Extremely helpful tool to scale your business

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization Monday.com offers. Every person across all departments in my company uses Monday.com. It is a helpful tool to unify and organize all communcation. I also love the automations with various apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has been a little frustration is when you try to upload files. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes or try again mulitple times. However, we've found that if you drag the file into the column, it loads right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is eliminating multiple platorms that we once used to communicate, like texting, slacking, emailing, and phone calls. We still use those, but it is far less frequent.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility!

So many different organization methods and also being able to share it with the team and customers has been game changing

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to communicate with team members on things that need to be done. We use Monday pretty much for anything, reminders, to do, keeping track of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Haven't had any issues! I'd say maybe once you mark the item done on your side hide it from your list and just show it on the other person's main view because I don't like so many things on there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to hold people accountable for what is being assigned to them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Monday.com is to use. It’s quick to set up and intuitive to navigate, which makes onboarding the team really straightforward. Sharing boards and updates is simple, so everyone can stay aligned without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be a bit tricky to embed or integrate at first, and it sometimes takes a bit of trial and error to get them working the way you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us an easy way to stay on top of multiple projects and deadlines in one place. It’s helped us stay organised, communicate better as a team, and keep track of who’s doing what without endless email chains or check-in meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes my work day so much easier. From keeping track of tasks to receiving quick updates on projects, it enables my workflow to be better than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tasks section isn't very efficient for the work I do, so I use the updates sections instead to track all my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of all of my daily tasks and long-term projects, allowing me to never miss a project and create a timeline for myself to complete everything on time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easily customizable for any client you may have big or small.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really no downsides. The app is a little glitchy.
