What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to share the board and have multiple collaborators. Wasier than Excel
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a huge platform. I don't think there is anything wrong with have a lot of options and versatility but it was overhwelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the multiple excel spreadsheets our org would share. Steamlines our process
Amazing productivity and team management software
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very easy for anyone to understand and making custom templates is intuitive. There are virtually infinite ways one could customize their workspace and make it work to their own needs. The plugins integrate really well with the software too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create row items for each of our projects and create tasks with deadlines. Then we are able to assign people to the tasks and track their activity.
Great evolving system for various teams!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to see a lot of different information in one place and for teams to collaborate together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find the archive section user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of knowing who is assigned what responsibilities and the timeline.
Great For Planning, Organizing and Executing
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep all important and cruicial business planning in one place. We currently run workspaces for financials, social media conent planning and inventory. Great tool, I highly reccomend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the minimum seat count could be adjusted, as it is just myself running my business but I have to pay for 3 total seats in order to get the calendar view I need. This isn't enough to not get me to use the platform or reccomend it to others as it is such a helpful tool, but it would be nice if the option was there for a single seat per each subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy place to track overall net spending but still separate income and expenses. It is also providing an easy way to track, plan, create and automate tasks within content creation planning.
Great for keeping a team focused on the Big Rocks
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been central to keeping our team on task with the Big Rocks. We update our goals quarterly and discuss every other week. Monday allows us to set goals, add sub task, assign follow-ups, update the team on work that has been accomplished in support of the goal...and the best part is that everyone can see where we are progressing or falling behind. The inherent accountability that Monday creates is motivating and is helping get more done. I came on to a team that was already using. Getting me implemented was really simple. I had some quesitons early on and reaching out to customer support was a breeze. I have integrated with my local team in the last few weeks. I am confident with their frequency of use we will see simliar results.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a week or two find the stride. There are a number of tips and tricks in the learning material..so dont forget to tap into that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is keeping us focused on quarterly commitments.
Customizable to all business and all business needs
What do you like best about the product?
It can be customized to do anything you need. It is also a single solution for the entire company from marketing/sales to production/project management. It can go as far as you can take it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The double edge sword of the customization is that things can be complicated or hard to build. We have had to hire third parties to help us build and edit the platform. This didn't go great and its something we are still working on all the time. It seems to be something this is built better and better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a complex schedule and Monday allows us to customize important details about our schedule like job type, team size and project length. It also allows for the ability to move things smoothly when projects run long or need to move around.

The project management, how easy it is to collaborate and the great use of automations you can set up to keep on top of your workload and never forget about upcoming tasks or deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to get used to and there is a fair few things to learn to really get the best out of Monday.com but once you do it's a great service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Monday.com is solving for myself and my team is the general day to day management of a range of tasks. Large scale tasks can be kept track of and easily collabrated on with Monday while also not forgetting about some of the smaller tasks that run alongside these bigger projects. Setting up automations has helped me to set email reminders or notifcations when statuses change along the work journey.

I love using monday Work Management because it offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes setup straightforward and efficient for my creative agency. The customizable status feature is particularly valuable, as it allows me to quickly assess the progress and status of all my projects at a glance, thanks to the color customization options. This flexibility ensures that the tool aligns perfectly with the unique needs and workflow of our agency. Additionally, the buttons that display information clearly and easily enhance the overall efficiency and visibility of project management. The ease with which I can keep track of deadlines and the status of each project makes my role as a project manager significantly more manageable and organized. The comprehensive features and the seamless integration into our daily workflow make monday Work Management an indispensable tool for me, earning a perfect recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

Sometimes people who I tag in monday Work Management don't receive notifications or see status updates, which is frustrating as it's crucial for keeping everyone informed about project progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for project and traffic management, helping me track deadlines and project statuses easily, thanks to customizable features.
A Great Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized monday.com is, and how you can seperate projects into different categories. You can also keep track of different statuses in a clear and easy manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not believe there are any downsides to monday.com, it is reliable and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving my problems when it comes to keeping track of projects and seeing what needs to be done in order of priority. Sometimes, I can lose track of what needs to be done, but then can see the status of any open projects on this platform, along with if there are any updates.
Monday has been a fun and relatively easy tool to use and I dont say that often about work tools.
What do you like best about the product?
The automation feature is a game changer. I like that I can automate a notification to be sent to responsible parties when work needs to be completed. You can quickly and easily access Google files associated with each item and you can turn a recurring event into a child of the current year's event so you can look back on previous years' documentation. It allows for team collaboration along with all of the other features mentioned.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a little more flexibility in the automation process. I know this type of stuff comes with time though. An automation that will trigger an event after a given period of time using a date entered in a column (that can be locked and unlocked by a designated board moderator) would be so helpful. Once certain task are completed it may be necessary for quarterly review. You could enter the completion date and then a review would be triggered every 13 weeks for that item. I don't know if its available or not but I'm about to dig into the possibility of creating groups within team members of a board. We have certain teams within the group on one of our boards and it would be helpful if we could message a team instead of each individual person. If it's there, great. If not, it might be helpful to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to use this tool for some of our risk-tracking initiatives. This allows different members of our team to collaborate without the need for constant meetings, and it keeps everything in a central location. Documentation, notes, and interactions are key to what we do, and Monday is making it work perfectly for us.
