The most user-friendly CRM, at least for small businesses

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us keep the team organized, each person keeping their assigned tasks as a priority, being able to access each client's information quickly and visually very clearly. I think the greatest value it has is how easy it is to visualize each thing with the assigned colors, refer the work to a co-worker, notifications within the platform and by email. Personally, I did exhaustive research before making the decision on which tool my small business would use and I am very happy with the choice. I recommend it. It is very versatile and you can add incorporations from other linked apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be able to be linked to WhatsApp, to improve the quality of the PDF that is downloaded as a Quote, and it would be spectacular if it offered a client portal, a "page" where it is possible to request and send documentation to each client or even receive emails with queries as a "ticket".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a team of 7 members, and once the client hires us, they go through different areas managed by different members. Monday.com helps us keep everyone informed of what situation each client is facing. For the owners of the company, it helps us understand how many clients are being worked on at the moment, what services are the most contracted and a series of reports that help understand and project the business.

Indispensible Tool for nearly any company

What do you like best about the product?
Its incredibly flexible and scalable—especially given the integrations possible. Its an essential tool for management of almost any data set but particularly for project and prospect management. Of course its very easy to use and implement quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The price could be easier on our budget but otherwise not really
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and prospect management—allowing all users and team members to be on the same page and work as a team. It also allows us to pivot quickly and re-frame or reschedule tasks or projects

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to assign and tag others. Having projects get approved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gets a little slow to load when theres a lot of files.

Solves being able to visualise tasks being done and whos working on what.

What do you like best about the product?
Soooo flexible and easy to use! Everybody can quicly configure their board to match their requirements. The time to implement Monday is so little.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much, the only item that is surprisingly not possible to do is the ability to rearange the views of a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Monday is solving is the centralization and visibility of work within the organization. (Transparency) Since we started using Monday, everybody in the organization can now easily track, customize and expose their work with the whole organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integration and management of data and information relating to different fields of work, which can be consolidated according to demand

Exclusively, the lack of options that facilitate the processing of data in columns, not only the processing, but also the actual movement and shaping of the columns according to what the client desires

What do you like best about the product?
the practicality that monday.com gave me. Because it is very intuitive, it was easy for me to manage my projects in an easy and lively way with the graphics. It's easy to learn how to use monday.com because of its versatility. The support is fast and great!
What do you dislike about the product?
some things that if you had on the platform would be better: a greater variety of automations for sub-elements, formulas for the entire board, not just for a specific line and also the lack of versatility in Kanban.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a clear vision of my project is something that has made our management easier. Mainly with Workload, as we can see how our employees are doing and whether they are working well. Also about costs, showing me what we spend and how we spend it.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and ability for our team to customise the platform to suit our needs has been invaluable. We utilise Monday every day, and throughout our entire organisation from mundane tasks all the way to critical pathways
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. There are a few integrations here and there that are missing but the core platform is rock solid
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves several issues in our business from a projects standpoint. Management, review and task delegation can be hue undertakings but Monday makes this quite easy for us to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday is a live and shared platform that means you can rest assure that the team is all looking at the latest version of the day and any requirements that that day has.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using Monday, once it has been integrated with as many of your day to day work systems you have just one place to visit and to work from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love that we can have a live database and contacts list and can now track where we are up to with that client - we know from one look if the client is a lead, a customer or a returning customer which is very advantageous as it means you do not have to scrabble around to find out the history.
