Very easy to use and very shareable to customers and partners
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive and easy to use, the system loads very quick and stable. The many options for automation and integration is a huge plus. Sharing the project plan to customers and parters are super easy as they only needed an email address and can access without a license. Most of people is already familiar with Monday.com, so it shortens the time to get them up to speed for full collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training resources are a bit hard to access, should be prompted on the spot for instant self-helps. Lack of accessibility to product guideline learning path for beginners. We're assisted by Monday.com's partner but their training sessions are not very flexible and are not organised very well. Also, invitations to join Monday.com expire too soon, had to resend a fair few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing our project plans that were built on Excel, easier to share with customers and partner for better collaboration. Monday.com became our project hub for everything: plans, tasks, meeting notes, document references, etc.
Best organizing platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that using Monday gives you the ability to organize and keep track of the tasks for every project, also it has useful automatizations that can be linked to Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while for a board to load whenever it has a lot of groups. Also, it would be great it the automatizations could also apply to subitems so it can be more detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a big team in the administration area, keeping everyone informed can be difficult, as well as knowing the status of the project for every department. Monday gives us the ability to keep track of all the previous points mentioned.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface es really intuitive and help our sales team to manage our pipeline, also to connect with our operation and maintainance team for every ticket or visit they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really something to dislike about the platform, maybe some customization like, background colors or typographies would help, adding institutional colors maybe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our pipeline is essential for our sales department also help other areas like operation and maintenance, we can contact our leads in time and keep the track of the status.

It is a great platform for us to use across the business due to the integration capabilities and it keeps each team and department as well as our clients organised.

Working to the updates that change the user face of certain elements

It allows us as a team to keep track of our client briefs, what stage they're at and highlight any errors along the process. This ensures we can stick to deadlines and fix problems as soon as they happen.
Monday - a great tool to manage your projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides a visual and customizable space where you can organize your team's projects, due dates, and workflows using its different dashboards and tools. Their approach makes everything more visual and easier to understand on plain sight.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday is great for project management and various activities, it can be challengin if you are not tech-saavy. This can be challenging for users that are not that much into technology as it uses a lot of tools that require previous knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Monday is solving for me is time management. The way I can split my tasks into different boards, use priority labels and due dates with automatic reminders, help a lot on keeping track of every project we manage.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Monday.com is that I can take data that was typically tracked via a spreadsheet..and transform it .... in an instant to Gantt charts, calendars, dashboard views. We depend on dashboards to track our program and provide executive reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't use this tool to track as a calendar...there is no way to have a board where we can develop a recurring meeting or task without having to create a button to duplicate entries. I don't understand why there is a calendar function ....yet not calendar tooling to schedule tasks based on the board. I've written in the community about this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a tool for Project Management...but I wish they would take into account program management.... we have 19 Projects that we track at a multi-million program level. Everything is very project focused vs. overall program views.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the different templates available on Monday.com. I have been able to use it for various things such as employee time-tracking, customer projects, requests for quotes, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the exportability of a sheet isn't as clean as I would like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping me to organize different workflows efficiently. I like that I can collaborate with other users and assign then tasks. I don't have to keep sending reminder emails anymore because it is automated.

No notifications when someone replies to an update without tagging

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly, it looks visually pleasant and it's very functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit for the Status column type is too low. Sometimes there are more Statutes that need to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of every task in a big project. Using Monday, I can easily create a list and assigned it to someone and instead of me, manually sending reminders, Monday can do it for me.
