A platform that is simple to use yet powerful enough to be the nerve center to run the business

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to set something up and then customize it at any time. You are never 'stuck' in operating around the software - the software will always operate to your custom process. This means if you change or improve the process in your business, 10 minutes later the software is operating around the change. The drag and drop interface, automations setups, endless possibilities of board setups, simply allows us to use Monday as the nerve center of all our operations across all our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was more capability in the CRM area. Meaning the ability to have customer lists with "tags" and the ability to pull lists for the purporse of exporting into excel or additonal markerting broadcasts with in Monday. More in line with Hubspot or KEAP. If this was the case - we would also shift all our CRM functions to Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is solving the problem of keeping track of complex processes and action tracking (From start to completion to nurture) across not only project managment but the business as a whole.

Manufacturing Maintenance Organization and Communication

What do you like best about the product?
We've finally found it, the tool that not only works as intened, but that the personnel intended to use actually want to use! There are so many great things to say about this, like how easy it was to implement for all skill levels, how customizable it is for each individual need. The customer support has been very fast and effective when we've needed it, which hasn't been much as if I can't figure it out myself, I can almost always find the answer in the Monday community. All of our skilled trades use the app and actually want to use it, which is the first instance of this in nearly 10 years of many different application attempts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can be a bit slow as this is where most of the maintenance personnel work out of. We've had to delete the app and re-install it to get it to refresh for several users in several instances.

monday.com makes things easy!

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is super intuitive and easy to use! It also makes operations very simple by offering transparency across an organization. I love all of the different ways to organize, automate, and color-code things. The boards can be created for so many different projects and lists, so the functionalilty spans across so many different industries, teams, and uses. We use monday.com on a daily basis to keep track of to-do lists and upcoming events.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides in my opinion, at least in the way that I and my organization use monday.com. There has been at least one instance where I wanted some sort of automate feature and it does not exist, but most of the time, it does everything we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps us keep track of daily tasks that are both ongoing and pop up last- minute. My team and I are able to see each other's tasks as well and chip in when needed because of that transpaency. It helps us keep track of all upcoming events and tasks associated with them, giving us one easy place to look and see what has been done and what still needs to be done. It eliminates the need to ask too many questions and offers a quick reference point.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to collaborate on large projects and how simple it is to manage them via Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I don't have many downsides of Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping me be organized with the multiple projects I manage. By being able to have all my projects and updates in one place, I don't have any fear of losing any information/losing track of necessary updates.

BEST Way to Organize Team Projects

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy for team members to collaborate and see live updates. Monday is easy to implement and color coding makes it user friendly. We've been able to easily integrate it with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version used on iPad/other mobile devices could benefit from update, including making activity logging available as well as ability to edit your own original comments/udpates like you can on desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Monday.com we're keeping tasks in one place, live updates, auditing when tasks are started/completed, and are able to set up project timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
That fits my work style and has allowed me to be very aware of my assigned tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
subtasks, because they cannot be recorded in all columns and I cannot perform a workflow with other tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a person who finds it difficult to track the steps of a task that must go through several teams. So having several labels and being able to put final delivery dates on them has been very useful. To improve my productivity, I keep track of the time a task takes, from request to the send materials to other teams.

Working for a web development company

What do you like best about the product?
I work for a web development company, with a scrum methodology, we use "monday" to organize the proposed goals for each month, we make a ticket for each task and we can stay organized by placing labels to know the "status" of said task and so everyone is aware of the entire process easily and quickly. "Monday" is part of our daily life because it helps us keep track of all the development activity of our project, also it is not necessary to be an expert since "Monday" has a very beautiful design and is easy to understand for new users
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have nothing to complain about since due to the work method I have, it is 100% useful. but I think there should be a functionality to hide the boards from other users, that is, give the boards privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the things that solves us is organizing the tasks to be carried out by our work group. We have a relatively large project and we are a work team made up of 8 people and "monday" helps us organize ourselves and give order to the tasks to be carried out.

Great Platform meeting deadlines

What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile it is, in my workplace we use it to share the status of projects or status of specific part of the project, like buying supplies in which stage it is, what is next. You create your space as you need it, and i really like that. The customer support is great, they answar quickly and resolve issues fast. We use it every day in our company, it has been a great addition to our daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not exactly a dislike, more like i would love to be able to change the format of the table inside of subelements, i wish it wasnt exactly like the main element, so i could put other areas that i need inside it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normaly it is hard to keep track of long term tasks or projects, monday helps with that, and for me is easy to be organize with it.

Monday has TRANSFORMED the way our school runs!

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday to allocate calls to our teachers and staff members through our school, to note who needs to callback certain parents. We love how Monday sends an email to who the call is intended for to remind them to call. The interface is so easy to use and very simple for all staff members with a range of technical abilities. The colour coded tracker for call backs being made makes it so simple to see what areas need working on with regards to communication within our school.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot is wrong with this as a system. As long as all staff members commit to using this correctly, then it can be a very useful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves communication issues within our school. It assists us to provide top quality customer service to our parents in providing timely responses to phone calls and forwarding messages.
