Easy of Use and Robust Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility, ease of use, and need to scale up or down of boards in real-time. Layering on automations within boards has been a huge help, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't come across a problem or dislike with Monday.com at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows our ad operations team to collaborate with account managers to make sure all campaigns are following the company's process so that they go live smoothly. My team also uses Monday.com to keep documentation in place for ease of access within our workspace.

What do you like best about the product?
love how Monday.com blends ease-of-use with powerful customization. Its intuitive design simplifies project management, while flexible workflows fit any task. Plus, real-time tracking and seamless integrations make my work smoother and more insightful. It's like having a super-efficient assistant for all my project needs! The customer support is also really handy, as the staff really know the product inside and out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com's pricing can be a bit high, especially for small teams. The advanced features can be complex and overwhelming, requiring a learning curve. Also, the free version is quite limited, which might be a drawback for those wanting to test its full capabilities without a financial commitment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of scattered team communication and disorganized tasks, bringing everything into one cohesive platform. This results in increased productivity, clearer project visibility, and a more organized approach to managing workloads and deadlines.
Easy and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to adopt and scale as you go. The training partner was excellent and helped to get us started. Now with all the help articles and videos offered, we're managing projects and tasks better than before. The reporting tools are easy to use and understand, and offer great insights into our workload and progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know we would like to create groups within a board that have different columns, but this is not a downside per se and could be just our understanding into how we use the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping our team time manage and keep track of project-related tasks. It also allows our leadership the ability to review our customers and projects without having to grab our time to discuss on a regular basis.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like most about Monday.com is how user friendly it is. It is very easy to navigate and train others on the system as well. I use Monday.com everyday and it truly helps me stay on track while being able to see my progress as the day goes on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly don't have anything that I dislike about monday.com thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to see the growth and progress of getting old clients back in the door of our spa. This has been helping in tracking what months we see greater return in clients, helping with task management and seeing the progress of each day, week, and month.
A useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of having as many color-coded options makes it easy to keep track of different projects and what stage they're at, as well as having different groups to further enhance the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes moving one item from one group to another needs to be done manually because the automation doesn't work (but these are very few instances). And while you can format text within a reply of a comment in an item, this needs to be done manually as the text toolbar doesn't appear (as it does in the main comment).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows for straightforward and organized tracking of projects at different stages for a team.
I Couldn't Recommend Monday.com Enough!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been an instrumental tool for my team and I as we tackle large, multi-month projects as well as smaller, task-based projects. It's easy to use and simple to add new team members on, making the tool excellent for collaboration! My team and I use the tool daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not many dislikes about Monday.com. We have tried to build out integrations between boards and sometimes, it can be a little finicky when trying to connect tasks and docs, but overall, the automations work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped our marketing team (which has people in various timezones and locations) collaborate on largescale projects with ease. It's made communication easy and the notifications and board building helps us streamline our tasks and make sure we hit deadlines and budget appropriately. It's helped with project management, task management, budget tracking, event planning and reporting on team productivity!
Great tool for project & content management across multiple teams
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for managing a lot of moving parts on projects across a number of teams. I also appreciate their support staff. If you're having trouble setting up a board or dashboard exactly how you want, the support team is always super helpful in troubleshooting. I appreciate how user-friendly the platform is, the automation functionality, and how customizable everything is to fit your unique needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations within boards that have prevented me from setting up the board exactly as I hoped. However, there are always workarounds I have been able to find that at least get me close enough to my original idea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday.com, we needed a central database to house all our content, as we have thousands of pieces and employees were always asking where things were. We now have a robust content repository within Monday where folks can find exactly what they're looking for. The search feature & tagging feature is super helpful on that board to help folks find what they are looking for.
We also needed a centralized place for project management, so employees could collaborate more easily, find out the status of items, see workload for team members, track upcoming events, etc. Monday has been a solution for all these problems.

Sometimes the site can be down but this is very rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its is excellent at creating project tools for all users. You can appoint each person to a task and then they will instantly get an email.

A key part of our day to day operation...
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has proven to be a key product for us, providing detailed management insights wrapped in a UX which is user friendly for stakeholders right across the business. Set up was straight forward, and we were able to get boards in place for our key projects in just a few clicks using the embedded templates. We've succesfully integrated Monday.com with some of our other tools (such as Atlassian) to deliver data across teams with minimum intervention. We've had little need to contact the Customer Support team, but when a query has been raised they were responsive and able to resolve issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism is the pricing structure. There are elements from the Enterprise version of the application which would be incredibly useful for us, but unfortunately they cannot be added in isolation (permission tools being one such example) without exploring the full license tier. Unfortunately, this is too costly to justify for a business of our size so we've continued with the Pro plan and some alternative board configurations to make this work for us. This is minor though when compared with the benefits the solution has brought to the the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has allowed us to document our entire pipeline of work in a single location, linking teams from across the business (including those based outside of the UK) with one another and enabling collaborative working. We are able to document progress, and create plan views (GANTT, data driven charts) in a simple dashboard in a few clicks.
