What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the boards and the automations they offer our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, due to the potentially complex nature of boards, the simplest tasks can sometimes be tricky to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The over-use of emails and the reliance on email updates meant things would occasionally be missed, or lost in a sea of communications. Monday.com has significantly helped to clean up this process, by moving the vast majority of the team's workflows into the site. Updates, amends, approvals etc, now all run through Monday.com, improving visibiltiy, efficiency and importantly accuracy across all individuals involved.

A Great Solution for Collaborative/Project Based Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been extremely helpful in keeping our various teams on the same page across simultaneous projects. It is easy to break large projects into tasks that can be assigned to team members. Task status, due dates, and updates give you a convenient at-a-glance review of your individual and team goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found the Android app to be slow/laggy. I don't use it much for this reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday facilitates interdepartmental project/task management and communication for our company and makes working on long-term and large-scale projects a breeze. I'm able to see what I need to contribute, track how others are progressing, and offer support.

Monday.com is a Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is. Our different teams can choose whatever works best for them. It is so easy to set up and use. We have integrated it into multiple different departments from operations to marketing and we all use it every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that I have noticed is when a rule is set to move an item to another board it glitches and you have to try it a few times before it will move. Not too big of a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday eliminated us having to track things in multiple places and continuously update each other on status. With Monday, we can all see where tasks are in their timeline and hop in to assist if necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me, is the easy to use interface and features available to help with project management actions e control.
The integrations are very helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
That life ain't using monday yet lol

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Event planning is quite dificult, due to deadlines, or everytime changes during a single day.
Monday make it easier to accomplish all tasks and not leaving anything behind.

A platform that is simple to use yet powerful enough to be the nerve center to run the business

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to set something up and then customize it at any time. You are never 'stuck' in operating around the software - the software will always operate to your custom process. This means if you change or improve the process in your business, 10 minutes later the software is operating around the change. The drag and drop interface, automations setups, endless possibilities of board setups, simply allows us to use Monday as the nerve center of all our operations across all our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was more capability in the CRM area. Meaning the ability to have customer lists with "tags" and the ability to pull lists for the purporse of exporting into excel or additonal markerting broadcasts with in Monday. More in line with Hubspot or KEAP. If this was the case - we would also shift all our CRM functions to Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is solving the problem of keeping track of complex processes and action tracking (From start to completion to nurture) across not only project managment but the business as a whole.

Manufacturing Maintenance Organization and Communication

What do you like best about the product?
We've finally found it, the tool that not only works as intened, but that the personnel intended to use actually want to use! There are so many great things to say about this, like how easy it was to implement for all skill levels, how customizable it is for each individual need. The customer support has been very fast and effective when we've needed it, which hasn't been much as if I can't figure it out myself, I can almost always find the answer in the Monday community. All of our skilled trades use the app and actually want to use it, which is the first instance of this in nearly 10 years of many different application attempts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can be a bit slow as this is where most of the maintenance personnel work out of. We've had to delete the app and re-install it to get it to refresh for several users in several instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is super intuitive and easy to use! It also makes operations very simple by offering transparency across an organization. I love all of the different ways to organize, automate, and color-code things. The boards can be created for so many different projects and lists, so the functionalilty spans across so many different industries, teams, and uses. We use monday.com on a daily basis to keep track of to-do lists and upcoming events.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides in my opinion, at least in the way that I and my organization use monday.com. There has been at least one instance where I wanted some sort of automate feature and it does not exist, but most of the time, it does everything we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps us keep track of daily tasks that are both ongoing and pop up last- minute. My team and I are able to see each other's tasks as well and chip in when needed because of that transpaency. It helps us keep track of all upcoming events and tasks associated with them, giving us one easy place to look and see what has been done and what still needs to be done. It eliminates the need to ask too many questions and offers a quick reference point.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to collaborate on large projects and how simple it is to manage them via Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I don't have many downsides of Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping me be organized with the multiple projects I manage. By being able to have all my projects and updates in one place, I don't have any fear of losing any information/losing track of necessary updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy for team members to collaborate and see live updates. Monday is easy to implement and color coding makes it user friendly. We've been able to easily integrate it with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version used on iPad/other mobile devices could benefit from update, including making activity logging available as well as ability to edit your own original comments/udpates like you can on desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Monday.com we're keeping tasks in one place, live updates, auditing when tasks are started/completed, and are able to set up project timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
That fits my work style and has allowed me to be very aware of my assigned tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
subtasks, because they cannot be recorded in all columns and I cannot perform a workflow with other tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a person who finds it difficult to track the steps of a task that must go through several teams. So having several labels and being able to put final delivery dates on them has been very useful. To improve my productivity, I keep track of the time a task takes, from request to the send materials to other teams.
