What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is such a powerful tool for getting things and teams organized. I love the customability of the product and how I can make it fit my needs exactly. There is great customer support to learn new things and so many integrations and time-saving tools. I use Monday.com. every single day and it keeps me sane. I know where the team is at on all of their projects. It makes our meetings better as well because we don't have to get a status report on every single project. You can just quickly look on Monday and see the status of everything in a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for a small and lean operation like us is the per user price. We would love to include more people on our Monday account but it is just too expensive. It is worth the cost though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When everyone on the team is working on different things in different places, it helps keep us all on the same page. It is so good for keeping track of all the details, getting updates, and getting work done. Love to collab with my team on Monday.com

What do you dislike about the product?
One potential downside of using Monday.com is the limitation in easily creating boards for repetitive tasks, which may require manual setup instead of automated recurrence. As a result, some users may resort to using external tools like Outlook calendar for managing repetitive events.

What do you like best about the product?
monday helps you orgainze and share your projects with many colleagues and allows you to customize each project to it's individual needs. You can import and export information.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can import but it has mapping issues. Being able to import data easier or simply copy and paste data in multiple cells at a time like excel would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very helpful as it keeps me organized and on top of my tasks. My job has many tasks and subtasks that rely on each other, which makes me and my colleagues rely on one another as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone application is a bit different than the desktop version. It takes a bit to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is showing me the workflow and who I should contact for the next stage. This keeps me on track and also informs my colleagues of their workload in enough time.
I utilize Monday to organize any upcoming event items that to be completed.

the different boards we can create, tasks, subtasks, and the option to link any major documents needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
as of right now, i do not have any dislikes. Still fairly new to the site and am navigating through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization has been a huge issue within our organization and keeping everything in one place. Monday has allowed us to create different boards for major projects.
