Our company use Monday to track our tasks, storage some public workflow documents.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is available on the web and on mobile phones, making it easy to use in a variety of situations. Reminders are also comprehensive, in addition to web and mobile app reminders, as well as email reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Various views make it complicated. I ended up using the basics for task tracking, managing public files, and recording version history. That's all I need.I've never been able to use archive or trash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday help me to track our tasks, storage some public workflow documents. I can use it with other people within the company, working on the same task. It saves us a lot of time in internal communication.

How everything can be set up in one place, you can keep track of historic date have so many boards all in one place with graphs charts and so much more , wish we used this sooner

I like how the platform is easy and organized to use, the mechanisms are very helpful to apply to every companies' need

Actually, Monday helps me to organize all the documents and solicitations I need to forward to another department.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really simple to use, but also highly customisable, making it great for project management of all kinds.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't use it offline, but on the bright side, when you make changes they sync with everyone's devices instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work on a few projects at any one time, so it allows us to keep on top of tasks that need doing, who is responsible for each task, deadlines and progress.
Monday is an essential tool for project management and collaborative work.
What do you like best about the product?
I find the project boards so useful and being able to allocate team members to particular tasks so we can all be on the same page with actionable items and within our time scale allowed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally boards can get duplicated and when that happens the project can become a bit muddled in terms of which board is being followed and updated. This is down to human activity and not to down to monday. However, it would be good if there was a flag that comes up to say 'wait - have you seen this board, are you duplicating it?"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems of juggling multiple projects within our agency and allows us to keep everything on track and hitting our targets in terms of budget, time and quality. monday is basically our extra colleague.

The best CRM for Business
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Monday.com because of its convenience, simple and user-friendly interface. Most are just drag and drop moves. Setting up notifications for each board helps me manage my salespeople very well. Thereby, promptly give comments and suggestions to improve customer care.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have not found a point of dissatisfaction with Monday.com even though I have used it for more than 3 years. Perhaps what I want most is that Monday.com management team will allow not only enterprise users but also individual users to use the feature "set permissions for each user or guest"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been improving and getting better day by day, it can be seen that the system has integrated more 3rd party apps, as well as completed the notification settings for users. However, there is one feature that hopefully in the future Monday.com will exploit, is the communication right in the application, instead of we often use telegram, whatsapp or discord.

the automations are fantastic there are sooooo many too choose from, not to mention how great the app for mac book & iphone users is, its so easy!

it can take a solid minute to set it up to suit your business, once you have it going its really set and forget

its become our CRM for our business as well as a tracking tool, plus supports us with 'quality making process' for our polices and procedures
