I like the flexibility of the product, the various options for different types of boards, etc. It's relatively easy to use. The collaboration features are very helpful working with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there were more mural-type boards. I also don't love the way things arrange themselves when you choose the timeline option, I wish there was a better/clearer timeline option.

Great tool for linking remote teams so we can see all projects and events, deadlines, etc

What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple functions are hard to program like getting a total at the end of a board in order to record cost - it is possible, but not as intuitive as the rest of the platform

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that its on PC platforms and Mobile APP, hence Ease of Use.
Also, if I need to tag a question or feedback to someone, then they are notified of the flag.
For our use there is a lot of cross referencing, silo'd teams etc and Monday.com overcomes these isolations.
The Ease of Integration and Implementation was simple as Support is always available.
And Yes, I work on it daily.

Work Smarter, Not Harder — Thanks to Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly easy to use and navigate, making it a breeze to stay on top of my work. Whenever new tasks are assigned to me (which happens daily), I receive instant notifications, so nothing slips through the cracks. Viewing task details is simple and intuitive, allowing me to understand exactly what needs to be done without any confusion. I also love that Monday.com offers a mobile version — it’s perfect for checking updates, reviewing details, and staying productive even when I’m away from my computer. Whether I’m at my desk or on the go, it keeps me connected and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dont like about Monday.com is the maintenance it sometimes takes a while, especially when I am working and needing to get the details of tasks. But other than that, I like everything else about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps me stay organized and on top of my tasks without feeling overwhelmed. Everything I need is in one place, so I can quickly see what’s due, check updates, and keep track of progress. It’s also made communication so much easier since all the details and files are attached to the tasks themselves. Plus, the mobile app means I can stay updated and get things done even when I’m not at my desk.
Monday
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management puts everything — tasks, timelines, files, and communication — in one clear, customizable workspace. It’s visually intuitive, so at a glance we can see project statuses, deadlines, and who’s responsible for what.
The most helpful part is the flexibility: we can adapt boards to fit anything from event planning to grant tracking without needing a separate tool for each workflow. Upsides include real-time collaboration, automated reminders to keep projects on track, and integrations that connect with tools we already use, which saves time and reduces missed deadlines.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is that monday Work Management can feel overwhelming at first — there’s a learning curve to setting up boards and automations effectively. Some advanced features, like time tracking or certain integrations, require higher-tier plans, which can add to costs. Also, with many boards and updates, it can get cluttered if teams don’t maintain consistent organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management is solving the problem of scattered communication and disorganized project tracking. Before, tasks, files, and updates were split between emails, chats, and spreadsheets, which slowed progress and caused missed deadlines.
Now, everything lives in one place — from event timelines to grant application checklists — so we can see progress in real time, assign responsibilities clearly, and set automated reminders. The benefit is faster coordination, fewer missed steps, and a clearer picture of priorities, which keeps projects on schedule and stakeholders informed.

Flexible and User-Friendly Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how visual and customizable the platform is. The boards, color-coding, and status updates make it easy to see project progress at a glance, and the drag-and-drop setup means I can quickly adjust workflows without needing technical skills. I also appreciate the automations and integrations — they save a lot of repetitive work and keep everything connected across tools. Overall, it makes project tracking simple, organized, and even a bit fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com is powerful, some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can make it expensive for growing teams. The reporting and dashboard capabilities are good for quick overviews but can feel limited when you need deeper analytics. Automations are helpful but sometimes lack flexibility for more complex conditions. Also, with many boards and columns, the interface can become a bit cluttered if not managed carefully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped centralize all our projects, tasks, and deadlines in one place, which has reduced the need for constant back-and-forth emails and status meetings. It makes it easy to assign responsibilities, track progress in real time, and keep everyone accountable. The automation features have eliminated a lot of repetitive admin work, and the integrations ensure that data flows smoothly between the other tools we use. As a result, our team communicates more effectively, projects move faster, and we have better visibility into workloads and priorities.
Very good and user friendly

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the load screen is too long. but it can be my wifi fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the fact that all my coworkers can share each other on the progress to keep everyone in the loop
Use it as a workflow management Tool, too!!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday.com since the “items” were still called “pulses”. The various features with which Monday.com supports daily work and project management are excellently implemented and integrated into the workflow. One area of application that is often not mentioned, but is extremely practical for me, is the ability to use Monday.com Boards in cross-system workflows. Monday.com has an excellent REST API! For example, I use a Monday.com board to manage >500 user licenses. The board is the “control center” and summarizes the current status of various external systems so that I always have an overview. I can also use the board to automatically generate lists, create reports and even control workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a bit unhappy about the "vertical-saas"-es “CRM” and “Service Management”. If I only need a single function for a single board that is only available in CRM, for example, I have to take the whole CRM. To be onest, this doesn't affect me because, as a long-standing customer, I still have a legacy license that is somewhat more complete than the current Work Management, but I think this is a barrier for many people to opt for Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a central platform that works as command center and dashboard for cross-system automated workflows.
Easy to use and make it work for you
What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday.com pretty every day as my go to system.
monday.com is very easy to use, and even easier to update and tweak to suit your needs.
There are so many templates to start using without changes, or to use as a starting point for your own needs.
Easy to share a board with someone that's temporarily joining your workforce or doing work for you, like freelancers. Easy to submit any questions, issues or suggestions for new features in the monday.com community that is quick to response.
Plenty of integrations available pretty much by a few clicks - no need to be a techie.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like tags or formula require upgrade to the next plan. Tricksy for a SME start-up with tight budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create a way to manage any area in my business in one portal. It's so easy to adopt and modify to make it work for any area.
