The best project management software I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is simply the best project mnagement software I've ever used. Its simply and intutive while being powerful enough to keep tabs on all of our projects their statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is beautiful but the web version can slow down on some older machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping things organized in an easy to see way.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com helped our organization standardize our way of tracking tasks and projects. Over the course of a year, we converted almost all of our internal processes to monday.com. The tutorials that were offered during this period were also extremely helpful to the team. Our team members now use monday.com on a daily basis to track all of their tasks and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Joining and syncing across boards can still be a bit confusing, but we are learning through it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most all of our processes that were scattered through different applications, tools, and google apps are now in one central location
My Favourite Productivity and Task Managment Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation the most! It's an easy tool to learn - I use it to plan and manage my team's time with many, diverse and varied projects. It's a daily life-saved and non-negotiable for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike - it's a great tool that I've recommended to many!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of different team members' tasks and where they are tracking in their projects. It's also great for us to plan ahead.
Monday is a very helpfull tool which allows you to work diligently in the modern world.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and understand. The customer service when you have a problem is exceptional. It is vert easy to implement into the business. We frequently use it on all of our sites. It has a number of Features you can use. I can Integrate alot of things into Monday.

Nothing to dislike, Monday is a very helpfull tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my problem to keep track on what is going on and when to follow up with clients.
Monday.com solved a 35 year organization issue for our business!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been self employed for 35 years and have always struggled to stay organized. We design homes and handle over 200 jobs per year. These jobs go back and forth in status between Not Started, to Preliminary Design in progress, to waiting client review, then changes, final, etc. It was a nightmare to track. My husband would "organize" his job list once a month and ALWAYS found jobs he'd forgotten. Monday.com has given him an easy place to log jobs, format the board in a way that makes sense for tracking status and even using the automations to move jobs to the right group after a status change. This keep our view clean and organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike about Monday.com. I suppose it could be free which would be amazing, but the cost has been well worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to track over 200+ jobs with multiple status changes. It gives us a view so we know where we are at any given time and what we need to priorize. We get a quick glimpse of how long a job has been waiting in each status, which helps us to priorizie. We've even been better at billing becuase it's easy to see what jobs are complete and ready to bill. Believe it or not, we've actually gotten so busy, we've forgotten to bill a job from time to time. This adds so much value to our team since we're able to work collaboratively. Everyone is on the same page, and the company receivables are improving!

Sometimes the system crashes but I assume that'd be because of the usage

Monday helps us with almost everything we need to organize different types of data, processes, and schedule.

Monday.com is a great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use and setup. It is easy to add new team members onto it and get started on assigning them to tasks and projects. The included features make it easy to communicate with your team and see what they are currently working on. We use it daily to keep up to date on our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see any downsides or things that I dislike about monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps our team keep track of all of our projects and tasks. It makes it easy to see which step each project is on and communicate with all of our team the whole way through the process.

It's so easy to navigate and organize client history.

The subtasks/subcategories in the section "My Work" can't be clicked to go to the main category.

Organizing client files and documents, easy to find, less time consuming

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday.com allows my team to manage several projects at once. The platform is very intuitive & allows me to collaborate better with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The platform has been great to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday.com, we project managed everything through email so things got lost & we couldn't easily see where in the process a project was at. Now we can manage around 15 larger intiatives & the all the projects that need to be completed within them. I especially love that you can assign a project to someone, update the status & add any links so you can easily navigate to other places outside of Monday.com.
After 15 years in Project Management, this is the tool that works beautifully

- Sometimes the little things get overlooked (eg. inability to reorder views)
- No way to update columns through automation using connected items
- When linking to a pulse, the link preview just says monday.com instead of the item title for clarity and context
