Excellent work management software with tasks assignment.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday work management and their task assignments with dates and responsible person. And the link feature is very nice. I do not need to put same data in multiple boards and can only enter once and then duplicate them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find anything which is not very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep the track of the tasks to complete in time and know the assigned person

What do you like best about the product?
It is fantastic for managing projects, tasks - we work with 100s of clients at a time and managing all at once is made easy with monday
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. There are a lot of features that Monday should have, that they just leave to the marketplace developers, which then means we have to pay more and more on top of our license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes onboarding clients infinitely easier to keep track of, especially when onboarding has many intricacies, it's easy to see everything in one place.
iT IS EASY TO USE AND comfortable for registration of huge information.
What do you like best about the product?
I like on Monday.com that it allows me to download the registered information into Excel when I need to export information without any trouble. Also the filter of the information is much easier than other CRM. We use Monday.com everyday for our internal use. Customer support is helpful and I can contact directly the team when it is necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets stuck and I have to wait, as the program is online,e and I think it depends on the server and internet speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations are making my daily work easy and helps to save a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way monday.com helps to arrange work schedule and organize both old and new reports. Helps to Describe the type of Job to be done.

Some times its difficult to upload or delete reports. On few occasions its difficult to find a file with the report number.

To Help organize work reports for future references.
Efficient work management with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and I get to add files and more relevant data to each task and subtask. It's also easy to track the progress of our projects. I use Monday every day for the work that I do, and now it makes my job more efficient. It's nice that I have my own board for everything related to my task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming for a complex business structure. I need to switch boards occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized platform for all our projects and workflows so it won't be too complicated for us to communicate each task and deliverables.
Monday for Non Profit Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it allows us to breakdown silos and communicate easier as a time. Being able to track and provide updates on projects has been a game changer for us! Plus, they provide a non-profit discount which is very helpful for our budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow or clunky of a website to use. Rarely the servers will go down and while it's only happened to me once, it did prove frustrating because I can't access my tasks for the day for several hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our communication issues and making it easier to collaborate.

Using monday.com has transformed the way our team manages projects. From as soon as we joined the platform, the intuitive interface and easy customization options stood out. Whether it's task tracking, automating workflows, or team communication, monday.com handles it.
For me, Monday.com's primary strength is its flexibility. You can build boards for virtually anything project timelines, BAU activities, training sessions, and prioritization visuals. The drag-and-drop functionality, colour-coded labels, and real-time updates make tracking progress really easy. As soon as I saw how easy the automations were I set up several, automatically adding start and finish dates, moving items from 'In Progress' to 'Complete', and archiving older data. This has have saved us hours of non-productive 'busy work'.
The visual clarity is a huge plus. Dashboards provide instant insight into our teams workload, timelines, and bottlenecks, enabling better decision-making when interacting with other groups. Even our more non-technical team members picked it up quickly, which has improved overall adoption and productivity.

Monday.com can feel overwhelming at first due to its many features, and the pricing can get steep as you scale up with more users or advanced functions.

Monday Work Management has greatly improved visibility across our projects. With customizable boards and dashboards, we can easily track progress, workloads, and bottlenecks, making planning and collaboration much smoother.
Automations have saved us hours by handling repetitive tasks like updating statuses and archiving items, allowing the team to focus on more important work. Communication is also more streamlined, with all updates and files centralized in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the software is the ability to automate most anything. It's also compatible with Zapier if you want to further automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service interruptions. Because we have everything on Monday, when the servers go down, it's very difficult to get anything done.
