Great for Collaboration and Task Management

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations. You can customize as much as you want, and make some pretty intricate automations that keep everyone involved and aware of what's going on. (Also how coloful the UI is)
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started using monday, there were a few features missing, but I posted to the discussion board and since then they've been implemented. Nothing comes to mind!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to keep track of all our client requests and their progress through processes like onboarding, account review, and any updates they need.

Best Project Management System

What do you like best about the product?
It is great for our large organization for a women's clothing company. We use it for individual departments and across the entire company. The automations save us so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is the biggest hesitation, but we've saved so much manual labor it's worth it to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves cross-department communication issues with out product lifecycle so we can colorable in the same spot. Each departments individual workspaces ladder up to the company board. The dashboards give executives a high-level look across all tasks and calendars.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about monday.com is how customizable it is given all the different features; you can really tailor it to suit your needs. It's also extremely easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using monday.com, everyone should be using this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates transparency and accountability.

Monday gets work done

What do you like best about the product?
The API is super useful, dynamic, and well documented. I use it all the time to build tools for clients and I recommend it to just about everyone. I use it everyday and it was so easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subitems could use more automations and support outside of the API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to create a production schedule for a catering company, with products being produced in order of flavor strength, order date, and maintaining daily production within capacity parameters. It also needed to tie int othe company CRM. Monday gave me solutions for all of the above, with the CRM tying easily into the work management space where I have all the production schedules built.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, great tutorials on learning how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't allow for notifications to your email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the project becomes very easy with color coding progress.

I love the collaboration and communication that Monday.com provides our teams.

Not too much to complain about. Some of the automation are a little tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work collaboration. We use Monday.com for everything from products to our Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion committees.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization and the automations the best! It makes tracking projects easier and keeps everyone organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about monday are some limitations on automations- there have been a few rules I have thought of using that are not possible. There are also a few limitations when filtering board columns that would be nice to have.

Streamlining Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
My team and I love that you can organize and communicate prjects in real time. The notifications keep everyone up to date and in the loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the server runs a bit slowly, but it's not usually a large issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of lagged response time and missed updates are no longer. This system genuinely streamlines our process in a productive and useful way.
