The ease of having everything visable and easliy moved around is great.

it is not integradable into our POS system.

They solve a problem of having to email every bit of information to multiple people.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps every member of our team in the loop no matter if working from home or at the office. The automation and notifications make this the perfect system for us. We now use it daily and across multiple arms of our company. Every process and department now has its own Monday process. It's the perfect platform to use every day all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can not think of anything I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication! Going from text threads to email threads to Social Media group chats we could never keep our conversations about a topic in one place. Now everything goes in Monday and everyone knows where to go for answers. The app makes it easy to update or look up any project no matter where we are.

It is easy to use and user friendly. Great tool to collaborate among teams.

At first it is a lot to learn. It took a while to get it set up and figuring out to function best for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our company to collaborate and track projects as a team. It has benefited us to work together on projects, contacts, presentations, leads, etc. It has kept us on track to and be more productive!

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Monday.com is how user-friendly it is. It's super easy to connect with other apps you use. Plus, it looks really nice, and updating tasks feels kind of like a game. I use it for both client work and managing my day-to-day tasks. The best part is the automation feature, which makes tasks easier and more fun. You can set up cool automations that can get pretty fancy if you spend some time learning how to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Monday.com for around a year now, and I switched from Zoho, which was quite challenging to work with. I can confidently say that I have no complaints about Monday.com. The support is good, and it's incredibly straightforward to get started. Collaborating with my team has also been a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is making work easier by being easy to use, helping with team collaboration, and providing helpful customer support. It's a big improvement over the previously challenging software (Zoho) and allows for smoother and more productive work processes.

The platform is very user-friendly, easy to use & learn and it allows you to organize multiple documents into one by connecting to many tools!

If I had to mention something that I don't like would be the limitation of more complex integrations.

Our company had multiple spreadsheets for different types of information, both in Excel and Google Sheets, with Monday we combined everything into one place.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone whose job is fairly rhythmic, I love using the automations to streamline my to-do list! Monday.com is the first thing I open every morning and I use it to track all of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I wish could be more customizable- I'd like to pin multiple workspaces to my dashboard and I'd love to be able to copy formatting of the status column to multiple boards or groups instead of having to re-do it each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job consists of three parts- rhythmic work that must be done weekly, HR processes that must be completed periodically based on employee needs, and longterm projects. I used to keep an extremely detailed physical planner that worked really well, except that I had to rewrite things constantly. Every week I was rewriting the same rhythmic tasks, every time one of the HR processes was needed I would have to review my document with the steps and copy that into my planner, etc. Now because of monday.com, all of my weekly tasks are automated to be added to my to-do list on Monday mornings, and all the HR processes are fully written and ready to be copied to my to-do list, complete with all the various links and timelines I need. Additionally, I can track the workflow on my larger projects and copy the individual steps to my to-do list as needed. Monday.com saves me a ton of thinking time and energy around how and when to get my work done, so instead I can put my focus on doing the work itself.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Project Manager I love Monday! I use it daily. It is very user friendly. It helps my team and I stay on top of all projects and deadlines. We are able to have multiple boards based on our many products, so this helps us stay orgnaized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I do not like about Monday. It is perefct!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com benefits us because we have hundreds of projects within our team and it's very helpful to have a list of them. Each item has a due date and other columns that are necessary to understand what the project is for. Our team uses the note section a lot to communicate about the job. We have a status column that we keep up to date so that everyone in the department know where the job is.
