Monday in my Daily Work Life

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and navigate. Been using the platform for almost 2 years now. The 1st time, didn't gave me a hard time understanding on how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I can't think of any downsides. The updates sometimes surprises me, but it only made browsing easier which is why it's all fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I have not encountered any problem in my amlost 2 years of using the platform.

Fantastic tool

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the groups and sub items, we are able to track a lot of data using them. The labels also make it easy to know what step in the process we are in with an item.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish I could copy info from a whole column, Its not helpful to have to export a whole board to select the data we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to collaborate on issues at the same time as a team. We can make updates that another department can follow up on. Notifications are great too, they allow us to respond in a timely manner.

Monday helps my team and I stay organized

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for task management. We have so many different clients, projects, and marketing campaigns that we need a collaborative task management software. Monday helps remind me all of the tasks on my plate that have been planned out, it helps me adjust dates and timelines for tasks, mark tasks complete, and add comments about the status of a task so our entire team has visibility on my progress and if I'm stuck. It even allows me to tag team members in comments to let them know and respond to something that is preventing me from completing a task, and allow us to communicate to help solve the issue and get the task done together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday's triggered date features can get tricky. During restructuring a lot of dates got moved around, and the dates which were triggered did not all realign correctly. It's been months of my team not having accurate triggers, but thankfully we can still put in manual dates by hand, it just takes more time. Also, if something gets deleted or changed majorly, there is no way for my team to know who made that change to figure out if it was an accident. Monday should also send out an email to the whole team when a key date, that triggers others, changes. For example, when our opening day for a new business changes, so do the dates of our tasks to launch it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's stopping tasks from getting forgotten and my team not knowing my progress on items. It's assisting me because my boss can see every comment I leave tracking my progress and all the work I've put in so far, verses me only not having the finished final result without progress to show. A lot of my job is communication based, and Monday helps me track the touch points I've made.

Monday.com has proven to be an invaluable tool for our team at the lite center. One of the primary challenges we were facing was efficiently managing and supporting our instructors. With the implementation of monday.com, we have been able to address several key problems and realize significant benefits:
Effective Tracking: Tracking the support requests and progress of each instructor was a complex task. Thanks to monday.com's customizable workflows and task tracking features, we can now assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor the status of each instructor's support journey. This has streamlined our workflow and increased accountability.

Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering and analyzing data about our instructors' support requirements was time-consuming and often prone to errors. With monday.com, we've set up a structured data collection system. This enables us to gather accurate and consistent data, making it easier to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication: Communication among team members and instructors was sometimes fragmented. Monday.com's collaboration features, including real-time updates and notifications, have improved communication and coordination. Team members can now work together seamlessly, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday as a tool to keep organized for myself and also my teams that I lead. Organazation and ability to create clear details while also keeping people accountable is huge for my needs. Monday offers all that and more. Easy to navigate and very user friendly. I apprecaite the option to use templates but also customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about this tool at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to prioritize your projects daily, while also being able to filter by date, person, group, etc. I love the notification setting so I never forget a deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if they had better automations when you've completed a task that it would move to the next person in line for the task, or when something hasn't been approved, it would be nice for it to go to the next ranking person for approval, but again, not a big deal. We just haven't been able to find a good way for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the challenge with having too many irons in the fire, and not being able to priortize based on date and time of deadline. Before, we were using an excel spreadsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps our team stay on top of tasks without unnecessary meetings or emails. We can house everything we need on the item and it makes feedback, updates, and questions seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all of the integrations were free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure tasks are not getting lost. It can be easy for small things to fall between the cracks but Monday.com makes that a thing of the past.
