Monday.com is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to use! Our team uses Monday.com every day and we really enjoy the interface, automation, and how easy it is to find information.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't a dislike about Monday.com, but there is so much more we could be doing! The options are endless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a way to easily task our and track projects.

Honestly I can say that there isn't anything that I would change about monday.com

Monday.com makes my life so much easier. Rather its organizing my projects or sending a quick urgent message to a team member.
A good, intuitive, and adaptable platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that thanks to the various functions of the boards, it is possible to have a personalized one for each of the different stages or plans of the different projects we have. Also, it is ideal for different team members to work on a single project thanks to task assignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's because of how we use the platform, but sometimes all the boards look the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves our task assignment by giving us a space to see what we have to do, in what time, who reviews, among others, and that helps us by saving a lot of time.

I love customizing my different boards and automations to help me stay on track and complete my to-do items by their deadline!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the updates and notes/mentions from my team can be lost amonst my many boards and threads, but it may be inevitable regardless of what platform I were to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for me to see my customers, to-do lists, projects, orders, and flows all in one place with deadlines, files, updates, and more!

I find listing tasks and marking them using the tags - helps me keep track of my deadlines, workloads and productivity

Some constraints on designing my own board.

Monday.com sets the tone for the entire week. Great project management platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been very helpful for managing our marketing agency. I'm the main user for our 30 person team and my responsibility is to keep our team, clients, and all projects organized and moving forward. Monday allows me to do that with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used multiple project managent platforms, but Monday.com is my favorite by far and there is nothing I've disliked about using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire business runs on Monday.com. It solves every problem we might have had if we did not have Monday. Luckily, due to Monday, our agency runs smoothly with very few problems.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is very friendly but also powerful, a lot of features and options in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a good thing, but the constant product updates make it a little harder to stay on top of constantly changing interfaces, etc. - especially when your'e using them very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com brings all of our spreadsheets and other documentation into one place. It's a powerful tool for dashboarding and a great alternative to spreadsheets. I would recommend Monday.com to anyone who is currently using multiple spreadsheets to track projects and statuses.

I love the automations you can add to each board as well as task priority.

Sometimes the automations are not saved or refresh causing items to not be moved when id like them to

Task tracking, Monday solves the issue of task organization and ensuring deadlines are always met.
