Collaboration and Project Management is so much simpler after Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very user-friendly, even on mobile! I use it dozens of times a day. We love the simplicity of updating items, creating automations, summarizing data via dashboards, and tagging team members to take action. We use it for everything from managing large multi-year projects to short-term sprints to a form request and response workflow. For Marketing asset creation, it's the best planning, execution, and tracking tool we've ever used. It's top on my list of software to recommend to anyone regardless of business size or industry
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find something I dislike about Monday.com. To be honest, there are only two areas I can think of. I ran into some limitations with the complexity of dashboards that can be created. I also found the automations a bit limiting. I wish I could trigger an automation based on a calculated field! Also, it doesn't integrate out of the box with Microsoft PowerAutomate. We're a Microsoft stack organization, and if it had easier integrations with Microsoft tools we would likely use it even more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Put simply, Monday.com solved the collaboration problem within our organization. We're a very meeting-heavy organization, and a lot of that has been eliminated by tracking and tagging each other on Monday.com! Now, regardless of the application (say as a project management tool, ticketing software, planning an event, etc.), everyone knows exactly where the project is at a glance! We have created dozens of templates for our repeat projects and we are constantly utilizing that functionality to kickstart future projects.
As a result, our teams are much more efficient at delivering the end results intended. Two specific examples would be in our IT and Marketing teams. Our IT team is able to manage their sprints and long complex projects simultaneously. They're able to track and provide transparency on over 60+ concurrent projects which has enabled our upper leadership to focus resources on what matters most. Our Marketing team had a large, bulky, hard-to-use software that was developed inhouse. When it was replaced by Monday.com, the admin tasks around asset creation were drastically cut, possibly by as much as 50%! We can now focus resources on creating marketing deliverables, not spending long hours creating tasks. We just use templates now!

Monday.com is an Awesome system!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Monday.com is that you can navigate from board to board or group to board, etc. fluidly. I love the fact you can change the color of the groups and move an entire group from top to bottom or anywhere on a board without having to recreate an entire group.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most helping thing about Monday is that it helps keep our entire team organized.The all search feature is great, especially when you are trying to find things on numerous boards and groups. We use Monday.com everyday and thorughout the entire work day. I like the fact you can write notes for each person/item within a group and can assign someone to respond to or read the note you wrote.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving our organization problem. Because we have so may clients/recruits it has been so much easier to organize them. It has been beneficitual because now we can keep track of all the information we need and have about our clients/recruits in one system. By being able to have the label feature on Moonday.com has been beneficial also, because of the fact we can name the label what we want and it helps our employees keep remember what is they need to be doing for the clients/recruits they are assigned to. Monday.com has been a huge benefit for all of the supervisors. The supervisors do not have to keep asking their employees about their clients, the supervisors can just look on Monday.com themselves and see the progress of their employess. It was been what we've needed and had been looking for for years.
Great Project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it lives in the cloud and its app integration. It was easy to learn and keeps all levels and departments on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a feature that doesn't work as advertised... so far its been a great tool for our organization.

Keep the many levels and departments moving in the same direction.

They updates their application frequently, to always be up to date with the latest innovation. It's easy to use and organise, and they have a lot of features available.

The application have all that I need to work with.

It help my team to collaborate, and we can set our categories as we like.

It's simple to use both for internal projects and projects collaborating with others both internally and external clients

We use it to collaborate with clients on joint plans and for some internal planning tools for the team
Monday keeps the company organized and improves communication.
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features and customization options in building Monday boards. We use it for many different things, from Media Planning to Product Launching. The custom options on what we are tracking makes Monday perfect for our unique, young company. The ease of use us also a huge benefit to us as we have many workers in Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates are great, but for our younger company, we use a lot of custom builds to make it work. Not really an overall downside for Monday, more just an observation.

Collaboration throughout the company has improved with Monday. Communication and information sharing is better thanks to our complex boards.
Extremely helpful and time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly it is. It doesn't take long to get familiar with, which makes getting it all set up so much easier. I have now implemented it into three different positions (across three different companies) and it has saved so much time and helped our processes. I use it every day because it is so useful.

Is there anything to dislike about monday.com? Maybe for some people, but I have yet to find anything I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the time-consuming act of keeping people notified for different things. The auto-emails keep managers in the loop when we are onboarding a new employee. It keeps the correct people aware when there are flagged background checks. It also helps to catch any mistakes in different HR processes so that we don't miss any important steps along the way.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely customizable to the project I am working on, and the ability to tag and collaborate with team members on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone at my company has fully adjoped Monday.com so some use it and some do not.

Best Way to Stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday.com to track pending proposals, projects & tasks. Before using monday, I was trying to track my things in a regular spreadsheet. While that got me by for awhile, I was often missing things. Switching to monday was the best decision my company made! I am able to stay a lot more organized, and i've been able to increase my output with the time monday has saved me. I am no longer fumbling through old spreadsheets. Monday allows me to lay everything out in an easy to read format that I'VE created, color code tasks, set reminders, share data with team members, etc. It is very easy to implementand integrate data in the boards. I honestly don't know how I was getting by before I made the swtich. I use monday.com daily, and I am extremely grateful for this service. Customer support is great as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've had is being unable to edit a board I have not created. I am not sure if this is just an internal thing my team can settle by allowing my account the ability to edit, or if this is because of our subscription type. One of the boards we use is currently "owned" by another team member. It is a bit of apain having to make a request every time I want to manipulate the layout. I am going to have to reach out to customer support and get some more information.

Monday is helping me save a lot of time while keeping me organized. As I have previously stated, I was using a regular spreadsheet in the past to track projects. I was often missing things whilst using that outdated method. Since switching to monday, i have been able to stay on top of projects and pending contracts. It has allowed me to track pending items in a much more efficient manner. I have saved a lot of time.
User friendly interface, easy to navigate and use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and clear to use. Plenty of customisable options to suit the work we do. Use it for every project, good to log every detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it bugs where completed projects don't move automatically. but minor issue.

Keeping a log of jobs, progress and payment.
