An essential for a well-organized business
What do you like best about the product?
what I like most about Monday is the accessibility of the application and the links it enables us to create with other teams within the same organization who don't work in the same field. Also, Monday is easy to use and can be applied to any type of organization, since we can build tabs from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything, because when there's a problem, it's easy to communicate it to consumer support and we get a rapid response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our team, we have lots of projects and our manager can quickly see the progress of our projects and our workload. This helps us to avoid being overloaded or neglecting a project.
monday.com is easy to use & keeps the team organized
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very straightforward. I LOVE that you can invite unlimited guests to guest boards, which makes cross-collaboration super easy.

complicated automations don't always work the way you want

Project Management taken to a whole new level
What do you like best about the product?
Monday does a phenomenal job at consodlidating teams across entire departments, makign emails obsolete and providing a workflow that is not only insightful, but superiorily organized in the way it stores documents and lets you communicate across different teams. We are able to easily loop in new teams while integrating it into new processes across our teams as they continue to grow. I use Monday at least 4 times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Modnay, is that at first it can be very daunting, so a structured and reliable onboarding process is needed in order to help with ease of implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of mkaing workflows and projects transparent to all teams so as a team we don't have to deal with constant communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for helping my team keep track of jobs & knowing where a job is at status-wise & sorting jobs by install date
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I haven't found anything wrong yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were fully analog before Monday & finding a job in the shop & figuring out at what step in the production process was very much a hassle before. Now we can just search the job & know exactly what step it's on!
Easy to use, clear, concise platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to see all of my tasks for the day, week, etc & the working history that is created for tasks that are repeated weekly/bi-weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some filters dont show the total hours for that week and that you can't specifically filter for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday without typing each day into the search bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps all of my tasks in one place and allows a working history of each task.

Allowed us to maximize our workflow across our various departments. Very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use was huge for us. We needed something we could use across our many departments to seamingly share projects. This has been a huge increase in productivity for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to assign specific tasks to certain people and providing them a checklist would be a good feature!

Storing and keeping our products in a very ordely manner. It always us to streamline the product development, design development and then the launching of new products for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com changes the way my team works together in all the positive ways. It helps us look ahead, track multiple work stream and create our own work boards that match our specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see the downsides, other than you have to be online to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating multiple workstreams; providing customizable project planning workboards.
A great software that helps us every day
What do you like best about the product?
We use monday to plan project and collaborate with all the people invloved in the company. The UX is great and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to have paid account for a lot of people to use all the features and it can be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to work on long terme project with many peaple in the company.
Great way to keep on top of marketing tasks as a team
What do you like best about the product?
It is great for keeping on top of marketing tasks as a team. We can all take responsibility on tasks, and put up progress reports which keep everyone in the loop. A great platform for keeping this centralised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy to use. Easy to communicate with other users.

Centralising marketing requests - can track progress, and can allocate responsibility.
