Monday.com is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The program is like MS Excel's superhero brother. Boards are easy to set up and add automations to keep teams organized and on-track.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything to dislike about the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has assisted me in organizing our Executive Team including tracking proposals, contracts, OKR's, etc. My current project involves a team of 29 people from various locations and companies to work together and stay current on a major project.
Monday.com is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows our teams to collaborate in real time on numerous different projects, surveys, etc. It allows us to use features such as file storage, and embed documents, and the reporting is excellent along with excellent customer support. The platform is so easy to use and was picked up by our team quickly, the usage has grown amongst our team as they realized the benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure is unusual, you don't pay for individual users but blocks of seats, say we had 55 users, then we would need to pay for 60 users. The difference in plans is huge too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned it allows us to liaise in real time on projects so we can get instant feedback on all manner of projects from event planning to artwork approval.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, functionality, clean UI with minimal clutter, and excellent trackability.
What do you dislike about the product?
To this point, nothing, it does its job and does it very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow simple, easy-to-use tracking and logging of my work.
MONDAY is the key to job progress and daily organization
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly I like the ability to track all my work on a daily basis and communicate clearly with my coworkers in a manner that prioritizes and tracks all the communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is some of the features could be elevated and structered more to the detailed use of the business. However Monday has the flexibility to overcome any hurdles and allows the creativity and usefulness for the specific business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracks progress of all applications and allows the traceablity that is needed in a fast paced environment.

Monday - Making My Job Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I've been through quite a bit this year and had to be out of the office unexpectedly several times throughout 2023. In those times, my team was able to easily pick up my clients without a major download of projects from me. Nothing was missed and my clients knew nothing was out of the ordinary.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I don't like about Monday.com. Sometimes there are timing lags, but nothing compared to some of the other systems that we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, each manager had their own ways of tracking projects and we all had to use multiple spreadsheets. If we were going to be out of the office, we had to manually prepare handover documents to make sure that everything was covered. If you forgot something, it was forgotten. With Monday, everything is in one place and as long as the individual user is making the appropriate updates, nothing is dropped and we no longer need the extra spreadsheets and the handover is ridiculously easy.
Essential for staying on top of our properties!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com every day for the real estate industry to keep track of potential clients, current properties listed for sale and properties that have gone under contract. It is easy to set up and a colorful way to keep you engaged. We love the confetti when a task is marked complete!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is when you have multiple dates in a column for a single line item (project) it doesn't integrate nicely on a calendar. For example, we have one board that shows all our properties. Each property is a line item with multiple columns. Within those multiple columns, we have various tasks, including multiple dates that we need to keep track of for that particular item (property), such as deposit due date, attorney review deadline, closing date, etc. It would be nice to have each column title (Deposit Due Date) and line item (Property Name) populate to a calendar that can sync to Outlook. That's the only thing we find missing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently it is serving as our CRM and workflow for each property.

What do you like best about the product?
The Versatility. I use Monday for both job tracking and my day-to-day work. As well as Tenant and anomaly tracking as a landlord.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to pay for only 1 chair as I'm the only one I need for my Landlord use

Keeping track of project updates. Also tracking my certificates and Tenants.
A robust tool for project planning
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is efficient and versatile data planning tool. Its a great tool to help my small team stay on track with projects, events, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many that I have found- it works as described.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday creates a great visual tool for my team to all be up to speed on details of projects. Timelines, due dates, and doc info are all easily available.

It's easy to use, very straight-forward and provides fantastic reporting and tracking dashboards for revenue and project management

Some basic features are locked behind a paywall or 3rd party apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling workflow, projects, revenue tracking and outreach into one platform that the entire team can work from.
