Great platform!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks to coworkers and reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the items are not properly duplicated and when you refresh the page, you lose that progress made.
Also, sometime you can't move certain subitems up and down to different locations. It won't let you place them somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am better able to assign tasks and be better at time management.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great. I'm really terrible at planning my day, but Monday really helps for a collaborative performance!

I particularly enjoy to do lists, and the cooperative nature of Monday helps our team work brilliantly, remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like on Monday.com, and the system is continuously updated, with a load of new features coming very frequently.

I think the only thing that holds me back is my own lack of adventure w the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team works remotely a lot of the time, especially since the pandemic. Monday.com allows us to keep track of where projects are up to, what needs doing and who is best to contact about any given item.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research and pick Monday!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a fantastic one-size-fits-all workflow app to help us track jobs in our organisation.
We use monday.com to track jobs from quoting/artwork through production to dispatch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile/tablet apps tend to be clunky, and struggle to adapt to changes when we access items via QR Codes.
There is also a little left to be desired on the front of the latest update being visible on the item row, to allow for easy "Snapshots" of current jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to have as easy eye over the jobs currently in our system. It allows us to share information regarding orders that traditional "paper" job tickets could not. In fact, we've been able to integrate monday.com to work alongside traditional job keeping methods which are essential to keep in the print industry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is a fanastic one-size-fits-all workflow manager that can be customised to suit needs.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to make the program work for our school. We had some trouble switching from 1 year to another and we received good customer support with issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have to really search to figure out how to change something or how far we can change something. I wish it was clearer how to edit things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When families register students through the links on our website, the information from the application filters directly into monday.com and we can access it. We like being able to sign people to roles and set up notifications when certain things happen. It has made registration run much smoother as now all of our users have access, can upload information from parents, add files, and communicate with each other within the app. Very useful!

A Great Task Tracker for Design Jobs

What do you like best about the product?
I love that any task can be assigned or claimed by myself or my team, so we don't get double worked on anything. The fully customizable status labels have been a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything about Monday that I do not like. If anything, there are too many features many of which we do not use or wouldn't even need to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday.com to keep track of marketing work done for over 300 commercial real estate properties. At any given time we can see who is working on marketing a property or information regarding the last time it was dealt with.

What do you like best about the product?
I Really appreciate the Automation features that monday provide!
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually havent really found any issues so far? Maybe lack of integrations to shopify flow etc?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication across various tasks that is split among multiple departments.

What do you like best about the product?
The dynamics of the boards make it possible to create numerous structures and adapt to each type of situation! From project management to process documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox for me is the least used! Because of the notifications area and being able to interact from there by liking or going to the place where the action occurred more quickly, the inbox is practically invisible to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of daily activities, time control, and projects. By providing a visual and interactive structure, the team becomes more engaged and can share information more quickly!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those looking for a tool to manage activities with the possibility of integration with other tools, Monday.com is the right choice!

Very Organized and Useful for Project Planning

What do you like best about the product?
Our team works on many projects at a time, and I like how easy it is to see all the key points to our projects in an organized list. I also like how quick it is to sort, either by date/owner/deadline. We tried to use Trello before but for our work Monday.com makes so much more sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to understand the additional features, like Gantt charts and other charts. I love the idea of Gantt charts but have never gotten them to work the way I want. I'd love to have a really easy way to see based on Project Owner, where everyone's capacity lies and who can take on more work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so great for resource planning for our team, and for me I can quickly see what I need to focus on each day. I use Monday every day, several times a day for my own organization, and as a team we pull it up in every call and use it to see what we are all focusing on and who needs help with their tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps to keep tasks accountable for each team member. We find that smaller jobs often time end up being forgotten. Monday allows all jobs to be on each person's radar. By adding the due dates, we can make sure all jobs are completed on time. Monday is constantly improving the program and has monthly training for all the new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side is learning how all the options work. There are many different ways to desgin your boards and many different ways to track the jobs on your board. There is a small learning curve when you first begin using Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are solving by using Monday.com is holding each team member accountable for all job tasks. Along with making sure that no job tasks are missed.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize each of the boards and allocate people to different parts. I also love the integrations you can do. Some of them are a little basic, but it's great they are always adding more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to integrate tools and other pieces of software. Iwe have an external agency who customizes our solution to fit our bespoke needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. Its really good to keep track of whats happening where and when. Im not sure my team are that good at keeping track of stuff. Maybe a rotting feature would be good, so that it promts people to come back after a certain time.
