An all around player in the process management market
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of usage and onboarding, the versatility of activities it can help manage and the various integrations available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more difficult to manage boards for teams using different time zones/calendars as the configuration is still not customizable enough, and the in depth of usage reports it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A unified platform for sharing projects across different teams. That lead to a quicker SLA and allowed better flow of information.

Monday.com is the hub for all of my company's projects!
What do you like best about the product?
The automations make it extremely easy to transfer tasks between departments. I also like how you can completely customize your board with tags, colors, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company heavily relies on Monday.com, and the site crashes and experiences issues more than I thought it would which completely disrupts our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have tasks (files, links, who worked on the assignment, etc.) all in one place where the entire company can access it makes things much easier long-term.

It takes a few months to get used to the platform entirely.
There are a lot of possibilities, and you have to spend some time on the platform to be comfortable with it.

It takes less time to make my follow-up and know-how our team project is going.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy for me to track projects. I study monday.com So very easy to track projects, collaborate with my team and clients. I suggest this software to our team and client. So we are starting to use this software in jan2022. And this software UI is very clean so nice. The extraordinary adaptability for utilization across multiple fronts (HR, Planning, Project management, etc.)

It is excellent software, and I don't see anything so far that I don't like. In my opinion, it is a perfect platform.

For some users, especially those unfamiliar with project management tools, there might be a slight learning curve initially. The extensive features and customization options might take a bit of time to fully grasp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it's the Inefficient Workflows - we often have complex workflows that involve many different people and stages.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been an incredibly helpful tool for collaborating across departments. The user interface is streamlined and easy to use, with an incredible degree of flexibility based on the individual needs of each stakeholder. Customizing each board based on what it is tracking has been easy and effective. Even visually, the platform feels sleek, approachable, and modern.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many possible functionalities, there is a bit of a steep learning curve initially. Setup takes some time for any sizeable organization, and training takes quite some time as well. Because new capabilities are often being added, continuing education should just be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-departmental collaboration is the biggest problem that I am solving with Monday.com. The ability to keep everyone on the same page in one central hub has massively reduced the need for repeated emails and unnecessary meetings. This ultimately saves a lot of time, and spares myself and my colleagues from potential tension or misunderstanding. There is never any question about where to go for the most up-to-date information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a strong collaboration tool, I don't think there is anything better out there at present than Monday. The platform is constantly being upgraded, so be sure to experiment with their test labs, where you can try out their beta functions; often, you can find gems there.

Friendly user. Web-based and available as an app. The software is customizable. I like how easy it is to work on it, add my item, move from one group to another aand create a dashboard to share
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using the platform only for a few months, so I do not see many cons. The only cons I see for now is that we can't restrict access to a person for only one dashboard.

Monday.com helps me list my projects in different groups and efficiently track and share my work and progress with others on my team. I believe Teamwork and performance have increased.

Different ways to visualize information. The structure makes it easy to keep track of tasks. You can teach someone to use the basics in a day, but there is a lot of depth in the tools and types of things you can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with automatizations. I have noticed lag sometimes when I make changes and takes a few noticeable seconds for other team members to see them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agendas for our meetings are set up on Monday. Makes it simple to keep notes and track assigned tasks.

Best Organizing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and constant updates in features and layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no direct sync with SalesForce, you have to use a middleman tool to do so
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team organization is easily tackled with Monday and client communication is easier, if they don't have a license they can be invited as guests.
I don't like Mondays- it is true!...but I love Monday.com!

functionality, and ongoing upgrading of the Platform, Amazon-Esque customer service, and the fact that due to Monday automations- 5 men job now has become 1 man job :-))

it would be great if bulk-uploads of items were possible, as well as more color-coding functionality of the boards and groups (not statues).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to its functionality- I now can easily keep track of all deadlines, expiry dates, and more; it simply saves me a tonne of time, stresses and worries!
