A great tool for tracking tasks and creating dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday.com daily for managing my sprint tasks as well as integration with other apps such as Slack.
I was pleased to discover that I could create dashboards that offer a clear visual representation of our workflow for the team.
What stands out for me are the customization options and the appealing visual design that monday.com provides.
Additionally, having access to customer support is quite valuable whenever I come across an issue that might not have straightforward solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the workflows do not behave as expected, or the fields take a long time to populate after integration with other apps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been helpful in solving several challenges in task and project management. Every team can get a clear overview of what tasks the overall company and other teams have been working on, and delve into the individual item updates to gain insights about these tasks.
The visually engaging dashboards provide a glimpse into the workflows and progress as well.
The customizability enhances our project management experience, making it more efficient.
Asynchronous collaboration greatly adds to the work-life balance and benefits our team's productivity and project outcomes.

Great for production scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
For our small manufacturing business, we use the workflow calendar widget on the dashboard for production scheduling and forecasting. We can drag jobs around the calendar and imediately see how these moves affect our production targets and effectively manage resources/capacity. I would be lost without this functionality. That's the beauty of Monday. The platform has the 'tools' to allow someone with limited technical skills create relatively sophiticated functionality that solves real-world challenges facing business. Kind of like the WIX of job management/ERP software. A few months ago, we had an issue with the workflow widget not allowing our jobs to be draged across the calendar. Customer support was excellent. They jumped on it and we were able to get back to work. Can't speak more highly of Monday as a product and the team behind it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any yet. Looking forward to diving deeper to take advantage of the functionality we aren't using yet, particularly automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is the backbone of our small manufacturing business; we use it as an operations tool to track customer orders throughout their lifecycle and plan/forecast manufacturing activities.
Dynamic Team and Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a key function for a company growing quickly from a medium to large sized company with expanding departments and many different tasks on the go. Especially valuable were the activity logs on each page!
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are many useful features, the ability to report would be an exceptional addition, particularly more robust reporting from the activity logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping connect the dots between many different teams using different systems to track similar employee life cycles.
Using Monday.com is like an extension of my thought process and work management flow, digitized!
What do you like best about the product?
The automations/integrations with other platforms. I know I can connect all necessary apps/platforms and have all of my sources up-to-date at any given moment
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that when importing from an Excel file, some columns (like multi-select) aren't compatible with import.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updates key stakeholders (both internal and external) any time a change is made, keeping everyone on the same page throughout the entire process.

Nothing! probably the name of the software is a bit confusing. But new staff gets over it pretty quickly.

- Wish that a lot of the plugs were offered through Monday and not third party apps

Monday.com helps our team stay in communication about projects that require collaboration. It also helps up make sure that projects don't get forgotten and fall through the cracks.
monday.com Keeps My Team Organized and Saves Us Time!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely user-friendly; when we have new employees, it is no problem showing them how to use Monday. It has a phenomenal layout for managing projects and delegating who is in charge of each piece of the project. I even keep a personal board that acts as a daily, weekly, and monthly to-do list. Monday even has several integrations like calendar, email, and Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Monday.com. However, I would like to be able to add a status/frequency column to a task without it adding that to every task on the board.

Project management - saves everyone time!
Online Form Builder - keeps us organized and saves us time. Instead of providing the information and then having to also add it to a Monday board, once I fill out the form, it automatically adds the information to the correct area of the designated Monday board.
Proofing- also saves time and makes it easier because it keeps everything in one place. We are able to proof documents directly in Monday and communicate with our marketing team on Monday. This keeps everything related to the specific document in one thread and easy to find.

The flexibility, customizability, security, communication & integration possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the most useful apps and features require additional charges or separate app accounts - it would be great if it could all be done through Monday, rather than having to set up individual accounts and billing for each app we want to try.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data collection, reporting, account management, order tracking, inventory management - helps make us more efficient and turn larger profits.
The most user-friendly CRM, at least for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us keep the team organized, each person keeping their assigned tasks as a priority, being able to access each client's information quickly and visually very clearly. I think the greatest value it has is how easy it is to visualize each thing with the assigned colors, refer the work to a co-worker, notifications within the platform and by email. Personally, I did exhaustive research before making the decision on which tool my small business would use and I am very happy with the choice. I recommend it. It is very versatile and you can add incorporations from other linked apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be able to be linked to WhatsApp, to improve the quality of the PDF that is downloaded as a Quote, and it would be spectacular if it offered a client portal, a "page" where it is possible to request and send documentation to each client or even receive emails with queries as a "ticket".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a team of 7 members, and once the client hires us, they go through different areas managed by different members. Monday.com helps us keep everyone informed of what situation each client is facing. For the owners of the company, it helps us understand how many clients are being worked on at the moment, what services are the most contracted and a series of reports that help understand and project the business.
Indispensible Tool for nearly any company
What do you like best about the product?
Its incredibly flexible and scalable—especially given the integrations possible. Its an essential tool for management of almost any data set but particularly for project and prospect management. Of course its very easy to use and implement quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The price could be easier on our budget but otherwise not really
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and prospect management—allowing all users and team members to be on the same page and work as a team. It also allows us to pivot quickly and re-frame or reschedule tasks or projects
