A great platform - too loarger a gap between standard and enterprise subscription pricing
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards and automations are super helpful. The UI is intuitive. The mirror function is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations which are overcome by additional subscriptions - its great that these products exist but I fear it might disincentivise Monday to provide solutions to the problems that the purchased apps solve. The result here is sprawling cost to gain the functionality that you need.
Enterprise is one solution here but the cost difference is far too significant to justify. I'd love to be able to toggle on just one or two enterprise functions (and happy to pay for them) without having to sign up to the whole package.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task tracking, project management and the ability to create interconnected systems via the mirroring function - this have been transformative for our business where we have been able to build a Risk Management system from scratch which maps against a range of controls, reflecting their status in an easy visual.
Great Project Management Tool for Small Business Tracking Multiple Projects
What do you like best about the product?
For our small business, being able to use boards for each of our multiple projects has been a life saver. There is a lot of functionality we are not using, but the everything we really need is easily accessible with the board templates we have made. We are also able to easily iterate on our board template with each new project, taking the best practices from each new project and applying them to upcoming projects -w hich saves us time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many tools and plug ins that we have not explored. One area where we would like to find better functionality is to time tracking for each project being managed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday gives us an accesable platform that fits our changing needs. It is easy to make changes to templates that we create, and easy to add information to existing projects. We take advantage of connecting our Google Workspace account to our Monday instance, which gives us email alerts when someone comments on a project or mentions us in a Monday project. Ultimately, Monday helps us maintain consistency in our workflows and our project management strategy.
Efficient tool for workflow communication and management
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage organized workflow to boost productivity and efficiency has been helpful using Monday Work Management. The upsides is the ability to easily create multiple board and workspaces for different uses. Communication between team members on multiple subjects has drastically improved in terms of updates and scheduled messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Monday Work Management is that it can be visually messy when it comes to connecting boards. Deleted updates also can't be recovered which could be frustrating if removed by accident.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganization & lack of communication
Very versatile platform for coordinating teams
What do you like best about the product?
The AI functions inside of boards allows for quick workflow adjustments
What do you dislike about the product?
Cross board communication and automation is lacking and could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
External customer touchpoints are being met with followups after technician visits. The automatics updates to different teams means nothing is missed
Monday WM has extensive features, bit of a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I love everything about Monday.com—the automations, flexibility of the structure, sorting options, integrations, and now the AI capabilities. There’s no way I could manage the volume of projects in our internal marketing department without it. It’s become the hub of our department, keeping us organized and making it easy to adjust when plans change. Setup was a bit cumbersome, but once in place, it saves so much time. I’ve used Basecamp too, but Monday.com offers so much more for tracking projects, collecting and synthesizing data, and integrations with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love it, but many coworkers find it intimidating. You need to use it daily to get comfortable, and some departments we’ve tried to include have been overwhelmed and refuse to learn it. Even my team took some time to adjust since they were used to doing everything through email. Now they’re starting to see the benefit for internal communication, though we still rely on email for external and interdepartmental contact. I wish “My Work” could be sorted by multiple columns - Priority and then Status - that would be super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use it for project management and to communicate within our marketing department about task status. It’s easy to see who’s working on what or where a project might be stuck. We also track KPIs for campaigns to reference later, and use forms as a ticketing system for project requests from other departments or outside entities not using Monday.com. That ensures we get the details we need to start and track work internally. Finished projects are archived on boards with linked resources, often pointing to Dropbox or other storage for large files. We’ve also used document creation for SOPs to support training. The calendar view is key for our Social Media board to plan our content release schedule. It’s basically the place to find anything and everything happening in our department.
Love Monday.com. It handles our 30-person team back-office operations so efficiently.

Tracking a massive amount of tasks and information to ensure quality control and accountability. from all our team.
User Friendly Work Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use Monday is. My company switched from another project management tool and Monday has been a great solution for us. It allows collaboration, project management, and file management all in one spot. It also works well on the mobile version so I'm always on top of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The name can be confusing because it's unclear if we're talking about the day of the week or product sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replace our work trackers and the other project management/collaboration software we used. It seems to integrate well with other software systems we use.
All work management in a single platform
What do you like best about the product?
The first thing I liked when I started using it was how quickly it was easy to learn. I didn't need long training sessions or read extensive texts to learn how to use its tools because its basic guide was very comprehensive and explained all its functions quickly and accurately. Additionally, its built-in AI helps work flow more smoothly by minimizing or automating processes so it's not repetitive and boring. Its price is quite affordable and is suitable for any company, whether large or small.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel I've had any difficulties using it or that the system isn't working. It has been beneficial for my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has optimized teamwork to be much more effective and allows for better visualization of each project, allowing for real-time analysis.
I don't like how everything is a paid add on.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the transparency of being able to see what tasks our team has completed, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to use it for a number of things and noticed each time I was prompted to upgrade but was already on an enterprise account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed for us to be able to create a robust content calendar for all our social media accounts and stay aligned on issues that may occur.
All projects management in small company.
What do you like best about the product?
I like really much, the layout, which is very clean and all the projects are clearly visible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite expensive and there is no many integrations with other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to solve problem with too many projects in 1 moment, which is really confusing when 6 people need to work on that projects simuntainsly.
