Effortless Workflow Management and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management is extremely user-friendly and can be tailored to fit our internal workflows and requirements. We have also integrated it with both Slack and Jira, which helps keep all stakeholders informed in real time. It was straightforward to implement with our operations team, and we rely on it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I dislike about monday Work Management. The only challenge we've encountered has been visualizing our particular customer implementation phases within the calendar view or dashboard, which we prefer to use instead of the Gantt chart. Other than this personal preference, we have not faced any technical issues or problems with customer service when using monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is responsible for overseeing a complex customer implementation program, deploying our software and services to facilities nationwide. We manage numerous distinct tasks that must be completed before advancing to subsequent phases of implementation. monday Work Management has been instrumental in helping us organize this process and ensuring that no tasks are overlooked. The automations have played a crucial role in our success, allowing us to automatically generate tasks as accounts move between different phases. This functionality keeps our team aligned and provides instant updates through integrations with our Slack channels and the product team's Jira board.
Simplicity at Its Best
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity is one of its main strengths. The interface is straightforward, making it easy to navigate and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formulas are somewhat complex and take a bit of time to become familiar with. It may require some practice before you feel comfortable using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to work together with other team members.
Effortless Project Management and Team Communication
What do you like best about the product?
The organization and automations made it so easy for my team to stay on top of all of our ongoing projects and services and communicate effectively with clients at every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't turn off notifications in the inbox for outgoing emails sent using automations on boards you're on, even if they are only relevant to another team member. Because of this, I get a couple thousand items in my inbox each week. You are able to sort by things you're tagged in directly, but I sometimes miss important updates because they get lost in those email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it easy to keep track of project progress, service setups and ongoing optimizations, support tickets, and content calendars. We also integrate it with PandaDoc to effortlessly send thousands of new service, cancellation, and renewal contracts and be able to track whether they have been signed yet directly from the relevant item on each board.
Effortless Organization and User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love how many different ways you can group things. We have so many different ways to categorize our organization and its very helpful. Monday.com is also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe how you can't message people from your contacts. We have to use GHL for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our organization and making it easy to contact each other on different tasks/projects.
Exceptional Automations and Customizable, User-Friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
It has great automations that allow me to complete my work at a faster rate. The UI is very pleasing to work with, and is customizable to a great extent. Customer support is very quick to respond as well. Our team uses it every day, and it's very easy to onboard new team members, get them trained up, and off to the races.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some automations I would like, such as being able to automatically populate text from one box to another after a certain action is completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When managing projects and many many tasks, Monday.com makes sure they all have a home and stay organized with seamless workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the design and ease of use of monday Work Management. The intuitive interface ensures a fantastic user experience, making it interactive and straightforward even for those who have used other project management software before. Watching the tutorials provided those aha moments when everything just clicked, which was really nice. It's great to have access to a wide variety of plugins and features that integrate with other software I use. This versatility and flexibility in integration are very beneficial. Moreover, monday Work Management allows each client to have their own workspace, helping me organize various aspects of video production efficiently—from preproduction to postproduction—all in one place. It brings together all the different tabs and provides a dashboard view that enables me to look at timelines and assign work to remote editors, check their status, and discuss updates or resolve any hiccups. This level of organization is crucial, especially for keeping everything on track. I also appreciate that I can connect boards with the Monday CRM, which allows the entire process to be integrated and centralized. Lastly, I appreciate the product's ability to keep projects on track even with a large remote team, which led me to recommend it to an agency client who needed a reliable project management tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track the complex processes of my video production company, from preproduction to postproduction. It organizes multiple client workspaces, manages timelines, assigns remote editors, and ensures that all projects are on track.
All-in-One Assignment Tracker That Keeps Me Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me to keep track of my assignments and serves as a all-in-one all platform reminder.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I export the list, it is excel and I cannot have my notes in. The exported version is also messy and hard to read.

What do you like best about the product?
Just makes it so much easier for us to see all the projects and tasks that neeed to be completed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, more user error on just creating to much clutter and getting lost but we've worked on making it more efficient for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we're on top of all our projects and completing our tasks.
Seamless Collaboration and Streamlined Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com work management allows our team of 16 to collaborate considering more than half of our team works remotely. We are able to prioritize items, schedule, automate and update along the duration of a project. Within our organization, 24 other employees use as well allowing us cross-function abilities that we get nowhere else. It is important for communication and scheduling, the cross-functionability of Monday.com offers this. My favorite part of Monday.com is the streamline processes it allows between projects, tasks and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Monday.com should offer more robust training to the typical user. I am an admin on the work management system and have completed the various paid trainings but feel that I am constantly training others who are just system users on the basics. With the cost of licenses, our bill is upwards of $9,000 and to have to pay for additional trainings does not fit into the budget for our nonprofit business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our team, Monday.com solves the problem of obtaining lanes amongst the team. Our programs are so varied and so collaborative that this allows one project to be maintained by several individuals at the same time. We are able to keep tasks at hand updated for the whole team, work in our own lanes but together at the same time.
Effortless Automation and Collaboration with monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to color code the dashboards and coordinate automatizations in order to reduce the manual input. It also allows resources to be aligned in the right place without needing to send several emails with attachments. It is very easy to implement across departments. We use monday.com daily and it saves us every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unsure if we can link the calendar of different people within monday.com and update this accordingly, since the only account i could link was showing the incorrect dates. It would also be nice to have AI working by populating some fields with a summary of the study

We can allocate the team members easier and manage their workload correctly so that nobody has a 100% workload and someone else has 10%
