What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Monday.com because it's very organized, all the things I need to do is right in front of me, and it's not as complicated to use as other platforms that I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with monday.com so I don't have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with solving the problem of who is assigned to what and the process/state the project is at.
Excellent Workflow Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes tracking work tasks extremely easy and effective. It's extremely easy to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It does everything I need to make working in my team easy and smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday help my team organize and track all of my work items in one place that makes working on projects so much more effective.
Monday is great for me and my PA
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday to communicate with my PA and I have found it very easy to use. I love the mobile app, and how we can attach files and tasks to individual projects. I also like the grouping of tasks as "sub-items". I use it daily, and it was very easy for us to get setup and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the dashboard when I first login a little clunky and not helpful; but it's easy to get into the next screen so that isn't too much of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time communication and file sharing amongst our team

What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday, and have recommended it to multiple people. It's flexible, COLORFUL, and easy to get started with. Customer service is always helpful, whether I have weird questions or simple ones. When looking for a task management platform to use, I tested out about six total - I cut them out one by one as Monday outreached them. Multiple departments here use it now, and we all love it. Absolutely recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to be able to alter items in multiple groups at once, but that's really about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a large amount of document statuses straight - I need to follow them on a specific course and know where they stand at any given time. Using Monday lets me color-code them, track dates, and know what's left in their progress. I'd be absolutely lost without it.
Working with cross functional teams
What do you like best about the product?
Autmatizations save so much time and allow me to track project progress. It also makes my life easier and communication with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to have the plug ins such as google slides for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatizations are great. They save so much time and keep the whole team in the loop for projects.
Great tool for project management and organisation
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is very easy to use and follow. Look and feel is very modern and drag and drop functionality is great. Reminders and ability to pull all deadlines across boards is invaluable.

Nothing, it works perfectly for what we need

Removal of a single point of failure in the business. This allows work to be picked up in others absence.
Best Software for Any Use
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility to be able to accomplish any task or project is bar none the best in the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the pricing. I can't seem to get a license through the company I work for and it's costing me a lot to afford it on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM management of sales and daily tasks. Email management of replies. I cannot do my job without it. It keeps me on pace and on task. My performance is above my teammates due to monday.com
Monday.com is amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday.com is that I can create different boards, and keep track of what each of my Liaisons has called during their shift.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a dislike, it does everything I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the mapping of location, keeps all phone calls, emails, and updates in one spot so we don't have to keep excel sheets.
Top Tier Project Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Wonderful platform that helps entire team stay organized and communicate. Tasks can be organized by topic, assigned directly to team members, assign a deadline, in addition monday.com allows you to customize the status labels as needed. I believe every project manager or team with a lot incoming projects could benefit from using this platform. Game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the automations and intergrations with other apps is diffucult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating an AI, helpful so I can stay in Monday longer vs. switching tabs.
