My brain can relax
What do you like best about the product?
With our team scattered around the globe, Monday has been our central office where we all know what to do and when to do it. It has allowed my brain to relax knowing that there is somewhere I can put information and not worry that I'll forget. Two thumbs up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I cannot think of anything that I don't like about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team are spread out across the globe so we use Monday as our 'head quarters'. It solves the problem of how we can organise our tasks and clients in one place that everyone can access. This is hugely beneficial as we all know where we are with a client's work and when the next phase needs to take place. It really helps us to stay organised and manage our time.
Great task/peoject management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that so many elements are customizable, meaning I can use it for a wide array of things. It is easy to use for everyday tasks as well as bigger projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Most of my issues (such as the calendar date selection) were resolved in the last update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for collaboration across our team and tracking the overall project on a higher level. I especially find that the dashbords are great for seeing the overall project progress.

It's so easy and straight forward to use without complicated terminology. It's customisable and the aesthetic of it works really well for our business

Sometimes our intergrations fail and it can be a pain to work out why and reset them up

It allows all of our team to have access to all the data in one place and presents it in a straightforward, understandable way
Super-slick interface
What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need is one place - calendar, daily / weekly / monthly tasks. It's intuitive, ordered and I use it every day

Actually, I can't think of anything that's not good!!

Just having all aspects of our projects in one place so that we can work collaboratively makes us super-efficient
The best customizable CRM around
What do you like best about the product?
I was seeking a CRM for my real estate investing business and I didn't want all the flashy pre built systems that some others offered and at a heafty monthly cost. Monday is very inexpensive for our team, and we have build great boards and automations to help us in our day to day tasks for our operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the automations don't trigger as they should , but we noticed that if we go into the automation's page and turn the automation off then back on it seems to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations we have created have cut our task time down in half
Customizable and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility in terms of customization, as well as the ability to create rules and automations. Monday.com is a tool that can be used to organize any type of work because it can be tailored to the user's specific work styles and preferences, without being overly complicated or confusing. I use it every day and was easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the web app, sometimes I need to click "refresh" for certain types of data to appear correctly, but this does not happen too frequently, and any issues can be fixed just by clicking the refresh button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me organize my workflow and daily tasks, as well as visually represent large data sets from my work to see the bigger picture.
Transforming the way I work
What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile the platform is. I can operate my regular To Do list, project management, and communications all through a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish there were even more templates in the bank of resources that could set up boards for me for a wide variety of projects.

Efficiencies in project management and communication in a remote work environment
Great Organizational Platform
What do you like best about the product?
How organized the site makes payble accounts. Tracking and notifications are easy and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like moving from cell to cell with a keyboard stroke, instead of clicking into each next cell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has made notifications on the platform sheets connected to me and my colleagues emails. Which makes communication simpler and quicker.
Monday works great for tracking projects and staying on target
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the easy to use interface, export abilities, and integration with other apps and platforms such as Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some difficulty sharing admin privileges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to keep track of proposals, which ones are incoming, which are being worked on, and which have been sent - along with a variety of other stages/statuses. It allows us to upload relevant documents, keeping everything in one neat location.
