What do you like best about the product?
It's a nice quick easy way to organise simple tasks and challenges in my workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. Can sometimes be quite easy to put too much information on a board. Which is no fault of Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hard to say I notice the changes.

The best part you can easily create many boards on Monday for each department. I have to use this daily but it should be simple for beginners

I didn't get the notification when someone made changes to any ticket however it is a little bit complex to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with a proper channel to communicate and track a record of the proper projects and plans we have done. Moreover, it helps us to organise ways to communicate with the team. Furthermore, we can make a pathway for employees to generate a ticket about anything they need in inventory or assets

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday.com every day for work. It is so easy to use. I can see my tasks for the day, week, month and year on monday.com this helps me manage and priorotise my workload. I love that I can interact with other work colleages and add notes and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings have to be same on one board. would be nice if you coul dhave a different layout for differnet groups .

keeping my list of jobs and helping me manage the priority of my workoad

this is the best tool for project managenent. customer support is best. i use it daily for peoject managenent, best and easy to use.
