Versatile & User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows for customization, flexibility to gain the most of managing any project or department tasks. Templates allow for a user-friendly experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects are limiting in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely good for any size business manage and automate tasks, projects and notifications.
We use Monday.com for everything!
What do you like best about the product?
We run most of our operations through Monday.com. We are a small-group tour operator and Monday.com has been instrumental in keeping us organized and on deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing not helpful about Monday.com, however we wish you could do even more as a CRM to have all of our processes in one place!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to organize and collaborate on all of our tours.
Monday.com is extremely useful for managing projects and workflows especially across departments
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can share boards with colleagues across my institution and use automations to alert staff who are next in line to work on a project that it is their turn. I'm a huge fan of automations and find them a game changer in terms of managing a workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I greatly desire the ability to auto generate updates that are checklists. That would be extremely valuable. There is a work around using HTML to create the update with a checklist and that works, but it is clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate the workflows across departments and individuals. Eliminating the need for emails. I also really like the ability to easily add an email to an update with the built in email address.
Perfect for stable freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday! As a freelance writer for a marketing company, it makes it so easy to communicate with my project manager. I can quickly and easily see the projects she assigns, and how they fit into the bigger work of what they are trying to accomplish. The different tags make it so easy to communicate the stages of the project, and the link sharing and chat feature within the projects make it so easy to send work and other communication back-and-forth. I have used several other project management platforms, like to Basecamp, and Asana, and Monday is by far my favorite!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I truly love it. It's a fantastic platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it easy as a freelancer to communicate with the larger team without being in office or client meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
On Monday we are able to consolidate data quickly and efficiently, in addition to all the automations, we have the possibility of creating formulas that help in dynamic visualization of results. I work with E-commerce Data and Monday made everyday life easier. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative point is that we still don't have the automation to color the cells, it would be incredible if we could visualize the percentage in color to understand if it is negative or positive.

Monday is helping a lot with the flow of tasks and content approvals within our work day, it is a tool that has added a lot of value. I am very satisfied with my results.

It replaces an old text file that was constantly disorganized and on which we couldn't find our way optimally.
Monday - Good for a little, good for a lot
What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides a great centralized space for teams to work together on a variety of topics. It can act as a single source of truth that is easy to navigate and you don't risk things getting lost folders or discovering you have 12 different version fo the same spreadsheet floating around out there. It is reasonably priced as well. We adopted and pushed hard for use in the first few months, but then other demands pulled attention away. Even as we look to turn our attention back to it, we have one super user who has heavily adopted it and for thier purposes alone it is a good value return. Super simply to implement the core functionality. But rediculous depth that can be added on top of it all as your organization grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots really useful features that some other similiar products have that are locked behind pay walled 3rd party add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving a central source of truth to see all back and forth communication about a task or a project.

What do you like best about the product?
How customizable it is. You can create tailored workflows no matter which type of tasks your business do. Also, the fact that it is very easy to learn as the learning curve is friendly. We use it every day and our office relies on it.

Would like to have more customizable automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows are easier now. Our team has a really easy task tracking every process and in which step they are.

Monday.com ties everrything together. We use it as an all around CRM software and project management software for everything in our company.

Nothing. Everything is great! There's nothing that I would change at this time.
