Great Project Management Software

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, has a number of great features, and can track almost anything, ensuring great time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get slow sometimes which can affect what I am doing at that moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves multiple problems, but I think the main problem it has solved for me is time management. Having one place to track time management for all my projects has help me be more accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
Its is costumisable in so many different ways, but not too complex. Easy and fast to get started with saving leads, and compatible with CSR imports etc, so it can quickly link with other CSR or previously used CSR systems. I use monday all working days. I wont need another system than monday. Reached out to costumer service once and the response was quick and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing has been difficult yet. Nothing i can remember has been a bad or not optimal experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manageable platform for my multiple hundres of leads. Easy to sort and range after location, point of contact, project status etc.

One Stop Shop for Organisation

What do you like best about the product?
That you can use the one system for the whole organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's downside is it's main positive - that you design your system yourself. There is paid support available, but essentially you are designing all the flows for the organisation yourself. Whis is awesome because we know that no system fits all our needs... but this one does, because you can make it into what you need for your organisations. It is amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an integrated system so that we are not double handling data.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to organize my task, attach related files and most importantly communicate and track task with my coworkers! It is so satisfying to mark each task complete and helps me monitor multiple deadlines at once and prioritize task. I also love that you can also recieve email notifications when a task is assigned to you or an update is added. I use this app everyday and it is so easy and fun to create new boards and monitor your progress. The ease of integrating Monday.com into other applications make this app a must have for any business. The help center makes it easy to learn new features and get Customer Support when needed and the video tutorials make is simple to implement the desired functions. I recommend Monday to everyone I know that is tracking multiple task or loves crossing task off of to do list!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I do not like about Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moday.com sloves the problem of creating to do list on paper and having to use mutiple application to track task between my coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can track and review my own work, alongside cross checking and partnering to-dos with my managers and collegues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been working in my favour at the moment, just need more time to learn how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving team communication and their allocated tasks, because now it is as easy as using google to check what task is allocated to who and when it is due.

The best project management app!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so helpful for teams to manage projects and tasks (and subtasks). My whole team uses Monday.com every day to track client deliverables, internal needs, event planning, marketing, vendor management and more. I feel it's very easy to get started, it's very intuitive, kind of like a spreadsheet on sterioids! I love how customizeable everything is, I can add columns for each type of information that I need. Setting up the automations save so much time and make sure everyone is notified of changes or updates, so nothing slips through the cracks. Their knowledge base and customer support is also the best I've ever seen!
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing plans are a little annoying, you can only start being billed at 3 seats for the more robust plan. And if you want to upgrade, it adds 5 additional users or something, instead of being able to add just individual access, or have a more unlimited user plan. Free users can still use Monday but it is severely limited. There is a work around by adding guests and using shareable boards, instead of adding new members. There are also additional apps you can integrate, but they all cost, so that's kind of frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com definitely solves the problem of keeping a whole team organized, and keeping everyone on the same page. Everyone is able to see the latest updates, latest changes, and get notified when a project needs attention.

Sometimes the scheduling can be a bit fiddly with the new time interface.

Monday amalgamates our calendar needs, record keeping, workflow between teams and contact to remote employees into a single interface. It has reduced our office program needs from several (slack, iCal, Muzeek, etc.) to just two - Monday and Google Drive.

Specifically, tasks generated through Outlook automation don't get distributed randomly among team members This lack of control over task assignment can be a source of frustration for users who prefer a more strategic and targeted approach to delegation. While Monday.com offers a robust set of features, addressing this limitation could enhance the platform's appeal for those seeking greater control and customization in task distribution.

Monday.com addressed a significant challenge for us: we used to receive a large number of emails containing tasks assigned to various individuals.
