Great for Lean Teams

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our team streamline our processes and keep us on track to meet deadlines and track projects. We use their email marketing templates, as well as use them to approve social content. We are a lean team so we needed something to keep our ducks in a row and Monday.com delivered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making updates on files is a bit clunky. Also, setting up triggers can be a bit daunting and some of the details can be lost when they populate on complementary boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management is a huge benefit. It keeps up us organized and helps us meet deadlines. Our productivity has improved significantly by allowing us to plan ahead and set sub-tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday to be easy to use and well designed, but at the same time there are bars, colors, etc. that are useful to many visual people like me, as they offer a lot of tools and customizations. , You can customize everything. Created by our own working system. The best thing about Monday.com is that it's easy and flexible. Even non-technical users can understand how to use this platform. In addition to progress, users can also see what devices are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the functions of this platform worked well for me, with the exception of the mobile version, which required me to refresh the page to see the most recent activity. Having too many options may sometimes be confusing, so you should go backwards and plan your way out so you don't lose time with your setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of the steady flood of emails, track projects and team communication on Monday, is reserved for internal messages, while email is used for external communications. This platform allows us to maintain track of the present state of each of our tasks in relation to the specified deadlines; it was also effective in keeping track of our work schedules. We work more efficiently and we can better manage our resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My only advice to anyone who are apprehensive to test Monday.com is to give it a go; I'm confident you won't be disappointed. I would suggest folks to experiment with different methods of using the tools; I'm certain that Monday will provide you with all you need to manage your team and projects; you just need to investigate and figure out what works best for you.

Solution to organize your entire workflow and allocate resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps organize the team and the whole process, this allows you to see who is doing what and what needs to be done. You can share books and accounts with each other to speed up the process, but the dummy layout is also a welcome change. He also connects to Slack on Monday to update what's happening in real time. Monthly.com allows you to instantly see the progress of your project to resolve the participant's situation. It also provides options to visualize project data and progress, such as Kanban system and Gantt charts. Templates help organize activities in each area of your business, are ideal for creating highly organized workflows, commenting on activities and the progress of all tasks are updated instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things don't work the way I want especially when linking parts, duplicate columns don't show up on your smartphone so you can't link two things to see both in the Related Items column. There are certain restrictions when using on Monday. Switching to the user interface can be difficult. It took some training to get used to the new setup. Monthly.com does not provide an internal form with updates or much-needed chat functionality to engage in team conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com saves time on workflows as a way to keep up with work schedules, supports email connections for better data storage and time tracking, and enables options to keep flows structured work. The creation of several separate planning boards based on the same information, such as project planning and material planning, is more beneficial for project documentation and management. We obtain an overview of project/document management by glancing at the board and seeing how much green, gray, or red there is. This program increases productivity, decreases wasted time, and lowers misunderstandings by allowing us to see what is being done and what needs to be done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're not sure if Monday will work for you I think the best thing to do is create a board for it, but experiment with different settings. As a result, it's a good idea to use a variety of approaches to view data through the tabs at the top of dashboards. Fill in your boards as much as possible. Monday is useful for quick and easy schedule management thanks to timeline views and built-in options for automation and bottom-up report viewing and an accessible API with good documentation for adding custom features.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has proven to be a valuable resource in my daily process. I like the system's integration features since they allow me to streamline my work process and manage all of my accounts in one location. The UI/UX is simple and easy to use, making it easy to see where projects are and where they are headed. I particularly like how we can post summaries and project ideas in clearly accessible locations. Everything we do is documented, which is useful for both internal and external purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare circumstances, Monday.com will be unavailable, bringing our day's responsibilities to a halt. There are occasions when my work does not save or does not appear on the page. When it comes to uploading stuff, there are a few anomalies. For example, colors aren't as brilliant when previewing.pdf files, and it's difficult to know what the file extension is at a glance when you upload something. Aside from the few problems I've discovered, my only other suggestion is to include more options to swap between the several workspaces it belongs to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com enables me to organize all of my projects in one system and effortlessly transition between jobs. I've discovered the value of making visuals that depict my objectives and make them appear more feasible, which makes me more productive. The primary value we get using Monday.com is having everyone on the team, including clients, follow projects and see them through to completion. We are kept informed through alerts, and we can examine and provide input in real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I urge that people thinking about using Monday.com attend their seminars since they are really useful in getting acquainted with the product. It has made project management less intimidating and has enabled us to better schedule our lives in order to increase productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com dashboard is the stuff of efficiency dreams, honestly there is no restriction to what you and your group can program with the Monday.com toolset once your group is utilized to the degree of control and diligence that monday.com offers everything streams normally, I love the wonderful way there is a format for all that you might at any point need to do, I utilize this for following client projects, staying aware of me with all my colleagues including different branches of the organization.

Because of Monday extremely configurable nature, setting your workplace precisely the way you want it might take some effort. Fortunately, Monday.com offers more than enough tools to educate you how to make Monday your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a game changer for teams juggling many tasks at the same time. If you're releasing new goods or have numerous projects due out in the same month, monday.com is arguably the finest productivity tool you could utilize. What do you like best about the product?
Prior to Monday.com, all requests were sent by email, making it difficult to keep track of the workload. With Monday.com, all team members can view what's in the project file and know where each project job is in the process. I really enjoy the customizing features that Monday.com provides; we have a number of clients that want a tailored experience to make things simpler for both us and them. Monday.com has so many excellent features, but if I had to select one, it would be the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I accept that there is a learning curve, and I continue to learn on a regular basis. Some of the functions are a little above my comprehension, and it will take some time to fully utilize them. Fortunately, I can locate a tutorial to assist me, but it still takes time to figure it out to the extent that I would like. I wish the support response time was lot faster. I occasionally have a problem that disrupts our team's workflow and will not be remedied for a few days. This is most likely due to email exchanges back and forth. It would be easier to solve difficulties if there was a live chat option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue with having too many projects going on at once, and we struggled to prioritize and keep track of them. With Monday's boards and groups, we can prioritize, manage, and register projects more efficiently, allowing us to finish more work in less time than ever before. Monday has handled numerous challenges for my team, the most important of which is communication. We can communicate more effectively utilizing monday.com since all updates are made live and all communications with a specific request is maintained together. Get rid of superfluous emails and provide our entire team access to anything connected to artwork in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to increase team structure and communication, Monday.com is a game changer. I definitely suggest Monday.com, but don't skip the onboarding; take your time and finish it; the onboarding will teach you the foundation you need to use the software to its full capacity.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an excellent resource for project collaboration and progress updates. It saves time between team members seeking updates and ensures that we all get regular updates so that no one is left in the dark. The overall functionality is excellent; being able to add changes to each individual job so fast makes project management simple; I've tried other project management software in the past, but nothing compares to Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly just have small criticisms because it's excellent and simple to use. I would advise developers to continue focusing on the user experience and putting the consumer at the core of their functionality. When you export Excel sheets, an outline is created around the cells, and when you move them about, the formatting becomes really strange. It's not always clear which is the primary update and which are comments in the chat features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing project status and product development may be quite difficult unless you have a project manager. Monday.com also facilitates internal and external collaboration. The time management and cross-team functionality are fantastic. The ROI that my team and I obtain from Monday.com covers the cost and then some; we've been able to raise internal efficiency and assist improve the overall capabilities of corporate operations. This has enabled us to work in a more organized and effective manner, allowing us to finish more tasks and increase our productivity bonus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is not comparable to other project management software; it goes above and beyond putting the user first by involving all of your teams in the implementation of this software from the start, so everyone learns all of the configurations that will make you feel heard and more comfortable with its use.

What do you like best about the product?
Can create separate boards for each department and link them together. The best feature is the automation! We can have things move and update automatically with minimal effort so nothing gets missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do have technical issues periodically which can hinder production. It also takes quite a bit of training to figure out all the features and get them to work properly.
Main dislike is that it doesn't work well as a CRM - mainly only use for workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have established a steady workflow with Monday.com. It has helped us worked together to collaborate on projects and keep everyone informed of the process for each customer.
