Planning, execution, and daily monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
We started the implementation of Monday, along with the process mapping project, and without the platform, the process would certainly be more time-consuming. The platform allowed us to quickly analyze the flows, improve the company's productivity with customizable resources, automation, file centralization, reports and analyses, integrations, security control, and data protection. I highly recommend Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support leaves a bit to be desired, improve it for Monday to continue being the best platform on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting in the monitoring of the entire project flow.

How easy it is to use, how many sheets and boards you can create, as well as a lot of templates to choose from if you do not want to create your own boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is a limitation on automations and sometimes there are not useful templates for all types of work, and also that it is not easy to import an excel spreadsheet the way I want it to be...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A program where we get everything on one platform, no need to go to different excel spreadsheets to get info, and where I can just put a status on a project and where all other co-workers can see and access all these.

Monday work management is user-friendly and it's automation capabilities. It's very easy monitor project progress and manages tasks effectively.

It was a bit hard to navigate when you are a new user and it has limited customization process

It centralizing tasks, timelines and project updates in one platform.
Essential for Remote Work, But Watch the Price
What do you like best about the product?
I find the automations and integrations incredibly useful for setting up customized workflows, which saves time and keeps tasks organized. The forms feature aids greatly in gathering information through surveys and client feedback. Additionally, the dashboard view's clean layout, combined with its widgets, presents data in an organized manner. The integration with Google Suites works seamlessly, enhancing productivity. Moreover, I appreciate the ease of use and reliability, along with the responsive customer service that usually resolves issues promptly. Overall, once familiar with the platform, it enhances efficiency significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am struggling with the pricing of monday Work Management. The price increased significantly from one year to the next, and this has been challenging for us to manage. I believe it would be beneficial if the price did not have such significant yearly jumps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product prevents tasks from slipping through the cracks, ensures efficient collaboration in our remote setup, organizes our workflow with automations and integrations, and helps in getting ahead with project deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can automate tasks and that I can easily duplicate repetitive tasks

Sometimes, it can be tricky to figure out how to automate things or the best way to lay out a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of needing to be able to keep track of multiple projects at the same time. This keeps all our documentation, project notes, etc. in the same place where it is easy to find.
Monday keeps all of our marketing projects, tasks and communication organized and easy to find
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to customize project boards allows us to set up different priorities for what we need to see. For example, if we have contractors and team members working on projects we can set up those configurations along with date tracking and related links. The ability to automate task movement and completion also makes it a huge win.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sub tasks can be hard to find when looking at the My Work view if they are nestled under a main level task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows our team to get an assessment of what projects are being worked on, upcoming due dates and sub tasks for those projects. This helps us stay super organized and on top of what needs to get done, especially when there are multiple projects happening at once.

Had a couple issues recently where the site was down (on a Monday of all days!) and my team and I felt totally useless without it.

Allocating tasks and tracking progress. We like to tag co workers in and communicate through it and work through issues as a team

I really appreciate how monday Work Management streamlines all our data and communication, making it easy to track client interactions efficiently. I love the simplicity of the app, which makes tasks straightforward, and the notifications feature keeps me informed promptly. The ability to see updates and tag team members enhances our responsiveness significantly.

I experienced a technical issue where the platform froze during use. This interruption affected my workflow and caused some frustration.

I use the product to streamline client communication, providing clear data updates and notifications, which helps in promptly addressing client queries and monitoring their onboarding process.
