlines and prioritizing tasks helps you to build and accomplish your goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think is not exactly about Monday.com is more about related to the person or the group of people that is going to use it. Monday.com is a great tool, but like any other tool, the user needs to be clear about how they want to use the tool. If Monday.com can build a breach to make this process between the user and clarify any small details about how Monday.com can be not only an additional tool and turn to be the principal. it will became necessary for users and not only a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, clearly defining the objectives, dates accomplishing tasks, establishing deadlines, and prioritizing important things.
Delegating things and following up with my team.

Great software that helps to simplify work

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great software for our design team. It really helps to define our workflow. From assigning tasks to employees to scheduling follow-ups for clients. It integrates easily with Slack and with Google Drive. We use it everyday in for our work. It was easy to implement into our current workflow as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system can be cumbersome. However, you can easily edit what notifications you receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps to simplify our workflow. This makes it easier for us to complete projects, and check-in with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create Boards - Groups - and relevant Subtasks for individual clients, all housed under one roof, has been a game changer. My work with various clients and projects has never been more streamlined. Multiple Groups per Board allows me as the Project Manager to ensure attention is paid to the many moving parts of a project, and it offers reassurance to clients who can see my workflow in real time. It keeps all of us on deadline and is easy enough to use that deadlines can flutuate, collaborators can signal when they're stuck or struggling, Not only can I keep clients on deadline, but editing, adding, and seperating tasks is done quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen must be expanded to full view to make changes within the calendar without glitching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the issue of managing project, task, and work management, collaboration, event planning and time tracking all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations and the UI/UX offered by the platform help me get the most done in no time, their customer support is excellent, implementing is easy and I have integrated it with lots of our platforms. It's a tool I use everyday

Currently, there is nothing in particular that I dislike, only area of opportunity found is subitem automations

It allows to have all our projects in the same location to encourage collaboration and streamline processes

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is having everything in one place, and managing to keep things organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about monday.com is the rare bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of communication, having everything in one place, working with more than one team simultaneously, and this benefits me since I'm working as a campaign manager, and I have to manage more than 10 campaigns weekly working with 4-5 different teams at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations and automations allow an insane level of agility and time-saving work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was confusing at first because there's so much going on. I had to have a friend show me what he uses it for before I realized how it would help my small team. Sometimes vague business jargon can confuse small businesses that don't even know what they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Excel to track our clients and it was unable to keep up with the growth we we're experiencing. Monday allows us to keep better track of everything and have greater detail in simple presentation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best, is the ease of use of the tool. I track my daily business tasks as well as my personal once. I can follow short term and long term projects easily. At a glance see where do we stand.
The export to excel works wonderfully good.
I haven't exchanged with the customer support. Nor have I use and integration services; thus i cannot comment on these points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't even know. I spent 5 min thinking and looking for something. Maybe add a customizable icon column? Even that I'm sure is feasable, I didn't dug enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a tool that deletes the needs for daily meeting and useless catchup (in some ways).
It is also a fix for internal miss-communication - if tracked correctly, everyone has a quick snapshot of the project.
PO & PM would love it.

What do you like best about the product?
I get notified with news from new updates or new task. All schedules my schedules are on point, data is very easy to use, manipulate, and intergrate in our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It reminds me that i have too much work left to do, but that is it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us to seamlessly connect our data from different boards. We can concentrate on the important stuff while we can also monitor and cross-check some data on the other boards efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of customization is absolutely one of my favorite parts of Monday. There's so many different options available, that it's essentially guaranteed that there's a format that will work for everyone. The automations are definitely a lifesaver too!
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the biggest drawback is the severe automation limit for smaller subscriptions. Having only 250 automations a month for an entire organization when my board alone wants to use over 100 every month is frustrating. Totally understand the idea is to incentivize people to upgrade, but the fact that you go from 250 automations to 25,000 automations a month makes the lower level allotments feel a bit ridiculous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep everything I need to get done organized. I have small one-off to do items that pop up all the time that I would completely forget if not for Monday. It's also great for taking notes on any action items that come about during meetings. Or, for example, I join product release meetings every months in order to create new training materials for our Support team. Monday makes it easy to take notes on the new features we're adding, and I appreciate that I'm able to keep that information directly attached to the task item for creating the new documentation.
