Centralize Tasks, Easy to Configure
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of creation and setup, as well as the automation rules of monday Work Management. With the ease of creation, we can create boards for various business areas with automations that make work easier. I also found it very easy to do the initial setup, with ready-made options and easy customizations, it was smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creation of schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps me centralize demands and activities, manage planned versus actual, and organize marketing initiatives. The ease of creating boards and automations facilitates our work in various areas of the business.
Easily Organize Weekly Priorities with Forms, Templates, and Automations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily categorize my weekly priorities, create forms and templates, and take advantage of the automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part is that I can’t delete the contents of specific columns with a simple highlight-and-delete option. Instead, I have to either run an automation or manually remove entries one by one, which makes my reporting take a little longer than it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automations for simplified work-task organization, along with labeled categories and templates, are a great starting point for projects and take out the guesswork.
Great for Management: Stay on Top of Tasks and Collaborate as a Team
What do you like best about the product?
It’s great for management—staying involved, keeping on top of tasks, and working together as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little getting used to, since it’s pretty robust overall.

Great Time Saving Platform That Makes Project Management Easy, Organized, and Efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday work management is a great platform for organizing and managing projects. It’s fairly easy to use, and the file version feature is extremely helpful for keeping track of changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that work management requires a minimum of three paid users, and if you want the security features you have to be on the Enterprise plan with five users. This is unfortunate for small teams, since they don’t need five seats. It would be great if monday offered a small business plan. I do freelance work on the side and would love to utilize monday, but as a team of one, paying for three seats per product just isn’t reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday work management makes project management more organized and easier to track, and it also helps me find the current version of documents quickly. Using a OneDrive or folder-based system can get very messy and can lead to several hours of wasted time over the course of a year. Since switching to Monday, I no longer have to search through folders and dates just to find the most accurate resource. Monday’s version history helps me stay organized and makes it easier to locate the resources I need efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Monday Work Management is visual. I also appreciate the integration with tools like Slack and Google, which allows us to receive updates in the correct channels on Slack. This makes communication more effective. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which I think is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like any functionality for the business should be expanding the plans, which makes it uncomfortable in the management of the annual budget.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of monday Work Management, no advanced course is needed to learn how to use it. I also appreciate being able to share documents and links, which allows any employee to access the information when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly the action of dragging activities, sometimes accidentally, they are dropped into a block where they don't belong and sometimes it becomes difficult to find them again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday Work Management to manage tasks and upload reports. It solves structural organization problems in the company. It facilitates task management by area and allows document sharing, ensuring instant access to information.
Versatile Task Management with Room for Mobile Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that I can make Kanban boards for each different project. It helps me organize my work and meet deadlines. I also like the fact that you can get email notifications when things are due, so you're able to meet your deadlines as well. The integration with Gmail is helpful to get updates and email notifications on tasks. I enjoy using monday Work Management so much that I've even paid for a subscription and recommended it to others for its workflow management capabilities and many other features like Gantt charts and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you try to add more work on the phone app, it doesn't work. You can only add work on the desktop, on the computer, but you cannot do it on your phone.

I use monday Work Management for both work and personal reasons, creating Kanban boards for task organization and prioritization, helping me streamline tasks and meet deadlines.
Intuitive and Visual, Perfect for Task Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management visually appealing and easy to use. Its well-designed interface makes it intuitive, allowing me to get more work done without the hassle of learning a new system. I also appreciate the robust automation options it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with linking boards to one another that affected my teams. Also, column mirroring is a little klunky and could be more seamless.

I use monday Work Management for organizing tasks and managing tasks between teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is very easy to use and it's user-friendly. Even though I don't have a lot of technical skills, I'm able to create automations with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the automation features are a bit limited, and we have to use other software to do what we need.
