Obsessed with Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
I like the using the workflows and automations to optimize processes at The Pillars. We use it for every department and we use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limitations to automation recipes and the limitations on forms. We use the workforms very frequently at The Pillars and it would be propel us if the workforms had more customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped us with inter-departmental collaboration. It has helped us with accountability adn staying on track with deadlines and assignments. It really has just helped our company become more orgaized and sustainable with growth

Great project management software, lots of features

What do you like best about the product?
I knew Monday thanks to my current job, when I first tried it I was amazed by all the things you could do in it, project management became a lot easier and its really easy to use.
The features that I love the most are the programmed notifications against a schedule and dates, subitmes and mirror columns.
Also, its been an improvement and updating of Monday since the first day I used it that I really appreciate and value, we say at work that Monday is our bible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there isnt anything I do not like about Monday, although it would be helpful to have the possibility on making custom columns on different pulses on the same board, I've been thinking about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all its been helping us make a link between our suppliers and us, we keep track of every interaction, every document,comment and doubt they have.
It helps me know that my coworkers are sharing all project information with our suppliers and it also helps me to easily get in touch with any of them at any time by using the mobile app.Every important file, date and schedule is at hand.
Subitems help me check all pending and current tasks of my team to ensure schedule is going as planned.
Plus,its our encyclopedia where we can find information of past projects, costs, dates and so on.

Flexible and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very flexible and easy to customize. We use it as an agile marketing team to organize into Sprints and have been able to adapt it to our use cases very easily, from building sprints to linking work items to OKRs. Even our least tech savvy managers easily adapt to it for tracking their teams work items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Productivity tracking isn't as intuitive as it could be, but we also don't have much occasion to use it.

Work tracking, assignment, and collaboration with other teams

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Trello and Smart Sheet in the past and nothing compares to Monday when it comes to ease of use, functionality, and the willingness I have to use it. I have every day-to-day task in there with due dates, priority status, approval status etc. It keeps my days organized and has changed the efficiency of my work. I love the "my work" feature where I can really hone in on what I have to complete for the day, week, month, or even the following weeks/days/months. It helps my managers get an idea of everyone's workload and helps us shift priorities if need be. I love being able to have main tasks and subtasks in cases where some tasks have a bunch of smaller tasks within them.

One other thing that has been great is, whenever we add a new team member and onboard them into the platform, it takes minutes for them to grasp how the platform works. They get into the platform immediately and start organizing their "to-do's." Implementing the platform with new members of the team is seamless for us.

This platform is simply put, amazing. I would recommend this to any team out there who is looking to stay organized, on top of their tasks, and want to be efficient in the way they work. Monday is always releasing new features and makes the platform better every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Monday. It has changed so much since I started working with it in 2020, adding so much functionality over the years that I can't think of anything it is missing. Refreshing the boards or the "my work" is a little bit slow, but not the worst thing either. When they have a major outage though, that really damages my workflow as I have all of my work in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing Monday.com has changed for us is the way we plan our major events. When we have major events going on for the company, we are able to hop in a meeting, create a Monday board, and build out the event from start to finish. We build out all of the tasks into different categories, assign people, assign approvers, add due dates, and go-live dates. This has kept us really on track with getting everything complete with events. It has helped us remember all of the little things that need to be done for events too.

In general, we have been able to get more done as a team by being able to build out our tasks in Monday.com per quarter. I have never felt more productive at the company until we started utilizing Monday.com to the fullest.

What do you like best about the product?
Customizable at no added cost. Flexibility to manage all business needs and you don't need a developer involved for every change you want. Lots of features and great templates. Can run multiple businesses and departments workflows on it
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it's the closest thing to perfect for a crm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Serving all of my business needs and keeping us organized, efficient inconsistent.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a lifesaver in helping me track and organize various tasks and projects within my organization. As an admin, I wear many hats and support a variety of teams, so Monday.com allows me to effortlessly switch between tasks in an organized, efficient manner. I use it all day, every day and have found it to be extremely user friendly from day one. Over the past several years, Monday.com has become the go-to project management tool for our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is so user-friendly, there is little about it that I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to remain organized and on top of tasks and deadlines

What do you like best about the product?
It gives us a central hub for our teams "to do lists" and streamlines team communication around those projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to be able to "link" pulses across several boards to restrict views from contractors, etc. We haven't found a way to do this yet.
