Great platform that makes project planning an ease
What do you like best about the product?
We mainly use Monday.com for project planning, I would not be very organised without it and use it all the time! I have found it to be very easy to use and has a wide variety of features allowing me to customise for each project. Key features I like:
- Dashboards for overview of items in board, I can create reports on how long items are kept in specific stages.
- Form for users not using Monday.com to create cases,
- Lots of features allows me to customise to the needs of any project,
- Allows for collaborative project planning with ability to assign tasks to different users as well as email notifications when project updates are posted.

What do you dislike about the product?
Formula builder could be slightly easier to use, this is a very minor negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing complex projects with stakeholders across different teams in the business.
The best tool for managing multiple requests from multiple clients without multiple problems!!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the most efficient project management tool we have found, it allows us to handle multiple client requests with absolute ease. Automations save immense amounts of time but the best thing is the ability to control notifications to different sources so we never miss urgent requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would benefit from having an affordable single user plan, for small business clients. Little companies eventually become big companies so an inexpensive basic version would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage multiple client accounts from a single dashboard.
Monday is the flexible, easy to use platform you're looking for
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Monday really makes this platform special. I have implemented boards that are tailored for my clients needs (ISO27001 ISMS creation) amd then used other boards for CRM and task management. Plenty of templates are available for standard projects and workflows are easy to automate.
Being able to invite people to these boards outside of my domain without any license cost is critical. It has meant I can replicate my offering to many clients and manage them all from a single portal.
I use the product every day as it is used for everything I do - projects, ISMS/QMS, standard tasks etc etc.
I recomend the platform to everyone and many of my clients are now using it (sadly without using my referal link!)

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. My only constraint is time to make it sing even more. Although the platform is easy to integrate with other products I have not had the time to fully utilise this. It is by far the best SaaS product I have and vital for my business. When I have had an issue (for example an early upgrade restricted the number of tasks you could have) the customer support was really responsive.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is friendly to navigate and it makes it easy to track information.
I use it frequently on a daily basis and it saves me time to look up what I need.

I do not have any features of monday.com that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a good place to compile information and helps me check what our team member is working on. We are able to publically display certain information which is available to any other team member without having to trouble them in person to provide what we are looking for.
Awesome tool for project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to learn and use. The drag-and-drop features make building boards simple. The dashboards are useful in being able to provide a snapshot of a calendar or project needs without having to get into the weeds of the boards. Plus, the automation features make things so much quicker! Being able to set up alerts and allow items to move from group to group automatically based on a status or date is an amazing feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit to learn what the board permissions and privacy levels are so you can share as needed but also restrict as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com saves us from having to use spreadsheets to manage projects. We also don't have to go through emails to find things that we can now store in a board with easy to find links.
Where would I be without MONDAY!
What do you like best about the product?
I personally love everything about Monday. I have a team and I am in the Automotive Industry from an Engineering stadn point. I mangange multiple projects, with multiple deliberables, with frim and fast paced dealines. If it was not for Monday I would not be able to properly mange my programs to the level that I am currently doing. I had to justify the cost of Monday membership internally and within (1) Month my magnmnet noticed how useful of a tool this platform really is to my team. Kepp up the great work Monday team, and I would love to have a discussion with your team on ways we can improve the platform even further.

THERE ARE ZERO DOWN SIDES TO MONDAY AS A PLATFORM!!!!!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving all project managament roadblocks on a daily basis. It also just allows for TREU collaboration within my engineering team.
A tool that you must try for your business.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, complete and supportive, Monday.com has a huge number of options for integrations and automation that save time and increase the accuracy of your procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is the confirmation email for the automation, use a general email or create automation to move the incoming emails to the trash.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to visually understand all the tasks my team needed to do every day gave us agility in the process and it was very simple to understand how to integrate into our routine, we use Monday every day in all tasks. We can use it for financial purposes, RH activities, intern evaluations

We use it every day and don't think we really disliked anything

Now we can understand everything we need to do and how to achieve our OKRs
Great for cross-team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Great training videos and self-help materials for onboarding. Very modern interface and fast. Good variety in types of templates and use cases. Our Marketing team uses it for everything from graphic design intake form requests and project tracking, to email calendars, campaign collaboration, and team task tracking. We still probably haven't scratched the surface of everything we can use it for! Also love the cross-platform notifications. If I'm tagged in an item, I'll receive a Monday notification, email notification, and Slack integration notification. All adjustable settings, but for me - more communication is ideal. You can also see who's viewed an update, which helps with transparency/visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat of a learning curve to understand all the features and cool extras. It just takes time, understandably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us coordinate cross-team collaboration with transparency accross the board. This gives our teams visibility into projects every step of the way, mitigating confusion and lack of communication. We also use forms to intake all kinds of Marketing requests, which has helped alleviate our issues with other company stakeholders reaching out to individual Marketing team members for requests by Slack or Email. Now, leadership and people leaders can clearly see requests coming in and help route accordingly or reject, as needed.
Finally, a MONDAY we can all LOVE! Efficient, organized and powerful with automations
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has enabaled us to coordinate much better across departments for projects of all sizes. It has reduced our time to complete proejcts by sending automation notification on action items as tasks are completed and reminders for tasks that are due to ensure project participants keep on top of their tasks. The automations have also reduce time wasted on effort of manual emails and reduced the time between tasks for handoffs normally cause by the PM needing to "catch up" on status and notifications to start the next task when a dependency is completed. Implemenation was quick and easy as is onboarding new users. Once we added slack the simplicity of integrating Monday and Slack had us running the same day and improved the timeliness of notifications. This is the primary tool my team users multiple times a day as do others who are involved in our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside other than being better educated about all the functions and options and how to optimize the value of the prpoduct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the problem of not having trained PM and trying to manage many parrallele projects, task tracking and planning exercises.
It has provided us a tool that is simple enbough for everyone to use and get value from which has reduced frustration and late project because tasks are forgotten.
