Great tool for visual learners
What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing everything visually represented and colour coded. It makes my planning so much easier to see. It's also a great way to organise across teams, and is very easy to track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to hunt about a bit in order to find something I need. There are also times I'm a bit scared to alter/copy/move/create items as I'm not sure who has access to them and I don't want to alter things for others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our work is very involved and has many varying processes. This helps us keep track of what is ongoing and outstanding, as well as collaborating with other team members and teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Using it for program timelines for a wider team in Event Management. We also use this to collate information and data from the forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited amount of integrations with the business plan we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our project management in one place for our event planning. Being able to have members and viewers.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps us foster collaboration among team members. It helps us easily share information, assign tasks, and communicate within the platform. And it has the best user-friendly interface, and we can customise the UI according to our needs. Also, we can use it on our phones, which increases our productivity. It also brings better upgrades when the platform needs them accordingly. Implementing Monday.com is pretty straightforward, and its user-friendly UI helps us with seamless workflow management. We also get better customer care support each time we need it. The Monday.com interface helps us integrate various tools into our existing systems. That means our team relies heavily on Monday.com for our daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about monday.com, if we can use it offline, then it will be much better. Sometimes uploading larger files causes issues. Otherwise, it is the best product among other competitive products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our workflow and also improves communication among the team members by coordinating the tasks, sharing task updates, and allowing us to comment on the items. And it also helps to track our tasks, track progress, and set deadlines.
Monday.com is a tremendous tool for keeping us organized!

It allows me to oversee the agents' transactions and keep up with the flow of tasks. It helps the agents stay organized and not forget tasks
Amazing Team Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are many upsides to using monday. To name a few, i love the automatic email reminders, being able to assign tasks to staff, cross searching on multiple workspaces, and included timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. The one thing they could improve is file sharing. When an image is uploaded you can't see the image on Monday but instead it needs to be downloaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to communicate tasks and assingments to the the team to work on individually without needing to speak to them. Plus I can easily check up on task progress as well.
Monday.com Review - Papa Johns Strategy Mgr.
What do you like best about the product?
I've heard about Monday.com in the past but didn't fully utilize it until I came from Papa Johns. I've found Monday.com to be the perfect tool for our teams in multiple departments. As word spread, more and more team members have started utilizing it to help them with their project management, process management, workflow management, forms building, and technical issue tracking (all depends on the team). It's easy enough to use where the legacy (or older, non-computer savvy) folks can easily navigate it but also has various layers to really automate and integrate with various tools to make it as robust as possible. I know our Training, Aggregators, and Communications team love the product for their day to day, and I like it to keep up with various projects to see the progress of each iteration of a phase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of the Dashboard - wish it were more like P owerPoint (and Think-Cell) to make it presentation worthy, but perhaps that's just me. I find that the dashboards aren't as pretty or clean looking as Think-Cell, but we can easily work around that because the data is easily able to export to Excel

In its 40ish year history, Papa Johns hasn't operated like it's in the 2020 era. A lot of project management and process management was non-existent but we're quickly adopting the tools readily available at our disposle, with Monday.com being one of those tools. Because our company is lean, and work managenemtn, process imrpovement, and project management was a bit outdated, Monday.com has certainly helped various teams with cross-functional communication, taks adn role management, etc...

Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
That the boards are able to be customed and tailored to fit all aspects of the business. It has so many customizable features to fit all business needs. I love the color coding. I have also implemented the monday boards to my household and it is very helpful keeping things on track and in order. It has so many features that allow all types of customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a business stand point I cannot delete things because it is set up from the admin to not allow it but I do find it very annoying to keep things up to date and tracked but not able to delete. That is my only complaint though and it is able to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work and time managment. It is allowing me to keep track of inventory and also complete projects that are assigned to me. It allows for personalization and isnt one fits all model.

There is nothing i don't like. For me everything is perfect. Maybe I would give the option to make it more personalized, but nothing to expect more because it has so many features

I work bugs much better. I monitor project deadlines and progress. I share bugs with external suppliers, setting deadlines. I divide the work by themes.

Monday is a complete software for project management, the most utility tool is a possibility to automatizzate the approval process on the task an move it on the correct section.

I don't have a complety use of this program in this moment, however in this momento i don't have dislike any part of software.
