AN EXCELENT CRM
What do you like best about the product?
MONDAY PROMOTES A LOT OF AGILITY AND EASE IN DEALING WITH PROJECTS, ASSISTS IN LOCATING DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION AND PROMOTES ORGANIZATION
What do you dislike about the product?
THE ONLY BUG TO BE FIXED IS THE FACT OF CLOSING THE TAB WHEN AN IMAGE IS OPENED

The best project management tool for teams out there
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is super easy to implement and use across large teams and external agencies/stakeholders. It takes the stress out of managing complex projects, and as a manager makes it much easier to track progress across teams. I've used multiple project management software platforms but always come back to monday.com as the gold standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about monday.com - it has all the features I need it to have!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralised place to track multiple projects and collaborate across teams - saving time, ensuring deadlines don't get missed, making it easier to prioritise and focus on the right things.
Monday is an amazing platform and great tool for many things!

You can use Monday for such a wide variety of things. Tasks, management, tracking, polling.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features, it's a little tricky to know exactly how to use.

It's helping to have everything all in one place!
Top platform for managing your daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
As we been using for over 10 months, i can only highly recommend the monday.com platform. the tools are easyly placed, utilising colors, with lists that you can create to adapt your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can´t place the tabs on top of the page in your disered order, they stay on the order the were created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrate teams remotely
Monday has been great for tracking my sales and managing my tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the CRM as it is very easy to use, the weekly planner has also been great in organising my day to day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything bad to say about monday at the minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me save time by having my CRM and Management in one place. It has streamlined the sales process and also made client management much simpler. Tasks no longer get missed.
Increase Partnerships and Knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has allowed our team vision to what the 30+ group of individuals are working on. The easy to use reporting through the Main Dashboard has unveiled executive level reporting to us on that work and it's increase partnerships and helped us move the needle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adoption has been slow, but I don't believe that's due to anything that Monday.com implementation has done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday.com our group didn't have a centralized location to house and share all of the great work our teams were doing.

Easy to use, so many options to keep yourself organized, great use of color coding and naming conventions, easy to use every day

Sometime's there is a lag in the system or it is off line completely

Who does what work and projects, what elements of a project need to be done, how we are getting it done
Very useful and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has become a very useful tool that allows me to organice all my activities and keep track of it. Also I love we have lot of storage for my files which are pretty heavy since I'm a designer and produce videos, mockups and power point presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more customizable options for my board such as color, logo, icons, fonts according to the brand of the organization I work for. Besides that, everything in Monday works very well for me and it is very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My boss asked me to track all my activities in real time and Monday provided a solution for that. Now I am having a board where I can constantly update the status of all my activies, assign a responsible member, deadline, and even I applied a "rule" so I can move my tasks to another section once are finished only with pushing a botton which saves me a lot of time.
Great tool to organize your daily tasks and collab with others
What do you like best about the product?
How easy is to collab with other coworkers and the ability to make a Kanban diagram. In addition to that, is great having a historical data of the tasks done in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps, it would be great seeing more integrations with Google workspace (such as Sheets)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collab with others and having a friendly view of all of our work management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday.com really streamlines EVERYTHING! We have so many different teams using Monday at the same time, and we are easily able to communicate with each other, and solve problems efficiently. I love Monday.com, it helps every aspect of my day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit easier to "undo" an action on a board. I have accidentally deleted multiple items that I wish I hadn't, and I have been unable to recover those items quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication. I feel as though it really streamlines our communication, and makes everything so much quicker!
