What do you like best about the product?
Our office works remotely and uses monday.com to keep everyone on the same page and organized. Its a great tool for remote offices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used monday.com for over a year daily and can't say I have discovered many dislikes.. It is very user friendly and visually appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our office is spread all over North America and working in different time zones and schedules. It helps keep everyone up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has allowed us to organize and scale our businss. Simple to use, intuitive and customizeable. Integreation and automation. Every feature a business needs at any stage of development. In terms of getting organized and scaling we looked at a number of similar services and none came close to what Monday offers vs cost.

So far there has truly been no shortcomings and the software has provided us with all we've been searching for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved tracking key objectives. Not losing sight of client engagments and "to do's." It has allowed for streamlined and efficient communication for work flow managment.

Invoices and quotation templates are not as customizable and detailed

It resolves the problems of keeping large numbers of Excel files updated. We can apply automation and the number of tabs can be updated at once.

The ability to assign tasks, set due dates, and attach files directly to cards streamlines communication and ensures nothing gets lost in the shuffle of daily tasks. I used it everyday frequently.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is sometimes laggy in the browser when there are a lot of cards, but I use the dektop app to solve this issue where its fast irrespectively.

Kanban project management, collaboration between teams and workflow management.

Empty list it have nothing bad to say. Monday is always improving the product.

It’s simple, powerful organization—once users get over the initial overwhelm. The real trick isn’t teaching them the main board view; it’s designing smart workflows that branch off from it. The main board can get bulky, especially when you’re using columns and statuses to fuel automations, like I do.
Monday best tool for project / task management
What do you like best about the product?
Track projects / tasks, brings the entire project team on the same page and increase productity, easy to use, easy intergration with other Monday boards to follow up and track the project status.

None so far, very happy to use this tool.

The sheer number of features and customization options is a bit overwhelming, which leads to underutilization of the platform's capabilities or confusion in setting up workflows.

Fantastic tool
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday keeps us organized within the organization and helps us stay on top of tasks, both individual and collaborative. I use it daily for task lists, CRM, marketing plans and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transferring boards to a different account between servers with different origin (US/EU) is not possible in an easy way. It will be a tedious task to export and import all boards as Excel or.csv files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy overview of the status of tasks across the organization, even when working together remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the team that I have been involed with have been very easy to talk to especially as I am new to this system and I am supporting a team that are recruiters and I am not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind straight away but If I have to name one area that would be helpful is a user guide on Asknceley on how to best use the results that come in and how to review the coments/testimaonials in one area.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to develop out projects and add individual tasks to accomplish, along with dates and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about this critical and essential tool.

Monday enables me to work on both individual and group projects and tasks, managing them efficiently and effectively.
