I have found Monday to be the biggest help in keeping items organized

Being able to see everything in one place

It can be hard to set up to work well, automations and integrations are great but hard to follow and set up

Only having to go to 1 place to see everything I need to do.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is easy to get started with plenty of help from video references and customer service. (I only called customer service once)If you are a self starter you will absolutely love Monday Work Management. The software work for ALL aspects of business. It is completely customizable to fit your company's needs. It doesn't matter the genre of what you do. My days have been so much better since using Monday.com for all of my business needs. From completing tasks that i need to keep track of to assigning my team members the task i need them to complete the process is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally see no downfalls in this program. It has covered EVERY need or want that I have had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the largest issues i had before using Monday was having all business information to sync and integrate to each other. I would have to pull a report here and a spreadsheet there and then take all this time to evaluate it all. Now I simply look at my dashboard an select which report I need. i get everything i want with ease of use and speed that I want.
Accessible for all levels of tech knowledge, bright and incredibly customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I got my Monday.com core certification a while ago, but even before I was sharing how-tos with my teammates. Monday makes it really easy to find tutorials on any topic in a matter of minutes and I'm really grateful for the time they spent on making knowledge accessible.
Their Support is fast and effective and I've had really positive experiences reaching out. They follow through and update you on every step.
Monday events have been really useful, I've been to a few virtual ones and I'd say they're absolutely worth a glance.
I've been moving away from endless spreadsheets with how much easier formulas are in Monday as well, even though it takes a little while to get used to the process.
I also love that we can share some boards with clients, especially with customizable viewing and editing permissions, not requiring additional licenses.
We've been loving Slack and Outlook integrations as well

What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to fall into the trap of having way too many boards. We do yearly audit of all things old and outdated which really does help.
I'm hoping that we could also get specific note boxes for board purpose and dates in the future. I'd also love to see all the boards that I am a part of on one page- currently I don't believe we can.

Collaboration across departments via connected boards, alerts and conditional colour-coding based on deadlines, streamlining follow-ups, collaboration with our customers via shared boards, project management (instead of spreadsheets) and many more

Powerful tool for work management that is easily customisable for workflow requirements yet seamless and easy to use.

With unlimited customisations it can be daunting to create fully custom workflows

Monday.com is used both internally and with clients to streamline briefing and execution work, improving reporting and oversight and helping us do more, better.

Have found it very beneficial to have all info online and off paper. No missing jobs, all info recorded. Easy to access.

Price keeps going up in different brackets. Would be more fair if it went up as a cost per user rather than in groups - you may only need one more user but you're paying for an up to greater amount. This doesn't help small businesses.

I LIKE THAT WE CAN HAVE MANY BOARDS, WITH DIFFERENT INFORMATION AND THE ORDER OF EACH ONE IS DIFFERENT. I LOVE THAT WE CAN CUSTOMIZE EACH OF THE BOARDS ACCORDING TO OUR NEEDS.

SOMETIMES WE DON'T FIND THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO MANAGE OUR INFORMATION, WE FIND DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS BUT THEY HAVE AN ADDITIONAL COST TO WHAT WE ALREADY PAY ON MONDAY

What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management stands out for its reliability, which is critical when managing multiple projects and timelines. Its intuitive design makes it incredibly easy to learn and use. The interface is clean, logical, and doesn't require a steep learning curve. One of the biggest advantages is how quickly it becomes second nature.
I also appreciate how the platform continually evolves, regularly releasing new features that are actually useful and well-integrated. The community support is another major plus; it’s active, helpful, and filled with real use-case tips that enhance how we use the platform. Overall, it’s a robust and flexible tool that adapts well to our team’s changing needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
High costs for features like automation. I only need it for a couple of users but have to upgrade everyone. (I havent double checked that in years).

It keeps the teams organized and able to communicate easily across all team level.

It very easy to use, I like that I can use it from my phone, it has a lot of integrations that are very useful to be organizd and I LOVE Automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more freedom when working with the automations and dashboards. Would love to be able to add formulas for things to work and I would like for automations to allow me to do OR, instead of only using AND.

we work in a fully remote company with pretty diverse timezones, the possibility of having all of our info where everybody can work on it and be updated in real time is amazing. Excellent collaboration tool.
